樋吊り具に係り、特に、短尺の軒先固定板に確実に係着
できると共に、軒樋を確実且つ容易に吊設できるプラス
チック製の軒樋吊り具に関するものである。

【従来技術とその課題】従来、軒先前面板に、直接或い
は鼻隠しカバーを介して短尺の軒先固定板を釘打ち固定
し、該軒先固定板の前面側に折曲する吊り具掛止部に、
軒樋吊り具の樋支持杆の後面側に形成した挿着板を係止
した場合には、突風等による振動のために軒樋吊り具が
水平方向にスライド移動して、軒先固定板から逸脱して
しまう等のトラブルを生ずることがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記課題を解決
するためのものであって、その要旨は、樋支持杆の後面
側に挿着板を一体に形成してなるプラスチック製の軒樋
吊り具において、上記挿着板の上端両側から上記樋支持
杆の両側にかけて案内片を付設し、該案内片により短尺
の軒先固定板の上端部から前面側に折曲する吊り具掛止
部を挟持するようにしてなるプラスチック製の軒樋吊り
具である。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基
づいて具体的に説明する。図１は本発明のプラスチック
製軒樋吊り具を斜視図で示し、図２は本発明の取付け状
態を一部透視側断面図で示す。本発明は、樋支持杆１１
の後面側に挿着板１２を一体に形成してなるプラスチッ
ク製軒樋吊り具であって、上記挿着板１２の上端両側か
ら上記樋支持杆１１の両側にかけて案内片１２−１，１
２−２を付設して、該案内片１２−１，１２−２によ
り、短尺の軒先固定板２の上端部から前面側に折曲する
吊り具掛止部２１を挟持するようにしてなるものであ
る。
【０００５】本発明のプラスチック製軒樋吊り具は、ポ
リ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなど機械
的強度や成形性に優れた熱可塑性プラスチックであれば
何れも採用でき、射出成形法等の成形手段により容易に
一体成形品が得られる。
【０００６】本発明は、その樋支持杆１１の挿着板１２
に案内片１２−１，１２−２を付設したから、軒樋吊り
具１が軒先固定板２から逸脱することがなくなると共
に、これら案内片１２−１，１２−２により、挿着板１
２と樋支持杆１１との付け根を補強することになって、
樋支持杆１１が曲がったり、捩じれたりするのを防止す
ることが出来る。また、樋支持杆１１の下方裏面側に設
ける樋係止片１１１の基端部に、断面が略半円弧状の弾
発部１１２を付設すれば、弾発力や強度の調整は弾発部
１１２のみの修正で済むために、成形金型の修正時間の
短縮並びに修正費用が軽減できるものである。

【実施例】本発明の軒樋吊り具１の基本態様は、図１に
斜視図で、また、図２に側断面図で示す如く、軒先固定
板２に取付ける挿着板１２と、該挿着板１２から前面側
に突設した樋支持杆１１並びにその裏面側に付設した補
強杆１１−１からなり、上記樋支持杆１１と補強杆１１
−１の前縁部に樋耳係着部１３を形成すると共に、補強
杆１１−１の後縁部の下部に、挿着板１２と樋耳支持片
１４１に囲まれる樋耳係着部１４を形成してある。そし
て、本発明の特徴とするところは、上記挿着板１２の上
端両側から上記樋支持杆１１の両側にかけて案内片１２
−１，１２−２を双設して、短尺の軒先固定板２の上端
部から前面側に折曲する吊り具掛止部２１を両側から挟
み込むようにされている点にある。
【０００８】上記軒樋吊り具１の挿着板１２の上端両側
に付設する案内片１２−１，１２−２相互間の内寸法
は、軒先固定板２の吊り具掛止部２１の水平方向の寸法
と略同一に設定される。また、上記補強杆１１−１の裏
面から、基端部の断面が略半円弧状をなす弾発部１１２
を介して樋耳係止片１１１を設けた場合には、この樋耳
係止片１１１の弾発力や強度は、樋耳係止片１１１全体
を修正する必要がなく、基端部を形成する弾発部１１２
の円弧半径や肉厚のみを修正することにより容易に調整
することが出来るので、成形金型の修正時間が短縮され
ると共に修正費用が軽減される。
【０００９】本発明を家屋軒先に取付け施工するには、
図２に示す如く、先づ、軒先前面板Ａに鼻隠しカバーＢ
を介して軒先固定板２を釘打ち固定し、水切り板Ｃを鼻
隠しカバーＢの上端部で担持して取付け、次いで、軒樋
吊り具１の案内片１２−１，１２−２により軒先固定板
２の吊り具掛止部２１を挟み込むと共に、挿着板１２の
上端部１２１を上端掛止部２１に係止し、且つ挿着板１
２の下端部１２２を下端掛止部２２に引っ掛けて固定片
１５により係着し、軒先固定板２に本発明の軒樋吊り具
１が確実に固定される。
【００１０】しかる後、軒樋吊り具１の前縁側の樋耳係
着部１３に、軒樋３の前面耳部３１を係止すると共に、
軒樋吊り具１の後縁側の樋耳係着部１４へ、弾発部１１
２により弾発付勢された樋耳係止片１１１によって、軒
樋３の後面耳部３２がワンタッチで確実に係着されるも
のである。

【発明の効果】本発明は上記構成よりなるので下記効果
を奏する。即ち、本発明によれば、樋支持杆の挿着板か
ら樋支持杆にかけて案内片を双設したから、軒樋吊り具
が軒先固定板から逸脱することがなくなり、また、案内
片の補強作用により樋支持杆の曲がりや捩じれを防止す
