【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、木造建物において柱を
基礎コンクリートに緊締するために用いるホールダウン
金物(引寄せ金物)とアンカーボルトの接続装置に関す
るものである。

【従来の技術】基礎コンクリートに立設したアンカーボ
ルトを前記基礎コンクリート上に載置した土台を通じて
柱に止着したホールダウン金物に接続して前記柱を前記
基礎コンクリートに緊締するようにした、木造建物にお
けるホールダウン金物とアンカーボルトの接続装置は、
具体例を挙げるまでもなく公知である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記公知の接続装置
は、具体的には、アンカーボルトの上端を土台に通じて
ホールダウン金物位置にまで配置し、該上端にナットを
螺合締め付けるようにしている。
【0004】従って、従来例は、土台を介して柱を基礎
コンクリートに緊締する構成を採るとしても、土台それ
自体は基礎コンクリートとは自由状態になるため、柱間
の適所位置に基礎コンクリートに別途立設したアンカー
ボルトの上端にナットを螺合締付けて土台を基礎コンク
リートに緊締することを必要とするばかりでなく、柱か
ら離れた位置で土台を基礎コンクリートに締結せざるを
得ないので、外力が負荷されて柱が浮き上がろうとする
際に、接合金物によって該柱に締結した土台も容易に浮
き上がろうとし、従って、柱の基礎コンクリートに対す
る締結強度は必ずしも満足のいくものではない。
【0005】本発明は、柱と土台は基礎コンクリートに
強固に締結し、施工作業も好適な接続装置を提供するこ
とを目的として創案したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】基礎コンクリートに立設
したアンカーボルトを前記基礎コンクリート上に載置し
た土台を通じて柱に止着したホールダウン金物に接続し
て前記柱を前記基礎コンクリートに緊締するようにし
た、木造建物におけるホールダウン金物とアンカーボル
トの接続装置において、土台に挿通したアンカーボルト
の上端に、鍔部を前記土台上面に埋入して係止させた鍔
付ナットの螺子筒部の下部を螺合接続すると共に、該螺
子筒部の上部に、上端をホールダウン金物に係止した仲
介螺杆の下部を螺合した構成とする。

【実施例】図面は本発明に係る木造建物におけるホール
ダウン金物とアンカーボルトの接続装置の一実施例を示
し、図1は一部欠截正面図、図2は一部拡大断面図であ
る。
【0008】図中、1は基礎コンクリート、2は該基礎
コンクリート1上に載置して止着した土台、3は土台2
上に立設した柱で、柱3と土台2とが成す隅角部には接
合金具4を止着し、該接合金具4を介して筋かい5を前
記土台2と柱3に接合してある。
【0009】土台2の前記柱3の近傍には、貫通孔6を
設け、該貫通孔6に、前記基礎コンクリート1に下部を
埋入して立設したアンカーボルト7の上端側の螺子部7
aを挿通し、該螺子部7aに鍔付ナット8を螺合締め付
けて、前記の通り、土台2は基礎コンクリート1上に載
置して止着してある。
【0010】鍔付ナット8(例えば、実公平8−107
01号公報や特開平9−269003号公報などのよう
に鍔部と螺子筒部で構成する点においては公知)は、鍔
部8aと螺子筒部8bで成り、螺子筒部8b(に設けた
螺子孔)の下部をアンカーボルト7の前記螺子部7aに
螺合しつつ、鍔部8aの下面に設けた切削刃8cで土台
2上面を切削して該鍔部8aを土台2の上面に埋入して
係止(アンカーボルト7の軸線方向に)したものであ
る。

土台2はアンカーボルト7´とこれに螺合した鍔付ナッ
ト8´によって基礎コンクリート1に締結してある。
【0012】螺子筒部8bの上部には、仲介螺杆9の下
部を螺合し、該仲介螺杆9の上部側は、前記柱3にねじ
10で止着したホールダウン金物11(具体例を挙げる
までもなく公知)の緊締受片部11aに貫通させ、これ
にナット12を螺合して締め付けて実施例の装置とした
ものである。
