体からその脚部を簡単に取外せて、家具の保管・移動に
便であり、使用時には、極めて簡単且つ強固に脚部を取
付けられる様にした、テーブル等の家具の脚取付構造に
関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来から、着脱自在の脚を備えたテーブ
ルが知られている。この従来のものは、脚の上端に取着
した座板を、ボルト・ナットを使ってテーブルの天板裏
面に着脱自在に固定させる方法を採っていた。又、座卓
等であれば、天板と脚を蝶番で連結し、脚を折畳自在に
する方法も行われて来た。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】然しながら、各脚毎に
1個以上のナットを締付け、又螺脱する作業は甚だ繁雑
であり、テーブルの台数が多い場合は、かなりの時間と
人手を要することになる。そして、脚を折畳式に取付け
たものは、その構造上、固定強度に問題があり、大型の
テーブルには向かない。又、脚が円柱形の場合には、連
結構造が複雑になってしまう。そこで、本発明の目的
は、不使用時には脚を取外して、保管・運搬の便を図る
様にしたものに於いて、脚部の取付及び取外しを、極力
簡単・迅速、且つ確実に行える様にした家具の脚取付構
造を提供するにある。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成する為
の、本発明による家具の脚取付構造は、テーブル等の家
具の脚部を、天板等の家具本体に着脱自在に取付ける為
の構造であって、家具本体1に固定させる基盤6に、有
底短筒状の嵌合突起8を下向きに突設した固定部4と、
脚部2の上端に設けられて、前記嵌合突起8を緊密に挿
嵌させる嵌合孔10を備える被固定部5とから成り、前
記嵌合突起8の底面8aには、筒の径方向に伸びるスリ
ット9を設けると共に、底面8aの上面は、前記スリッ
ト9の両側端9a,9aから夫々筒周方向に上向きに緩
やかに傾斜する斜面aに形成し、前記嵌合孔10の底部
11には、前記スリット9に挿嵌させ得る形状を備え
て、その上端に前記斜面aに当接させる掛止部12bを
設けた掛止部材12を突設し、前記掛止部12bを前記
スリット9に挿通させたうえ、前記脚部2をその軸周り
に回動させると、前記掛止部12bが前記斜面aを次第
に締付けて、前固定部4と被固定部5とが強固に掛合さ
れる構成とした。 【0005】 【作用】家具本体1に脚部を着脱自在に連結させるに
は、家具本体1に固定された固定部4の、基盤6に下向
きに突設した嵌合突起8に、脚部2の上端に設けた被固
定部5の嵌合孔10を嵌め込み、その掛止部12bを、
嵌合突起8のスリット9に挿通させる。そして、脚部2
をその軸周りに所定角度回動させると、掛止部12b
が、底面8aの上面に形成された斜面aを次第に締付け
るので、固定部4と被固定部5とは、殆どワンタッチ操
作で強固に掛合される。脚部2を取り外す時には、脚部

使われるテーブルに適用した一実施例に就いて、図面を
参照しながら説明する。図4に示した、この実施例のテ
ーブルAの天板1(家具本体)は、45cm×120c

本発明の脚取付構造によって、天板1の裏面の4箇所に
夫々着脱自在に連結させている。この実施例の脚部2
は、太さが約7cmのメッキ仕上した金属パイプ製で、
下端には、高さアジャスター3を組付けている。 【0007】脚取付構造は、天板1の裏面の夫々の脚取
付個所に螺止固定される、図1に示した固定部4と、各
脚部2の上端に設けた、図2に示した被固定部5とで構

となる底板で、脚部2の内空部に橋絡状に溶接してい
る。底板11の真ん中には、固定部4と被固定部5とを
強固に掛止させる為の、掛止部材12を上向きに突設し

2aの下端を底板11の真ん中に溶接している。T字の
横棒部分は、上記斜面aに引っ掛かる掛止部12bとな

bをスリット9に挿通させた状態で、掛止部12bの下
面を、辛うじて斜面aの始端部分(スリット9の両側端
9a)と干渉せずに、この面上に突出させ得る寸法に設
定している。 【0012】次に、上記構成の作用を説明する。今、テ
ーブルAは、不使用時には、各脚部2を天板1から取外
した嵩張らない状態で保管されている。この状態からテ
ーブルAを組立てるには、先ず、天板1を裏返すか、又
は、立て掛けた状態にする。そして、脚部2の頂端の嵌
合孔10を、固定部4の嵌合突起8に嵌め込む。 【0013】この時、脚部2の上端に設けた回動起点マ

孔(図示略)を設けて置き、この小孔に挿し込んだドラ
イバーや梃となる棒等を廻すとよい。 【0016】尚、上記構成に於いて、細部の構造は適宜
に設計変更しても、本発明の目的は達成される。例え
ば、掛止部材12の形状は図示に限られず、要は、その
上端に形成させた鈎状の掛止部を、嵌合突起8の底面8
aに設けた挿通用のスリットに挿通させたうえ、脚部2
をその軸周りに回動させて行くと、この掛止部が底面8
aの上面に設けた斜面aを次第に締付ける様な形状を備
えていれば足りる。そして、脚部2への掛止部材12の
取付方法も、図示以外の方法が可能である。又、脚の形
状は円筒状に限らず、任意の不定形状等であっても、特
許請求の範囲に記した本発明の構成を組込むことが出来
る。そして、家具はテーブルに限られない。 【0017】 【発明の効果】以上の説明によって明らかな様に、本発
明による家具の脚取付構造によれば、以下に列挙した如
き実用上の優れた効果を奏する。 (a) 家具本体に脚部を取付け、又、取外すには、家
具本体に固定された固定部の嵌合突起に、脚部の上端に
設けた被固定部の嵌合孔を嵌め込んだうえ、脚部をその
軸周りに正・逆回転させるだけで足りる。 (b) その為、ボルト・ナットを使って脚部を固定す
る従来技術に比べて、脚部の着脱操作を遥かに簡単・迅
速に殆どワンタッチ操作で行える。 (c) 又、外したナットを一々保管する煩わしさも無
くなる。 (d) その上、スバナ等の着脱用工具は一切使わなく
ても済む。 (e) 固定部と被固定部とは、嵌合突起に形成した斜
面が呈する楔作用によって、十分な連結強度を確保出来
る。
