方向に重合可能で離隔可能に連設して隣接する各濾板間
に濾過室を設けた濾板式濾過機において、 全濾板を一方向から加圧又は牽引して1ストロークで重
合又は離隔可能な機枠開閉手段と、機端の片側に洗浄液
注入口と原液注入口を上下二段に構設して端部濾板の原
液供給孔に臨ませるとともに、上段の洗浄液注入口から
洗浄ノズルを重合濾板の原液供給孔に1ストロークで挿
抜可能な洗浄ノズル駆動手段を搭載し、 原液注入口からスラリー状の原液を原液供給孔にポンプ
給送して濾過室内の濾布表面に脱水ケーキを生成した
後、全濾板を一方向から牽引し離隔させた開枠状態にお
き、脱水ケーキを濾布表面から離脱させて濾過室から落
下させる脱水ケーキの生成・分離処理機構と、 全濾板を一方向から加圧し再重合させた閉枠状態で、洗
浄液注入口から各濾過室に対向してそれぞれ噴射孔を定
置可能な洗浄ノズルを進入させ、該洗浄ノズルに清水を
高圧供給して各噴射孔から一斉噴射することにより全濾
板の各濾布を同時洗浄処理するとともに、この間の洗浄
汚水を原液供給孔を管路として原液注入口へ排水導入し
機外回収する濾布洗浄・汚水排水機構を具備したことを
特徴とする濾板式濾過機。1.
