にして配設し、前記ブローヘッドの下端外周縁に対し、
薄板により構成されて全体が筒状を成す薄板環状体を上
下動可能にして嵌装し、かつ前記ブローヘッドの下端に
おける薄板環状体の外側位置に、鋳枠と薄板環状体との
間隙上部を閉鎖するための枠板を配置したことを特徴と
するものであり、第4の鋳型造型装置は、上面にパタ−
ンプレ−トを取付け昇降可能にして配設したテーブルの
上方に、鋳物砂吹き込み及びスクイズ兼用のブローヘッ
ドを配設し、前記ブローヘッドの下端外周縁に対し、薄
板により構成されて全体が筒状を成す薄板環状体を上下
動可能にして嵌装し、かつ前記ブローヘッドの下端にお
ける薄板環状体の外側位置に、鋳枠と薄板環状体との間
隙上部を閉鎖するための枠板を配置したことを特徴とす
るものであり、第5の鋳型造型装置は、第1、2、3又

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 上面にパタ−ンプレ−ト6を取付け昇降
可能にして配設したテーブル5の上方に、鋳物砂吹き込
み及びスクイズ兼用のブローヘッド20を配設すると共
に該ブローヘッド20の下端周縁のフランジ19に対
し、多数の短冊体23、23により構成されて全体が筒
状を成す薄板環状体24を上下動可能にして貫通配設し
たことを特徴とする鋳型造型装置。
1. ブローヘッド20の下端周縁のフランジ19に対し、多
数の短冊体23、23により構成されて全体が筒状を成
す薄板環状体24を上下動可能にして貫通配設したこと
を特徴とする鋳型造型装置。

24Aとの間隙上部を閉鎖するための枠板19Aを配置
したことを特徴とする鋳型造型装置。

る薄板環状体24Aの外側位置に、鋳枠7と薄板環状体
24Aとの間隙上部を閉鎖するための枠板19Aを配置
したことを特徴とする鋳型造型装置。

鋳型造型装置。
