Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】技術分野
本発明は夏には扇風機として用い、冬には輻射型電気ヒ
ーターとして使用可能にした扇風機兼用電気ヒーターに
関するものである。
【0002】背景技術
多くの家庭において、一、二台ずつ保有する一般的な扇
風機は夏にのみ用い、春と秋と冬季には倉庫に保管する
ようになる。したがって本発明者は、夏季には扇風機と
して用い、冬季には放置されている実情を勘案し扇風機
兼用ヒーターを開発するに至ったのである。
【0003】本発明は従来の扇風機が有する機能上の限
界を克服し扇風機の活用度を高めるために、夏季には扇
風機として使用可能であることはもちろん、冬季には扇
風機の羽根を分離し、これの代わりに扇風機のモーター
ケース前面に湾曲円盤状の反射盤と電熱線とを組立て可
能にすることにより輻射型電気ヒーターとしても使用可
能にした扇風機兼用電気ヒーターを提供することにあ
る。
【0004】発明の開示
本発明の構成上の特徴はモーターケース10の前面の中
央にはネジ山を形成したボス11を形成した後面安全網
20をナットにより分解結合が可能になし、上記ボス1
1の中央を通じて前方へ突出したモーター回転軸30に
は扇風機羽根40をナットにより着脱自在に配設し、上
記後面安全網20と結合されて上記扇風機羽根40を安
全に保護する前面安全網50を設けた通常の扇風機にお
いて、湾曲円盤状の反射盤60との外面に電熱線71を
巻付けた発熱筒体70を設け、上記反射盤60は上記後
面安全網50に代えて上記モーターケース10前面にナ
ットにより結合するようにして、上記電熱線71は扇風
機に配置した電気回路を通じて電気の供給を受けること
ができるようにして、上記扇風機羽根40に代えて上記
発熱筒体70を上記反射盤60の座面61に安着させて
上記モーターケース10の前面にネジ締結可能にしたも
のである。
【0005】図面の簡単な説明
以下、本発明の好ましい実施例を添付図面に参照しなが
ら詳しく説明するが、図1は本発明による扇風機兼用ヒ
ーターの重要部品などを示す斜視図であり、図2は本発
明を一般的な扇風機として用いるときの組立て状態を示
す要部断面図であり、図3は本発明を電気ヒーターとし
て用いるときの組立て状態を示す要部断面図である。そ
して図4は本発明の扇風機兼用電気ヒーターの電気回路

【0006】発明を実施するための最良の形態
図2に図示の通り、本発明は一般的な扇風機として用い
ようとする場合には一般的な扇風機と同様に、モーター
ケース10の前面の中央に形成したボス1に後面安全網
20をナットにより結合し、ボス1の中央を通じて前方
へ突出したモーター回転軸30には扇風機羽根40をさ
らに他のナットで結合後、後面安全網20に前面安全網
50を結合した状態で用いればよい。
【0007】そして本発明はこのような一般的な扇風機
の部品とは別に、湾曲円盤状の反射盤60と、外周に電
熱線71を巻付けた発熱筒体70を設けるようにしたと
ころ、図1に図示のように、反射盤60は上記の後面安
全網20の大きさと形態が対応するように湾曲円盤状に
製作し、後面安全網20に代えモーターケース10の前
面にナットにより結合可能にし、熱の拡散範囲が狭くと
も強い熱を特定の方向へ集中的に遠く届くようにするこ
とが望ましい。
【0008】一方、モーターケース10の前面の円周と

面61にはネジ孔を複数個形成し、発熱筒体70をネジ
により締結可能にしており、座面61の中央には円形孔
62が形成されていてボス11の外周面が貫通し得るよ

状に形成してあり、モーターケース10に固定される側
の円周にはネジ孔を形成し、外周面には電熱線71を巻
付け反射盤60の内面へのみ熱が放射されるように形成
してある。そして上記の電熱線71は発熱筒体70の内
側へ延長させたコネクター72と結線されてありそのコ
ネクター72はモーターケース10側に配設したコネク
ター73に接続させ、電熱線71に電気を供給するよう
になる。
【0010】本発明を扇風機として用いる場合には図2
を参照しながら説明したように組立てた状態において基
部80に配置した各種の機能ボダンを操作すればよい。
図1に例示のように、基部80にはタイマー(T)と停
止スイッチ(SW1 )及び風量調節スイッチ(SW2,SW3,SW
4 )が設けてあり、使用上の便宜を図っている。

ーターとして用いる場合には図2に図示の状態におい

明の扇風機とヒーターとの作動を説明すると、安全スイ
ッチ(SW5 )とタイマー(T)が直列に連結され、扇風
機用モーター(M)とヒーター用電熱線71は、ヒータ
ー強弱調節スイッチ(H1,H2)と停止スイッチ(SW1 )
及び風量調節スイッチ(SW2,SW3,SW4 )が配置された切
り替えスイッチの切り替え作動により電気の供給を受け
ることができるようにしている。
【0014】例示の通り、扇風機用として用いられるモ
ーター(M)は風量調節スイッチ(SW2,SW3,SW4 )によ
り三段階に速度を可変させることができ、そのときはス
イッチの切り替え作動によりヒーターが作動されない。
逆に、ヒーター強弱調節スイッチ(H1,H2 )を選択すれ
ば、モーター(M)が駆動されず電熱線71に電気が供
給されヒーターへ作動される。

(F)をはじめ前記の安全スイッチ(SW5 )とタイマー

機作動時に共通して使用可能及び操作可能に回路構成さ
れる。

交替して扇風機として、又は電気ヒーターとして用いら
れるものであって、ことにヒーターとして用いる場合に
はパラボラアンテナ状に形成した反射盤60の内側に装
着した電熱線71の熱が分散されず略50°の角度範囲
内に集束され、そのことにより熱を最大限遠く伝達して
輻射による暖房効果を上げることができる。
【0017】産業上の利用可能性本発明は分解組み立て
により夏季には扇風機として、冬季にはヒーターとして
ほとんど四季に亘って用いることのできる長所があり、
ヒーターとして用いる場合輻射熱が遠くに伝達される構
造からなっているため暖房効果が良好である。

Provide a curved disk-shaped reflector and a heating cylinder with a heating wire wound around the outer surface so that the reflector can be connected to the front of the motor case by a nut instead of the safety net. In this way, the heating wire can be supplied with electricity through an electric circuit arranged in a fan, and the heating cylinder is seated on the seat surface of the reflector in place of the fan blade.
