装置において、脱穀室や排藁搬送装置のメンテナンスを
容易化する技術が要望されており、例えば、脱穀室の供
給側移動側板と排出側移動側板との間に軸装される扱胴
を脱穀作業位置からメンテナンス位置へ上昇可能に構成
すると共に、該扱胴を脱穀作業位置に位置保持するロッ

業位置へ移動可能に構成すると共に、該扱胴を脱穀作業
位置に位置保持するロック装置を扱胴カバ−と機体側フ
レ−ムとの間に設け、脱穀室後側に設ける排藁搬送装置
の搬送チェンを該ロック装置を介して排藁搬送作業位置
に位置保持できるように構成する技術が記載されてい
る。そして、扱胴は非脱穀作業位置へ移動させると、扱
胴の軸心は水平状態を保持した状態で上方へ移動する構
成である。また、実開昭56−55339号公報には、
横軸により軸架された扱胴を有する脱穀室と、該脱穀室
の前側左右一側の供給側から前側左右他側の排出側に向
けて穀稈を挾持搬送する穀稈供給装置とを有する脱穀装
置において、前記供給装置は、該供給装置を固定する前
記脱穀室の蓋板ごと一緒に上方に開放してメンテナンス
できるようにした脱穀機について記載されている。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかして、扱胴を脱穀
作業位置に位置保持するロック装置と排藁搬送装置の搬

は可能であるが、風選室は開かないのでメンテナンス不
能である。また、構造上、扱胴が歪むことがあり、扱胴
をも上動させる構造にしたときは一層作業が大変である

課題を解決するために、以下のような技術的手段を講じ
る。即ち、横軸20により軸架された扱胴5を有する脱
穀室4と、該脱穀室4の前側の左右一側の供給側2から
前側の左右他側の排出側3に向けて穀稈を挾持搬送する
穀稈供給装置37とを有する脱穀装置において、前記供
給装置37には、該供給装置37の前側に設けたチェン
カバー45と前記脱穀室4の前側の一部および風選室1

給装置37とチェンカバー45と前板44とを一体的に
移動可能に構成し、前記扱胴5を脱穀室4の供給側移動
