2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a soundproof wall having a height of about 1.5 to 3 m is installed along a highway running through an urban area or along a railway line in order to insulate and absorb noise accompanying traveling of a vehicle. Has been done. However, on an elevated road that passes through the city center, a noise barrier with a height of about 1.5 to 3 m is not sufficient as a noise countermeasure for condominiums along the road, and recently a noise barrier with a height of about 7 m is requested. It is supposed to be done.
However, if such a high noise barrier is installed on an elevated road, it will be a heavy burden on the pier due to the effect of wind load, so it was a problem to simply increase the height of the conventional noise barrier. .

In view of the above problems, the applicant of the present invention has proposed a soundproof wall capable of reducing the wind load and satisfying the soundproof performance as described in Japanese Patent Application No. 8-19202. In one form of this soundproof wall, a plurality of soundproof members each having a mountain-shaped cross section are vertically arranged at a predetermined interval in a substantially horizontal direction, and the soundproof members are rotatably arranged between the soundproof members to provide a predetermined wind pressure. When the above is reached, the sound insulation member rotates to open the space between the sound insulation members to allow the air to escape from between the sound insulation members, and when the air pressure falls below a predetermined wind pressure, the sound insulation member is restored and the space between the sound insulation members is closed to reduce noise. Sound insulation and sound absorption.

However, when a wind tunnel experiment is conducted on the above soundproof wall and a strong wind with a wind speed of 50 m / s is applied, and the angle at which the sound insulation member rotates and opens due to the wind pressure is measured, it is up to about 50 degrees. It has been found that it only opens, and it does not open to the angle where the wind load can be reduced most, that is, up to 90 degrees when it becomes horizontal. The reason why the sound insulation member rotates only up to about 50 degrees is that as the sound insulation member rotates, the projected area of the sound insulation member that receives wind decreases and the rotational force due to wind pressure decreases, and the moment of the sound insulation member increases. It is thought that this is because it becomes heavy and difficult to rotate. Therefore, although this soundproof wall can reduce the wind load to some extent, it is not always sufficient.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the inventor of the present invention provided a rotating shaft of a sound insulation member at a position higher than the center of the side surface and opposed to the upper end of the sound insulation member. If the lower surface of the upper horizontal member bulges in a substantially V-shaped cross section in the front-rear direction, and if the sound insulation member is exposed to wind exceeding the moment necessary to rotate the sound insulation member, the rotation axis of the sound insulation member is located above the center of the side surface. The sound insulation member is first provided with a rotational force such that the lower part of the sound insulation member is flown in the leeward direction and is lifted up by the wind pressure.
On the other hand, although not theoretically elucidated, when the sound insulation member starts to rotate due to the rotational force, a gap is created between the upper end of the sound insulation member and the lower surface of the upper lateral member, and wind blows through this gap. Since the lower surface of the upper horizontal member is bulged in a substantially V-shaped cross section, the blown wind is guided along the lower surface of the upper horizontal member and narrowed at the V-shaped lowermost portion. After passing through the lower part, an upward swirl flow is generated. Due to this swirl flow, a force such as a lift force that lifts the lower part of the sound insulation member rotated up to a predetermined angle is applied, and the swirl flow causes Power
By adding to the rotational force due to the wind pressure that directly hits the sound insulation member, it becomes possible to rotate the sound insulation member to an angle at which the wind load can be reduced most, that is, to rotate the sound insulation member up to about 90 degrees and open it. After knowing it, the present invention was completed.

That is, in the soundproof panel according to the present invention, a sound insulating member is rotatably supported by a rotary shaft projecting horizontally in an opening of a frame body formed by upper and lower lateral members and left and right side plates. When the sound pressure exceeds a predetermined wind pressure, the sound insulation member rotates to open the opening, and when the sound pressure falls below the predetermined air pressure, the sound insulation member restores and the opening is closed. The rotating shaft is provided above the center of the side surface of the sound insulating member, and the lower surface of the upper lateral member facing the upper end of the sound insulating member is bulged in a V-shaped cross section in the front-rear direction. The soundproof wall according to the present invention is characterized by the following.
The soundproof panel is formed by stacking a plurality of the soundproof panels in a wall shape.

According to the present invention, when the wind pressure is lower than a predetermined level, the sound insulation member closes the opening to insulate and absorb noise, and when the wind pressure is higher than the predetermined wind pressure, the sound insulation member is in a horizontal state close to 90 degrees. Since the opening is opened by rotating it up to effectively reduce the wind load, it is possible to increase the height of the soundproof wall without placing a heavy burden on the pier even if installed on an elevated road. it can.

