【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、天井とダクト設備を複
合化したグラスウールダクト内に取り付けられる空気吹
出口に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来技術】一般に、天井下地取付型の空気吹出口にあ
っては、風向調整ディフレクター並びに風量調節ダンパ
ーを一つのケ−シング内に収納し、これを天井下地に吊
下杆を介して取り付け、送風ダクトから送られる調和空
気を被空調室に吹出すようにしたもので、ケ−シングを
含む空気吹出口本体の荷重は吊下杆が負担するため、天
井板には何ら影響を与えることはないが、天井板を送風
ダクトの構成要件とした所謂天井とダクト設備を複合化
したグラスウールダクトの場合、空気吹出口本体を天井
下地に取り付けることができず、天井板に取り付けざる
を得なかった。 【0003】 【従来技術の問題点】空気吹出口本体を天井板に取り付
けた場合、その荷重により天井板が垂れるように脹ら
み、また、送風時、風圧によって更にその脹らみが大き
くなるという問題点があって、重量のある天井下地取付
型の空気吹出口は天井とダクト設備を複合化したグラス
ウールダクトの場合には適用できなかった。 【0004】 【発明の目的】本発明は、空気吹出口本体を天井板では
なく、天井板と平行する位置にあるグラスウールダクト
を構成するグラスウール板の一部に取り付けることによ
って上記従来技術の問題点を解決することができるよう
にしたグラスウールダクト用空気吹出口を提供すること
を目的とするものである。 【0005】 【発明の開示】本発明に係るグラスウールダクト用空気
吹出口は、天井とダクト設備を複合化したグラスウール
ダクト内に取り付けられる空気吹出口であって、風向調
整ディフレクターの収納枠と風量調節ダンパーを取付枠
を介して一体化できるように構成し、前記収納枠の下端
外周にグラスウール製の天井板に形成された孔の周縁部
を保持するフランジを形成すると共に、前記取付枠の上
端には天井板と平行なグラスウールダクトを構成するグ
ラスウール板に固着するためのフランジを形成したこと
を特徴とするものである。 【0006】 【発明の作用】空気吹出口本体の荷重は取付枠の上端の
フランジが取り付けられる天井板と平行なグラスウール
ダクトを構成するグラスウール板が負担し、天井板の垂
れは、風向調整ディフレクターを収納するケーシングの
フランジが抑える。 【0007】 【実施例】図1は、本発明空気吹出口の分解斜視図、図
2は、本発明空気吹出口をグラスウールダクト内に取り
付けた状態を表す要部縦断正面図、図3は、同要部縦断
側面図である。1は、複数の風向調整ディフレクター1
1…11を収納するための収納枠で、下端の外周には後
述の天井板の孔の縁部を保持するフランジ12が周設さ
れている。2は、回転する複数のベーン21…21から
成る風量調節ダンパーで、該ダンパーを支持する支持板
22の一部が後述の取付枠に固着されるようになってい
る。3は、前記風向調整ディフレクター11…11の収
納枠1を嵌合させた後ネジ止めすることができ、風量調
節ダンパー2の支持板22が取り付けられるようにした
取付枠で、上端の左右には後述の天井板と平行なグラス
ウールダクトを構成するグラスウール板にネジ止めする
ためのフランジ31、31が形成されており、グラスウ
ール板に取り付けたときダクト内つまりグラスウール板
と天井板との間を流れる調和空気が風量調節ダンパー2
に流れるように切欠き32、32が形成されている。図
中、Aは、グラスウールダクトを構成する天井板、B
は、天井板と平行なグラスウールダクトを構成するグラ
スウール板である。 【0008】本案空気吹出口の取付方法を説明する。天
井板Aを取り付けて最終的にグラスウールダクトとする
前に、予め風量調節ダンパー2を固着した取付枠3の上
端のフランジ31、31の孔にネジを挿通してグラスウ
ール板Bに固着した後、取付枠3の開口部と同じ平面形
状の孔を予め穿つた天井板Aを取り付け、その孔に下方
からその孔を通って取付枠3の開口部に収納枠1を嵌合
させ、該収納枠を風量調節ダンパー2の支持板22に形
成されたネジ孔にネジ止めすることにより本案空気吹出
口の取り付けが終了する。 【0009】本案空気吹出口が取り付けられた状態にあ
っては、空気吹出口本体はグラスウール板Bに支持さ
れ、天井板Aの孔の周縁は収納枠1のフランジ12によ
って支持されるため、空気吹出口本体の荷重及び風圧に
よる天井板Aの垂れが生じることがないものである。 【0010】 【発明の効果】本発明に係るグラスウールダクト用空気
吹出口によれば、風向調整ディフレクターの収納枠と風
量調節ダンパーを取付枠を介して一体化できるように構
成し、前記収納枠の下端外周にグラスウール製の天井板
に形成された孔の周縁部を保持するフランジを形成する
と共に、前記取付枠の上端には天井板と平行なグラスウ
ールダクトを構成するグラスウール板に固着するための
フランジを形成したものであるから、従来技術のように
空気吹出口本体の荷重及び風圧による天井板の垂れを防
止することができ、重量のある空気吹出口であっても天
井とダクト設備を複合化したグラスウールダクト内に取
り付けることが可能となったものである。

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION An air outlet for a glass wool duct according to the present invention is an air outlet installed in a glass wool duct in which a ceiling and a duct facility are combined, and a storage frame for a wind direction adjusting deflector and an air volume adjustment.
