Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a plug for removing keratotic plugs, which is a cosmetic for removing keratotic plugs in pores and sebum lines. 2. Description of the Related Art A keratin plug is a substance in which sebum containing dirt hardens and clogs sebaceous glands or pores. May be oxidized to cause inflammation, and it is preferable to remove this physiologically. [0003] Conventionally, peel-off type (cosmetics which are applied to the skin and peeled from the skin after drying) for removing dirt adhering to the surface of the skin include polyvinyl alcohol and resin emulsions such as polyvinyl acetate emulsion. However, it has been almost impossible to remove keratotic plugs that have entered sebaceous glands or pores due to weak adsorption power. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-82310 discloses a pack cosmetic in which an effect of removing a keratotic plug can be expected to some extent.
JP-A-5-97627 and JP-A-5-221843 disclose a keratotic plug removing agent containing a polymer compound having a group capable of forming a salt in the presence of an acid or a base. ing. [0005] However, the above-mentioned conventional keratotic plug removal agent is painful at the time of exfoliation, or has a seasonal effect such as a temperature ranging from below freezing of about -5 ° C to a high temperature exceeding 35 ° C. Inferior daily stability of emulsified state in daily life with change,
In many cases, the removal efficiency of keratotic plugs is not sufficient. Specifically, elongation (spreadability) on the skin at the time of application, pain at the time of peeling, keratotic plug removal effect, and seasonal use temperature change In this case, there is a problem that there is no one that can satisfy all of the chronological stability. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and to provide a plug for removing keratotic plugs which spreads on the skin, pains at the time of exfoliation, keratotic plug-removing effect and seasonal use temperature. In order to satisfy all the chronological stability in the case where is changed, these characteristics are combined. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method for producing polyvinyl alcohol, an alkyl acrylate having an alkyl group having 4 to 18 carbon atoms.
Thus, a corn plug removal pack containing a styrene copolymer emulsion and water as essential components was obtained. [0008] Further, in the pack for removing a keratotic plug,
When the blending ratio of the alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer is 2
That is, means for adjusting the weight to 10% by weight was adopted. Further, in the pack for removing a keratin plug,
Means for adjusting the blending ratio of polyvinyl alcohol to 5 to 20% by weight was adopted. The action mechanism of the pack for removing keratotic plugs according to the present invention has not been completely elucidated, but polyvinyl alcohol and an alkyl acrylate having an alkyl group having a predetermined carbon number are essential components. -Adoption of styrene copolymer emulsion and water, which selectively adsorbs or adheres to keratin plugs that have entered sebaceous glands and pores, and has little effect on other parts of the skin. It is considered that pain is sometimes less, the emulsified state in a wide temperature range is stabilized by the combination of the above-mentioned materials, and the stability over time is excellent. The alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer used in the present invention has an alkyl group having 4 to 18 carbon atoms. As long as the copolymer has an alkyl group having the carbon number in the above range, a single or a mixture of two or more thereof may be used. As is clear from the test results of Examples and Comparative Examples described later, the alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer having an alkyl group having less than 4 carbon atoms has poor adhesion to keratotic plugs, and also has an emulsified packing agent. The chronological stability of the composition is also reduced. In addition, carbon number is 1
Alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymers having more than 8 alkyl groups have too much adhesion to the skin, causing greater pain when peeled. [0012] Such an alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer is used in the form of an emulsion at the time of blending. In this case, the dispersion medium is made uniform using water, ethyl alcohol or another known hydrophilic solvent. It is dispersed and emulsified (O / W type). The mixing ratio of the above-mentioned alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer in the pack is 2 to 10% by weight. This is because if the compounding ratio is less than 2% by weight, the effect of removing keratotic plugs is poor, and if the compounding ratio is more than 10% by weight, the daily stability of the pack composition is impaired. The polyvinyl alcohol used in the present invention is usually used as a film forming agent,
In particular, the viscosity (grade) is not limited. The blending ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol to the pack is 5-2.
