路を接続して正極性の電位を印加するとともに暖房用の

血圧やコレストロールや糖分は数値が健康そのものを表
示するわけでなく、健康度は個々の感じ方で読取る官能
試験による評価が普通である。そこで電界強さをもって
比較するため、相対値ながら電気計器の読取り値が治験
体験とよく合致する簡易法を考案し効果を数値で示すこ
とが出来た。 【0007】 表面絶縁層の誘電体が透湿性であり吸湿
性であったりすると電極部材の正電位が人体にそのまま
表れて所望の負電位を有する静電気を帯電できない。す
なわち電位の極性が絶縁層の絶縁状態の悪化によって反
転しないので材料が透湿性である場合や電気毛布など温
熱ヒーターを併設する複合構造では電極部材に負電位を
印加することがある。極性の反転による影響は絶縁層の
厚み寸法が薄いほど顕著であり、この事実は厚みの増大
に従い効果の有無が判然としなくなることに根拠をお
く。しかしながら多くの場合、使用中に発汗などの影響
を防ぐには非透湿性の材料を用い且つ電極部材の極性を
正電位に設定することが安定して所期の効果を得るため

療器であるから、暖房用の電気毛布をマジックファスナ
ーやホック或いはボタン等を用いて着脱可能に一体化
し、オールシーズンに向く温熱・電位複合形の健康器具
とすることが出来る。従来品は電気ヒーターと電界を生
成する電極部材(電床板)とを兼用した温熱電位複合形
である。細い電気ヒーターがビッシリと密に敷詰められ
全体として電床板を形成するタイプであるから、温度分
布を均等に保つことが難しい。このため厚み寸法が非常
に大きい保温層を必要としたので重量が重くコストも高
く付いていた。電気ヒーターと電極部材が分離できない