In the present invention, the upper surface of the lower lateral member facing the lower end of the sound insulating member may be flat, but if it is raised in the front-rear direction in a substantially mountain-shaped cross-section, it follows the mountain-shaped upper surface. Since the wind guided by the above acts as an upward wind and acts to lift the lower part of the sound insulation member, the sound insulation member can be rotated more effectively.

Further, in the present invention, in order to rotate the sound insulation member when the wind pressure exceeds a predetermined wind pressure and restore the sound insulation member when the wind pressure falls below the predetermined wind pressure, the weight of the sound insulation member corresponds to the wind pressure to be rotated. However, in order to make it easier to control this rotation,
It is preferable to provide the sound insulation member with a restoration member such as a weight, a spring, an air cylinder, or a solenoid valve formed separately.

When a restoring member is further provided, the rotating shaft is fixed to the sound insulating member, the supporting arm is projected in both horizontal directions from the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is sandwiched by the supporting arm. , The horizontal distance from the mounting position of the restoration member to the rotation axis becomes smaller as the sound insulation member approaches the horizontal direction where it is hard to receive wind pressure, the moment due to the restoration member becomes small, and the rotation of the sound insulation member becomes heavy. Will disappear.

In the above case, a weight is used as a restoring member,
By supporting the lower part of the weight on the pedestal so that only one of the weights can be lifted when the sound insulation member is open,
The light weight can effectively control the rotation of the sound insulation member.

A magnet for restraining the rotation of the sound insulation member together with the restoration member or instead of the restoration member is provided between the upper end of the sound insulation member and the upper lateral member or between the lower end of the sound insulation member and the lower lateral member. They may be provided in between, or between the upper end of the sound insulation member and the upper horizontal member and between the lower end of the sound insulation member and the lower horizontal member, and in this way, it is suitable for the predetermined wind pressure to rotate the sound insulation member. By attaching a magnet having a strong magnetic force, the sound insulating member can be reliably stopped at a predetermined wind pressure or less with a simple structure, and the sound insulating member can be reliably rotated at a predetermined wind pressure or more.

Reference numeral 7 is a sound insulation member, and a rotary shaft 71 is projected in the horizontal direction from a position above the center of the left and right side surfaces, and the rotary shaft 71 is formed on the left and right side plates 4 of the frame body 41. And the upper end of the V-shaped lower surface 22 of the upper horizontal member 2 is opposed to the lowermost portion 21 of the upper horizontal member 2 and the lower end of the upper surface 32 of the lower horizontal member 3 is raised. It is rotatably supported by the portion 11. Further, the rotary shaft 71 has its end portion extended into the box portion 5, and the support arm 72 is projected across the rotary shaft 71 in both horizontal directions perpendicular to the surface of the sound insulation member 7, and at the tip end thereof. String 73
Thus, the weights 74 as the restoring members are suspended, and the lower portions of the weights 74 are placed on the pedestals 56 of the lower end plate 52. The length of the string 73 is the length of the support arm 7.
When 2 is horizontal, the weight 74 is not largely loosened and the weight 74 is not lifted up. When the sound insulation member 7 is rotated by wind pressure, only one weight 74 is lifted. With the center of the rotary shaft 71 as a fulcrum, the rotary shaft 7 is moved from the mounting position of the lifted weight 74.
The horizontal distance a up to 1 and the moment a × W due to the weight W of the weight 74 act on the sound insulation member 7, so that when the wind pressure becomes a predetermined value or less, the sound insulation member 7 is reversely rotated in a direction to restore the opening portion. 11 is closed.

Further, the magnet 8 attracted to the top portion 31 of the upper surface 32 of the lower horizontal member 3 is attached to the lower end of the sound insulating member 7, and the lowermost portion 21 of the lower surface 22 of the upper horizontal member 2 is also attached to the upper end of the sound insulating member 7. The magnets 8 to be mounted are respectively attached. The attraction force of the magnet 8 is added to the moment a × W by the weight 74 and the moment by its own weight to control the rotation of the sound insulation member 7, and the sound insulation member 7 is restored and the opening 11 is closed. The sound insulating member 7 is securely stopped without swinging due to the attraction force of the magnet 8. Reference numeral 81 is a holder for mounting the magnet 8. The holder 81 includes the sound insulation member 7, the upper and lower horizontal members 2,
It also plays the role of eliminating the gap with 3.

