2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in most cases, wrapping of products in a case such as a department store, a supermarket, and a mail order is performed using paper. However, paper is weak,
In addition, since it has poor water resistance and oil resistance, it may be torn or fuzzy during the transportation of products. Further, it is difficult to automate the paper packaging by a machine, and it is usually necessary to manually perform the packaging one by one with a huge labor cost.

In order to solve such a problem, a packaging method has been proposed in which a case-containing product is covered with a synthetic resin film in a band-like shape and heat-sealed while pulling to obtain a tight package (special feature). (Heihei 5-194168). However, the synthetic resin film used in this method contains an inorganic filler in order to obtain a touch, appearance and incineration characteristics similar to those of paper, and therefore the film has poor heat sealability and hot tack property. It was In order to improve this, if the heat seal is carried out at a high temperature for a long time, the packaging speed may slow down or a packaging defect may occur.

Further, a method has been proposed in which a heat-shrinkable film is applied in a band-like shape and heat-shrink-wrapped. However, even in this case, there are similar problems in heat sealability and hot tackiness. , If the film surface is printed,
Sometimes the printed pattern was distorted and the aesthetics were not good.

That is, a layer containing an inorganic filler having a texture similar to that of paper (hereinafter referred to as a filler-containing layer).
And a multi-layer synthetic resin film having a layer not containing an inorganic filler having good heat-sealing characteristics (hereinafter referred to as a filler-free layer) so that the filler-containing layer comes to the outer surface of the package. The present invention has been found out that the wrapping-like wrapping can be carried out continuously and efficiently without impairing the aesthetic appearance of the resulting package.

The multilayer synthetic resin film 2 used in the present invention has a filler-containing layer 21 and a filler-non-containing layer 22 in an inflation extruder or a T-die extruder having a plurality of extruders. Is obtained by coextrusion. The thermoplastic resin used as the raw material of the filler-containing layer 21 and the filler-free layer 22 is not particularly limited, but for example, low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), etc. Polyolefin resins represented by polyethylene resin and polypropylene resin are exemplified, and polyethylene resin having good heat-sealing property is particularly preferable.

Examples of the inorganic filler to be mixed in the filler-containing layer 21 include calcium carbonate and the like. In order to enhance the hiding property of the multilayer synthetic resin film 2 and obtain an appearance close to that of paper, calcium carbonate or the like is used. Inorganic filler is filler
The content layer 21 preferably contains 20 to 50 wt%. If the content of the inorganic filler is less than 20 wt%, the appearance is not sufficient, and conversely if the content of the inorganic filler exceeds 50 wt%, the film-forming property is deteriorated and the elongation is too small, which is not preferable. The filler-free layer 22 is a term used corresponding to the filler-containing layer 21 described above, and the thermoplastic resin does not contain an inorganic filler at all or has a heat-sealing property. A very small amount of inorganic filler (usually 5 wt% or less) that does not adversely affect the above may be contained. Both the filler-containing layer 21 and the filler-non-containing layer 22 may contain additives such as a modifier and a colorant as necessary. In particular, it is preferable to color the filler-containing layer 21 or to print a design, characters, etc., since the designability will be good.

Next, one embodiment of a method for wrapping the multi-layer synthetic resin film 2 according to the present invention in a band-like shape will be described with reference to FIG. First, the roll-wrapped multilayer synthetic resin film 2 is arranged above and below the packaging table so that the filler-free layer 22 is the surface on the side of the package, and the multilayer synthetic resin film 2 is arranged above. And the front end portions of the multilayer synthetic resin film 2 disposed below

Further, (C) one or both of the upper and lower multilayer synthetic resin films 2 are tensioned, and in this state, heat sealing is carried out by the seal bar 5 and, at the same time, the film is fused. At this time, by applying tension to the multilayer synthetic resin film 2, the case-containing product 3 can be tightly packed without wrinkles and not slipped or loosened during transportation. Particularly, when the heat sealing is performed in a state where the multilayer synthetic resin film 2 arranged below is strongly pulled, the multilayer synthetic resin film arranged below after the heat seal shrinks due to stress and the seal portion 4 is
Since it moves to the lower surface side of the product containing the sleeve, it is preferable for maintaining the aesthetic appearance.

After the end of the packaging, the upper end of the multilayer synthetic resin film 2 and the lower part of the multilayer synthetic resin film 2 are joined to each other, and the steps before the step (A) are performed. It will be in the same state as. Therefore, the packaging method of the present invention can be continuously performed by repeating the operations (A) to (C).

When the method for packaging a cased product according to the present invention is used, the outer surface of the package is packaged so as to form a layer containing an inorganic filler, so that it has the same aesthetic appearance as conventional packaging paper. It is possible to obtain a package having In addition, since the surface in contact with the object to be packaged is a layer that does not contain an inorganic filler, sufficient heat treatment is performed at a relatively low temperature.
It can be tossed and packed at high speed.
