Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cover for covering a cable wiring hole formed in an electronic equipment housing with a blind plate, and to cover a cable when it becomes necessary to wire the cable. The present invention relates to a support structure of a blind plate in an electronic device housing from which a plate is removed. 2. Description of the Related Art In electronic equipment, for example, when a cable is selectively introduced from a plurality of cable wiring holes formed in a plurality of places of a synthetic resin housing, blind holes are provided in all the holes. And cover this blind plate on the inner peripheral surface of the hole through a cuttable connecting portion, and cut out the connecting portion of only the hole used for cable wiring among these holes to remove the blind plate. I have to. FIG. 4 shows a structure for supporting a blind plate in a conventional electronic device housing, which will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 20 denotes an electronic device housing entirely formed of a synthetic resin. The electronic device housing 20 has a square hole 21 for cable wiring. , A blind plate 22 having an outer shape smaller than the inner shape of the hole 21 (hatched in a grid pattern for convenience) is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the hole 21 through three connecting portions 23 so as to cover the hole 21. Supported. As shown in FIG. 4B, the connecting portion 23 is integrally and horizontally protruded from the housing 20 into the hole 21 so that the surface thereof is at the same height as the surfaces of the housing 20 and the blind plate 22. ing. The thickness of the connecting portion 23 is smaller than the thickness of the housing 20 so that the connecting portion 23 can be cut by a cutting tool such as a nipper. Here, when the cable 17 is wired in the hole 21 and connected to the terminal in the housing 20, the connecting portion 23 is cut from the cut surface 25 by the nipper, and the blindfold plate 22 is connected to the housing 2.
Had been removed from zero. However, in the above-described conventional structure for supporting a blind plate in a housing of an electronic device, the connecting portion 23 is horizontally protruded from the housing 20 into the hole 21. As shown in FIG. 3C, the uncut portion 23a of the cut connecting portion 23 remains in a state of protruding into the hole 21. For this reason, when the cable 17 is routed through the hole 21, there is a risk that the uncovered portion 23 a may damage the covering portion of the cable 17 or break it in an extreme case. In addition, the width of the gap 26 between the inner peripheral surface of the hole 21 and the outer peripheral surface of the blind plate 22 is narrow, the total length of the gap 26 is short, and the surface of the connecting portion 23 and the surfaces of the housing 20 and the blind plate 22 They are positioned at the same height. Therefore, when cutting the connecting portion 23, the nipper is connected to the housing 20.
In the width direction of the connecting portion 23,
That is, it was necessary to cut in the A and B directions. For this reason, if the width of the connecting portion 23 is increased in order to improve the flow of hot water in the connecting portion 23 during molding, there is also a problem that cutting becomes difficult and workability deteriorates. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a blindfold in an electronic equipment housing in which disconnection of a cable is prevented and workability of cutting a connecting portion is improved. It is to provide a support structure for a plate. In order to achieve this object, according to the present invention, there is provided a cable wiring hole formed in a synthetic resin housing, and a gap formed between the hole and an inner peripheral surface of the hole. A blind plate positioned in the hole at a distance, and a cuttable connecting portion for connecting the blind plate to the housing and supporting the blind plate on the housing, and integrally connecting the connecting portion and the blind plate to the housing. In the supporting structure of the blind plate in the formed electronic device housing, one end of the connecting portion is integrally erected from the outer peripheral edge of the blind plate, and the other end is integrally erected from the inner peripheral edge of the hole. The connecting portion is protruded outside the surface of the housing. Therefore, the uncut portion after cutting the connecting portion does not project in the direction of the cable wiring hole. Further, at the time of the cutting operation, the operation of the cutting tool can be performed along the surface of the housing having a large working space. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the entirety of an electronic apparatus to which a supporting structure for a blind plate according to the present invention is applied.
2A is an enlarged front view showing a portion II (a) in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is a sectional view taken along the line II (b) -II (b) in FIG. FIG. 3A is an enlarged front view showing a state in which the connecting portion is cut and the blind plate is removed in the support structure of the blind plate according to the present invention, and FIG.
FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III (b) -III (b). In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 generally designates a base unit of a key telephone apparatus which is an electronic device, and a housing of the base unit 1 comprises a front case 2 and a rear case 3 which can be divided. It is formed by combining these two cases 2 and 3. Two mobile phones (not shown) are housed in the base unit 1, and antennas 6a, 6 of the housed mobile phones are provided on both sides of the upper part of both cases 2, 3.
A window 5 is provided for projecting b outside the housing. The window 5 is provided with a plurality of detachable window lids 4 so that the position of the window 5 can be selected corresponding to an antenna having a different projecting position depending on the type of the mobile phone to be stored. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, one side of a lower part of a front case 2 made of a synthetic resin has
A square cable wiring hole 9 is formed, and a blind plate 10 (hatched in a grid pattern for convenience) positioned in the hole 9 with a slight gap from the inner peripheral surface of the hole 9 is provided. It is supported on the inner peripheral edge of the hole 9 by three connecting portions 11 which are features of the present invention. The connecting portion 11 is formed as a whole with a U-shaped cross section, and one end 12 is integrally formed with the housing 2 so as to stand up from the inner peripheral edge of the hole 9, and the other end 13 of the blindfold plate 10 is formed. It is formed integrally with the blind plate 10 so as to stand up from the outer peripheral edge, and the connecting portion 11
Project from the surface of the front case 2. As described above, the one end 12 of the connecting portion 11 is erected from the inner peripheral edge of the hole 9, and the other end 13 is erected from the outer peripheral edge of the blind plate 10. When integrally formed with the case 2, the direction in which the mold is removed can be one direction. In such a configuration, when removing the blind plate 10 from the hole 9, the blade 15a is rotated in the directions of arrows A and B by operating the nipper 15 as a cutting tool as shown in FIG. Thereby, one end 12 of the connecting portion 11 is cut from the cutting line 14. Since the one end 12 of the connecting portion 11 is erected from the inner peripheral edge of the hole 9, the uncut portion 12 a of the cut end 12 is also erected from the inner peripheral edge of the hole 9 as shown in FIG. There is no need to protrude into the hole 9 unlike the related art. Therefore, the covering portion of the cable 17 wired in the front case 2 through the hole 9 is not damaged, and disconnection is also prevented. In addition, the operation of the nipper 15 can be performed along the surface of the front case 2 having a large working space, and the workability of cutting can be improved even if the width of the connecting portion 11 is increased in order to improve the hot water flow in the connecting portion 11. Nothing goes wrong. In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the connecting portion 11 is U-shaped. However, the connecting portion 11 may be formed in a U-shape, and various design changes are possible. It is sufficient to protrude outside of the surface. As described above, according to the present invention, the covering portion of the cable introduced into the hole is not damaged, and disconnection is prevented. Further, even if the width of the connecting portion is increased in order to improve the flow of hot water in the connecting portion, the workability of cutting does not deteriorate.
