Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a connection structure between a duct and a cover, and more particularly, to a structure in which a connection member does not exist on an upper surface of a cover. The present invention relates to a technique for avoiding that a connecting tool gets in the way or removes a connecting tool when walking on a vehicle. 2. Description of the Related Art A conventional duct similar to a duct for accommodating a pipe for an air conditioner or the like is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-12493 shown in FIG. That is,
A cable is laid on a cable rack including opposing parent girder 1a and child girder 1b, and cover 2a is put on opposing parent girder 1a, and has a substantially inverted U-shape as shown in FIG. The metal fastener 3c formed with a series of locking portions 3d and 3e is locked to the upper surface of the cover 2a and the lower surface of the cable rack by utilizing its elastic deformation ability. [0003] By the way, large ducts for accommodating pipes for air conditioners and the like are often installed on the roof of a building or the like, and are installed indoors at a high position overhead. Unlike a cable rack, a person may walk on the cable rack, and there is a problem that the fastener 3c becomes an obstacle during walking, and the fastener 3c may be removed. [0004] The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to prevent a connecting tool from being present on the upper surface of a cover and to walk on a duct. It is another object of the present invention to provide a connecting structure between a duct and a cover that can be connected by a connecting tool at any position of a cover while preventing the connecting tool from obstructing or removing the connecting tool. According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a duct 1 having an upper opening and a pipe formed therein, a cover 2 for closing the opening of the duct 1, a duct 1 and a cover. 2 is provided, the cover 2 is formed wider than the duct 1, and the connector 3 is
In a connection structure between a duct and a cover having a hook portion 5 for hooking to the duct and a locking portion 6 for locking to the duct 1, both side edges of the cover 2 are continuously folded inward in the longitudinal direction to form a folded portion 4.
The hook 5 of the connecting member 3 is formed as a hook 5 that hooks on the folded portion 4 of the cover 2, and the engaging portion 6 of the connecting member 3 is engaged with the lower end of the duct 1. 6 is formed. According to the first aspect of the present invention , the hook portion 5 of the connecting member 3 is hooked on the folded portion 4 formed on the cover 2.
By locking the locking portion 6 of the connector 3 to the lower end of the duct 1, the connector 3 can be positioned on the side surface of the duct 1, and the connector 3 can be prevented from being present on the cover 2. While walking on the duct 1 constructed at a low position while raising, the connecting tool 3 does not become an obstacle, and the connecting tool 3 is removed by stepping on the connecting tool 3 while walking. In addition, it is not necessary to adopt a configuration for determining the position of the connecting member 3 on the duct 1 side.
The configuration on the side can be simplified . An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a main part, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the whole. The duct 1 is constructed by bridging a sub-girder 1b between opposing parent girders 1a, 1a. The duct 1 is supported by a support bar 13 attached between the columns 9, 9. A refrigerant pipe or the like for an air conditioner is laid on the girder 1b, and a cover 2 is placed over the duct 1 to close an opening of the duct 1. As shown in FIG. 2, such a duct 1 is arranged near the ground, and a person may step on the cover 2 to walk. In this case, the connecting member 3 for connecting the duct 1 and the cover 2 does not exist on the cover 2 so as not to hinder walking. Hereinafter, the configuration will be described in detail. [0010] The cover 2 includes a pair of main beams 1a,
The cover 2 is formed to be wider than the interval between the first and second covers 1a. A connector 3 for connecting the cover 2 and the duct 1
FIG. 7 shows a first connector 3a made of a thin plate as shown in FIG.
And a second connecting member 3b made of a wire as shown in FIG. At the upper end of the first connecting member 3a is formed a hook portion 5 which is folded back to the front side, so that the hook portion 5 can be hooked and connected to the folded portion 4 of the cover 2. Has become. At the lower end of the first connecting member 3a, the connected portion 7 is formed by bending forward and slightly upward. The second connecting member 3b is formed by bending a wire into a substantially inverted U-shape to form a connecting portion 8 at an upper end, and connecting the connecting portion 8 to the first connecting member 3b.
It can be connected to the connected part 7 at the lower end of a. The left and right pieces 10, 10 of the second connecting member 3b are opened in a substantially C-shape, and the lower end is bent substantially horizontally to form a locking portion 6. A locking step 11 is formed on the locking portion 6 so that the locking portion 6 can be locked to the folded piece 12 at the lower end of the master girder 1a. Thus, the hook portion 5 of the first connecting member 3a is hooked on the folded portion 4 of the cover 2 closing the opening of the duct 1, and the second connecting portion 7 of the first connecting member 3a is hooked. Utensil 3b
And the left and right pieces 10, 10 of the wire are elastically deformed by fingers so as to approach each other, and the locking portions 6 at the lower ends of the left and right pieces 10, 10 are displaced downward, and The locking portion 6 is easily locked to the folded piece 112 at the lower end, and the cover 2 is connected to the duct 1. In this case, the operation of hooking the hook portion 5 of the first connector 3a on the folded portion 4 of the cover 2 and the operation of hooking the second connector 3a
The operation of locking the locking portion 6 of FIG. 1B with the lower end of the duct 1 can be performed separately. The operation of hooking the hooking portion 5 in a narrow space such as the folded portion 4 can be performed by the master girder 1a. Can be performed irrespective of the work of locking to the folded piece 12. Further, only the positioning is performed by the first connector 3a, and then the second
The locking operation by the connecting tool 3b can be performed, and the operation can be selected and performed satisfactorily according to the convenience at the site. By the way, the height of the duct 1 is not limited to the height of the single-stage main girder 1a, but may be the height of a two-stage stack, and the width thereof may also be various. FIG. 4 shows various forms thereof. The duct 1 in which the parent girder 1a is stacked in two stages
In FIG. 3, as shown in FIG. 3, the first connector 3a is made longer, and the second connector 3b has the same dimensions as those described above. According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a duct having an upper opening and a pipe formed therein, a cover for closing the opening of the duct, and a connecting member for connecting the duct and the cover. , The cover is formed wider than the duct, and the connecting member is a connecting structure of the duct and the cover having a hook portion to the cover and an engaging portion for engaging the duct.
The both side edges of the cover are continuously folded inward in the longitudinal direction to form a folded portion, the hook portion of the connecting tool is formed as a hook portion hooked on the folded portion of the cover, and the engaging portion of the connecting tool is a duct. Since it is formed as a locking part that locks to the lower end of the cover, the hook part of the connecting tool is hooked on the folded part formed on the cover, and the locking part of the connecting tool is locked to the lower end of the duct. The connector is located on the side of the duct, preventing the connector from being on the cover. It is possible to prevent the connector from being detached by stepping on the connector during walking, etc., and to adopt a configuration that determines the position of the connector on the duct side. Alternatively, the configuration on the duct side can be simplified.