0% by weight. The reason is that if the amount is less than 5% by weight, the viscosity is low and it is difficult to form a uniform film on the skin. If the amount is more than 20% by weight, the viscosity increases and the spread on the skin is poor. Because it becomes. The pack for removing keratotic plugs of the present invention comprises:
The above-mentioned polyvinyl alcohol, alkyl acrylate-
Styrene copolymer and water are essential components, but in addition to these components, surfactants, oils, glycols, ethanol, water-soluble polymers, ultraviolet absorbers, preservatives, antioxidants, medicinal properties An appropriate amount of components usually used in cosmetics, such as components, colorants, pigments, powders, and fragrances, may be added as long as the desired effects of the present invention are not impaired. Examples 1 to 9, Comparative Examples 1 to 6 Tables 2 to 4
Of the components (1) to (6) shown in
The mixture was heated to ° C., and the components (2) and (5) were added thereto with stirring to make the mixture uniform, followed by stirring and cooling. Then this is 4
While maintaining the temperature at 5 ° C., the components (1), (3) and (4) were added, and the mixture was cooled to room temperature with stirring to obtain a pack for removing keratotic plugs. Using the obtained plug for removing keratotic plugs,
Stability over time, elongation on the skin, pain at the time of peeling, and keratotic plug removal effect were examined. Regarding the stability over time, the emulsified state after standing for one month under the temperature conditions (room temperature, -5 ° C., 40 ° C.) shown in Tables 2 to 4 was visually observed. Not possible, Δ: slight separation was observed, x: severe separation was observed, and the results were evaluated in three stages.
Also described in 4. The evaluation of the test concerning the feeling of use was evaluated by the average score of the five-stage use evaluation shown in Table 1 below by 15 expert panelists, and the results are also shown in Tables 2 to 4. did. [Table 1] [Table 2] [Table 3] [Table 4] As is evident from the results in Table 2, Comparative Example 1 in which the mixing ratio of the alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer is less than the predetermined amount has a poor keratotic plug removing effect and a high temperature (40 ° C.).
Was inferior in day-to-day stability. In Comparative Example 2 in which the blending ratio of the alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer exceeds a predetermined amount, pain was large at the time of peeling, and high temperature (40 ° C.)
Was also inferior in stability over time. From the results in Table 3, it is found that Comparative Example 3 using an alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer in which the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is less than a predetermined value has a poor keratotic plug removal effect.
It can be seen that the daily stability at 0 ° C. is poor. Further, alkyl acrylate in which the number of carbon atoms of the alkyl group exceeds a predetermined value.
In Comparative Example 4 using a styrene copolymer, the pain was large at the time of peeling, the spread on the skin was insufficient, and the gel was formed in a daily stability test at a low temperature (−5 ° C.) and separated at 40 ° C. Happened. As is clear from the results in Table 4, Comparative Example 5 in which the blending amount of polyvinyl alcohol was less than the predetermined amount was low in viscosity and it was difficult to form a uniform film on the skin. The removal effect was also poor, and in Comparative Example 6 in which polyvinyl alcohol was added in excess of the predetermined amount, the viscosity was high,
Under any of the temperature conditions, the aging stability was poor, and the product spread poorly on the skin. On the other hand, from the results of Tables 2 to 4, Examples 1 to 9 satisfying all the conditions show that spreading on the skin, pain at the time of exfoliation, corn plug removal effect, and seasonal use temperature It can be seen that all the chronological stability in the case where is changed can be satisfied. According to the present invention, as described above, the present invention provides a square plug that employs polyvinyl alcohol, an alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer emulsion having an alkyl group having a predetermined number of carbon atoms, and water as essential components. The use of the pack for removal has an advantage that the spread on the skin, the pain at the time of peeling, the removal effect of the keratin plug, and the daily stability when the use temperature changes seasonally can be satisfied.
