環状突起と、前記側壁部の上端から水平に外側に伸びる
水平鍔部と、前記水平鍔部上から上方に伸びる上部環状
突起を有し、前記樹脂製キャップは、下端が開口し上端
が閉じた中空円筒部と、前記中空円筒部の外部側壁部か
ら水平方向に伸びる薄肉底壁部と、前記薄肉底壁部に形
成された複数の気体抜き孔と、前記薄肉底壁部の外周に
形成された外周シール部を有し、前記樹脂製ベース部材
の中央孔に前記樹脂製キャップの中空円筒部の下部を位
置させ、前記薄肉底壁部の複数の気体抜き孔を前記内外
側環状突起間に位置させ、前記外周シール部を前記側壁
環状突起に係合させ、包装容器の内圧上昇により樹脂製
ベース部材の内外側突起間に位置する空気抜き孔と包装
容器内が連通する通路が形成されるようにしたことを特
