Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a door pocket structure for storing a sliding door when the sliding door is opened. 2. Description of the Related Art FIGS. 5A and 5B show a conventionally used door pocket structure. 2 to construct the door pocket
The door pocket panels (a) and (b) stand in parallel at a predetermined interval, and these door pocket panels (a) and (b) are floor rails (b)
, (B) Adjuster bolts (c) located on both sides of
, (C) at an appropriate height. The door pocket panel (a) is a panel with a structure in which a core is inserted and a surface material is stuck on both sides.
At the upper end, a fastener (e) is positioned by fitting into a fitting portion formed at the upper and lower ends. [0003] A sliding door (f) is suspended from an upper rail (g) of the door pocket formed between the two door pocket panels (a) and (b) so that the door can be opened and closed. The lower end of the sliding door (f) is restrained by a guide roller (h) fixed to the floor. By the way, in configuring a door pocket, a double door pocket panel
(A) and (a) must be in a form that allows the support tool (d) and the fastening tool (e) to be fitted as described above. Is reduced in strength. For this purpose, the upper and lower ends are provided with reinforcing members having a substantially U-shaped cross section. [0004] As described above, the conventional door pocket structure has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem. To provide a door pocket and a door pocket panel having a simple structure and high strength. [0005] The door pocket structure of the present invention has two door pocket panels vertically arranged at a predetermined interval, and a sliding door is housed between both panels. The structure is the same as the conventional one. However, the door pocket panel has a structure in which a surface material is adhered to both sides with a core as a filler, and the surface material is bent to form a fastening piece at the upper end of the panel, and a positioning piece at the lower end of the panel. It has a stopper and an insertion piece at the rear end. An adjuster bolt is disposed at an appropriate position on the floor rail, and the door pocket panel is mounted on a skirting board supported by the adjuster bolt. A sliding door is arranged in a door pocket formed between the panels, and the sliding door can be taken in and out of the door pocket. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a door pocket structure according to the present invention, in which a sliding door 2 is hung between two door pocket panels 1 and 1. In the embodiment, a hanging door is used as a specific example of the sliding door. However, the sliding door is not necessarily limited to the hanging door, and a sliding door having a rail laid on the floor surface may be used. As shown in the figure, a floor rail 3 is laid on the floor surface.
The baseboard 5 is supported by the adjuster bolts 4 arranged at appropriate locations. The door pocket panel 1 is mounted on and supported by the baseboard 5, and its upper end is screwed to the upper rail 6. The door pocket panel 1 of the present invention is a panel in which surface materials 8a and 8b are adhered to both surfaces of a core 7, and a fastening piece 9 is extended at an upper end by bending the surface material 8a. A stopper 10 is formed by bending a surface member 8a at the lower end of the panel. Although FIG. 2 shows a state in which the door pocket panel 1 is merely placed on the baseboard 5, actually, screws are screwed from the baseboard 5 to the lower end of the door pocket panel 1 and fastened. I have. In this case, in order to position the lower end of the door pocket panel 1, a stopper 10 formed by bending the surface material 8a is in contact with a corner of the baseboard 5. The sliding door 2 is suspended from an upper rail 11, and a hanging tool 1 supporting a roller 12 is supported on an upper end of the sliding door 2.
3 is mounted, and the roller 12 can roll on the upper rail 11. A guide groove 14 is provided at the lower end of the sliding door 2, and a steady rest 15 rising from the floor surface is loosely fitted in the guide groove 14. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a door pocket structure according to the present invention. As is clear from the drawing, the surface material 8a is bent at the rear end of the door pocket panel 1 to form an insertion piece 16 which is fitted into a recess formed in the vertical bar 17 and a panel guide 18 is provided. It is sandwiched between. Therefore, the door pocket panel 1
Is mounted with its upper, lower and rear ends fastened. FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view at a position where the door pocket panel 1 is pulled out. In this position, door pocket panel 1
The cover 19 and the inspection panel 20 are mounted so as to be located on the same plane as the surface of the door pocket panel 1, and the upper rail 11, the roller 12,
Is covered. The inspection panel 20 rotates about the shaft 22 provided at the upper end by removing the screw 21,
You can open it. FIGS. 4A to 4D show a door pocket panel 1 of the present invention. The door pocket panel 1 is obtained by attaching surface materials 8a and 8b to both surfaces using the core 7 as a filler, and the surface material 8a on the front side is placed in a state where the core 7 is inserted into the surface material 8b located inside. It is stuck so as to cover it. A fastening piece 9 at the upper end of the panel formed by bending the surface material 8a
Are formed with screw holes 23, 23. As described above, the door pocket structure of the present invention has the door pocket panel surface material adhered to both sides of the core, and the surface material is bent to the upper and lower ends to form fastening pieces and stoppers. The following effects can be obtained. According to the door pocket structure of the present invention, the door pocket panel to be used has a structure in which a surface material is adhered to both sides of the core, and furthermore, the entire core is held, so that the door pocket panel is warped or twisted. But rather a high strength panel. The mounting of the panel has a fastening piece at the upper end of the panel, a stopper at the lower end, and an insertion piece at the rear end thereof. ,
The structure is simple and the manufacture of the panel is easy.
