Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a flush type water level gauge which removes deposits around a flush type water level meter installed at a pumping station and secures a measuring function of the water level meter. It relates to the maintenance method of water level gauge. 2. Description of the Related Art One type of water level gauge for measuring the water level of a pump station (a pump well or the like) is an injection type water level meter. The principle of the water level gauge is to measure the water level with the pressure difference between the water pressure and the atmospheric pressure. [0003] This type of water level gauge is intended for installation at a pump station or the like of a sewage treatment plant. In general, sediment or the like is deposited on the bottom of a pump well or the like to be installed. If the water level gauge is buried with sediment, measurement becomes impossible. In addition, sediment such as earth and sand impairs the pump function and impairs the operation of the equipment. For this reason, a pumping station or the like for removing sediment such as earth and sand is installed at a pumping station to remove earth and sand. [0005] However, the sand pump is provided mainly for removing sediment and the like that accumulates at the deepest part of the pumping station. Usually, it is not possible to sufficiently eliminate the above. Therefore, the water level gauge may be buried in the earth and sand or the like, making it impossible to measure. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a method for maintaining a water-filled water level gauge in a pump station that can ensure a constant measurement function. According to the present invention, when a water level gauge is installed in the water of a pump station and the water level at that location is measured, the water level is measured near the lower end of the water level meter. After installing a pipe with an outlet, a discharge side of the pump and a water inlet on the side of the distribution pipe inside the plant, and installing a pipe in which an operation valve for selecting the water inlet is inserted, a part of the discharge water of the pump is used when the pump is operated. Further, at the time of backup, the opening and closing of the operation valve is controlled so as to use the in-site water, so that sediment and / or sediment around the water level gauge is eliminated. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is an overall configuration diagram, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view. In the figure, 1 is a pump well, 2 is a pump, 3 is an operation valve disposed on the discharge side pipe of the pump 2, for example, an electric operation valve, 4 is a flood water level gauge, and 5 is this water level. This is a breakwater tube for preventing the total 4 from being washed away. The water level gauge 4 is installed in the breakwater pipe 5 so that the lower leg (not shown) reaches the bottom of the pump well 1. In that case, a hollow tube is attached to the support member, and the upper end is opened to the atmosphere. That is, the water level is measured by the pressure difference between the water pressure and the atmospheric pressure. [0011] 6 is a conservation piping, to the preservation pipe 6
Is provided with a jet port 6a near the lower end of the water level gauge 4, and has water receiving ports 6b and 6c on the discharge side of the pump 2 (the outlet side of the electric operation valve 3) and the water distribution pipe side in the site, respectively. An operating valve 7 is inserted on the water distribution pipe side of the pump 2 at the branch point of the maintenance pipe 6, and an operating valve 8 is inserted on the on-site water distribution pipe side, for example, as electric operated valves 7 and 8. The electric operation valve 7 on the pump 2 side of the maintenance pipe 6 is opened when the pump 2 is operated. When the pump 2 is not operated for a long period of time, the electric operation valve 8 on the in-site water distribution pipe side is opened at a fixed period by timer control. That is, backup is performed. When the pump 2 is operated, the electrically operated valve 7 is opened and the electrically operated valve 8 is closed when the pump 2 is operated.
b flows into the maintenance pipe 6 and spouts from the spout 6a. The spilled water removes earth and sand around the water level gauge 4. When the pump 2 is not operated for a long period of time, the electric operation valve 8 is opened at regular intervals by timer control, and water in the yard is supplied to the maintenance pipe 6 to be spouted from the spout 6a. The erupted water removes soil and the like around the water level gauge 4. Therefore, sediment and the like deposited around the water level gauge 4 can be reliably eliminated by the water jetted from the maintenance pipe 6, and the measuring function of the water level gauge 4 is always ensured. Although not shown, a sand pump is provided to remove sediment and the like deposited at the deepest part of the pump well 1. As described above, according to the present invention, the sediment around the injection type water level gauge is removed by using the discharge water pressure of the pump, so that the measuring function can be surely secured with a simple configuration. can do. Moreover, since the water is backed up by the on-site water, the measurement function of the water level gauge can be reliably maintained even when the pump is not operating.
