【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は厨房家具に関し、特にそ
のシンク内付属品の取付構造に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】シンク周りの機能性をあげるための様々
の工夫が考えられている。特に洗剤やスポンジ、たわし
などをより目に付かない位置に清潔な状態で収納した
り、生ゴミをより衛生的に処理したりすることについて
大きな関心が寄せられている。また一時的な調理スペー
スの確保、食材や洗い終わった食器類の水切りのため水
切りプレート等の取付等をシステム的に使用したりする
ことが考えられている。
【０００３】例えば従来、水栓部の水仕舞の良いシンク
内水栓を採用したものにあっては、図５に示す様に、洗
剤等の収納用ポケット５を、シンク１の外部に固定的に
配置した構造のものがある。なお図において、９は水切
りプレート、１０は水栓である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら上記従来
の厨房家具においては、収納用ポケット５は、その排水
回路をシンク１の排水回路と別系統にせざるを得ず、ま
た収納用ポケット５は固定的に配置されているため、不
衛生になりがちであるとともに構造的にもコストのかか
る仕様となっていた。
【０００５】さらに収納用ポケット５が固定的に配置さ
れているために、水切りプレート９の使用位置が限定さ
れ不便であった。
【０００６】またシンク内にポケットを採用しているも
のについては前記ポケットに水切りプレートの載置方法
まで考慮している物はなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため
に、本発明の厨房家具は、シンク後壁からその内側に向
かって突出させて水栓取付部を形成し、その側方に形成
された膨出部の空間に納まる収納用ポケットをシンクと
は別体で形成し、シンクと収納用ポケットにそれぞれ形
成した係止部により、収納用ポケットをシンクに着脱自
在に取り付けるようにしたものである。また収納用ポケ
ットの前方には、水切りプレート、まな板、水切りか
ご、スライドシンク等の少なくとも一つを載置するため
の載置部を設け、シンクとで水切りプレートを載置可能
としたものである。

【作用】上記構成によれば、シンクの内側に水栓を設け
た水仕舞の良いシンクにおいて、シンク廻りの小物、ゴ
ミ等を収納するための収納用ポケットを、簡単に着脱で
きて掃除することができ、衛生的に保つことができ、水
切りプレート、まな板、水切りかご、スライドシンク等
の少なくとも一つも機能的に使用することができる。

【実施例】以下、本発明の厨房家具について、その実施
例を図面を参照しながら具体的に説明する。図１は、一
実施例における厨房家具の平面図を示すものであり、シ
ンク１の後壁の中央から手前に突出した水栓取付部３に
は、必要に応じて水栓１０を取り付けることができ、こ
の水栓取付部３の両側のシンク１の形状は、後方に突出
した膨出部２を有するものとなっている。
【００１０】この膨出部２のうち一方には、その膨出部
２の空間を埋めるように、シンク１とは別体で構成され
た収納用ポケット５を載置している。収納用ポケット５
は、洗剤やスポンジ等の小物部品等を収納したり、生ゴ
ミなどを一時的に蓄えたりするものである。
【００１１】この収納用ポケット５の取付構造は、図２
の斜視図及び図３の断面図に示すように、シンク１の上
端部には、その全周にわたって形成された段差Ａのう
ち、膨出部２の部分にリブ４を形成してあり、このシン
ク１のリブ４と係合するように、収納用ポケット５のフ
ランジ７にリブ８を形成してあり、これらの係合によ
り、収納用ポケット５をシンク１に取り付ける構造とな
っている。このときこれらの係合部分は、収納用ポケッ
ト５のフランジ７により覆われるため、見栄えのよいも
のとなる。
【００１２】なお、上記のリブによる取付構造は一例で
あって、一方が穴（穴の形状は丸や長丸あるいは多角形
で良い）であり、他方がその穴に係合するボス部（ボス
部とは円柱、円錐台又は多角柱、多角錘台等をいう）あ
るいはリブなどであっても良い。
【００１３】ところで上記収納用ポケット５は、図４に
示すように、シンク１とにより水切りプレート９を載置
する構造となっている。この水切りプレート９の取付構
造は、図２に示すように、シンク１に取り付けられた収
納用ポケット５の前部上端に、シンク１の上端に形成し
た水切りプレート９を載置するための前記段差部Ａと同
一面となるように、載置部６を形成しており、この段差
部Ａと載置部６により図４に示すように水切りプレート
９を取り付けるものである。
【００１４】そして図示しないが、水栓取付部３の左右
の膨出部２に、ともに上記載置部６を有する収納用ポケ
ット５を取り付ければ、収納用ポケット５の載置部６と
水栓取付部３の前方の段差部Ａとが同一面でかつ連続し
ているので、水切りプレート９をシンク１上を左右に自
由にスライドすることができる。
【００１５】なお水切りプレート９に限らず、まな板や
水切りカゴ、スライドシンク等をスライド可能に載置し
ても構わない。また上記実施例においては、シンク１
は、水栓取付部３の左右に膨出部２を設けた形状で説明
したが、水栓取付部３の一側に形成したものにしても良
い。

【発明の効果】以上のように本発明の厨房家具は、水栓
取付部の側方に形成した膨出部の空間に納まるように、
収納用ポケットをシンクとは別体で着脱可能に構成した
ので、収納用ポケットを取り外せば、容易に洗浄するこ
とができ、常に衛生的に保つことができる。また、収納
用ポケットを取り外せば、シンクを広く使うことができ
るので、自由度は高まるものである。
【００１７】さらに、シンクの水栓取付部の段差と収納
用ポケットの載置部とで、水切りプレート等をスライド
自在に載置するようにしたので、使い勝手を両立させる
ことが可能となり、台所作業を改善する効果は多大なも