How the wind load is reduced in the above embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, FIG. 4 shows the case where the wind pressure of the wind F is below a predetermined level and the weight 7
The sound insulation member 7 is stopped by the moment a × W by 4, the moment by its own weight, and the attraction force by the magnet 8.
The opening 11 is closed, and noise or the like is sound-insulated or absorbed. When the sound insulation member 7 is hit by a wind F having a wind pressure equal to or higher than the sum of the moment a × W by the weight 74, the moment due to its own weight and the attraction force by the magnet 8, the rotating shaft 71 of the sound insulation member 7 is pushed from the center of the side surface. Since the sound insulation member 7 is also provided at the upper position, the sound insulation member 7 is first rotated by being given a rotational force such that the sound insulation member 7 flows downward in the leeward direction and is lifted up.

Next, when the sound insulation member 7 is rotated, as shown in FIG. 5, a gap is created between the upper end of the sound insulation member 7 and the lower surface 22 of the upper lateral member 2, and the wind F blows through this gap. Become. Since the lower surface 22 of the upper horizontal member 2 is bulged in a substantially V-shaped cross section, the blown wind F is guided along the lower surface 22 and is narrowed at the substantially lowermost V-shaped portion 21.
After passing through the lowermost portion 21, an upward swirl flow is formed, and although it has not been theoretically elucidated, this swirl flow causes a lift force that lifts the lower side of the sound insulation member 7 rotated to a predetermined angle by the wind pressure. Such a force acts, and due to the force such as the lift force and the rotational force due to the wind pressure that directly hits the sound insulation member 7, the sound insulation member 7 is in the horizontal state in which the wind load can be reduced as shown in FIG. The opening 11 is opened by being rotated to nearly 90 degrees, and the wind load is reduced.

As the sound insulation member 7 rotates, that is, as the sound insulation member 7 approaches horizontal, the horizontal distance a from the weight 74 to the rotating shaft 71 becomes smaller and the moment a × W by the weight 74 becomes smaller, so that the sound insulation member 7 rotates more. Becomes easier,
The weight 74 does not cause the weight to become heavy and stop rotating.

Next, when the wind pressure becomes less than or equal to the sum of the moment a × W due to the weight 74 and the moment due to its own weight, the sound insulating member 7 is reversely rotated by these moments in the direction of restoration and finally the magnet. It is adsorbed by 8 and is made to stand still without swinging with the opening 11 closed as shown in FIG.

There is no particular limitation as to how much wind should be blown to rotate the sound insulation member 7, but according to the standard of vehicle closure on highways, the vehicle is closed when the wind speed is 25 m or more. Therefore, generally, the sound insulation member 7 is rotated at a wind speed of 25 to 30 m / s,
It is preferable to determine the moment a × W by the weight 74, the moment by its own weight, and the attraction force by the magnet 8 so that it starts to close at about m / s.

The length of the sound insulation member 7 is 154 mm,
The position of the rotary shaft 71 is 48 mm from the upper end of the sound insulation member 7, the length of the support arm 72 from the rotary shaft 71 to the attachment position of the weight 74 is 89 mm, the weight of the weight 74 is 160 g, and the V-shaped bulge is formed. The inclination angle of the lower surface 22 of the upper horizontal member 2 is about 12
The sound insulation panel according to the above-described embodiment in which the inclination angle of the upper surface 32 of the mountain-shaped lower lateral member 3 is about 6 to 7 degrees is prototyped, and the angle at which the sound insulation member 7 rotates by changing the wind pressure is measured. A wind tunnel experiment was conducted. As a result, first, when the wind speed is gradually increased to 25 to 30 m / s, the sound insulation member 7 starts to rotate,
When the wind speed is further increased to about 40 m / s, it rotates to nearly 90 degrees and becomes almost horizontal, the opening 11 is opened, and then the wind speed is gradually reduced to 10 to 15 m / s.
It was confirmed that the opening 11 was closed by reverse rotation at s and the opening 11 was closed. From these results, according to the soundproof panel according to the present invention, the sound insulation member 7 closes the opening 11 at a wind pressure below a predetermined level so that noise or the like is sound-insulated and sound-absorbed. 90 leveling
It can be seen that the wind load is effectively reduced by rotating the opening 11 almost to open and opening the opening 11.
