The conventional synthetic resin floor material for stairs is formed so that the surface of the tread covering portion is formed parallel to the back surface of the tread covering portion. Therefore, if this floor material for stairs is attached to the tread surface of a horizontally formed stairway, rainwater and cleaning water for cleaning the stairs will stay on the tread surface covering portion without flowing down from the tread surface covering portion. However, there are problems that the anti-slip property is impaired and water splashes are caused.

In order to achieve the above object, a floor material for stairs according to the present invention comprises a tread surface covering part and a riser covering part respectively covering a tread surface and a rise of a stair, and a corner part of a front end of the staircase. In the floor material for stairs, which is integrally formed by bending and connecting it at a substantially right angle through the corner covering section that covers the stair floor covering, Grooves leading from the tread covering portion formed between the projections to the kick-up covering portion through the corners are formed while being inclined with respect to the rear surface of the tread covering portion so as to be gradually lowered toward the rise side, The anti-slip protrusions are long protrusions in the width direction of the stair flooring material at the front end of the tread cover, and the main protrusions are densely arranged and have a large height in the middle of the tread cover. At the rear end of , A small sub protrusion heights in sparse arrays, each formed over a plurality of rows, the one height of the sub projections non-slip projection which is formed by inclining the surface lower than the height of the main projection formed It is characterized by having done.

This floor material for stairs reduces noise when ascending / descending a staircase made of metal or concrete, and improves the anti-slip property and cushioning property. Since it is formed so as to be gradually inclined toward the riser side with respect to the back surface of the surface covering portion, rainwater and cleaning water for cleaning stairs are passed from the tread surface covering portion through the corner portion. It is possible to quickly flow down to the kick-up covering part. Then, it is possible to prevent water from staying on the surface of the anti-slip projection, which is substantially a tread surface, and to maintain good anti-slip properties.

This stair flooring material 1 is made of a single layer containing a synthetic resin such as a vinyl resin such as polyvinyl chloride or an olefin resin such as polypropylene as a main component, depending on the place of use of the stair flooring 1 or the like. It can have a multi-layer structure of two or more layers, but in particular, by composing it with a polyolefin resin, it is possible to generate toxic gas and dioxin when incinerating used and discarded stair flooring materials. The floor material for stairs can be prevented and does not adversely affect the environment.

An anti-slip projection 2 is formed on the surface of the tread surface covering portion 11 of the floor material 1 for stairs. The height, shape, arrangement, etc. of the anti-slip projections 2 are not particularly limited, and can be appropriately designed according to the use location of the stair flooring material 1 and the like. Then, in the stair flooring material 1 of the present reference example, the anti-slip projections 2 having a height of about 0.5 to 5 mm are used.
The tread covering portion 11 is formed over the entire surface. Among these, at the front end portion of the tread covering portion 11, a projection 21 long in the width direction of the stair flooring 1 is covered. In the middle part of the part 11, the main protrusions 22 are arranged in a dense arrangement and have a large height, and in the rear end portion of the tread plate, the sub-projections 23 are arranged in a sparse arrangement and are small in height. By the way, in the floor material 1 for stairs of the present reference example, the anti-slip projections 2, that is, the long projections 21, the main projections 22 and the sub-projections 23 formed on the tread covering portion 11, are stepped on the respective surfaces. The groove 4 which is formed in parallel with the back surface of the surface covering portion 11 and which extends from the tread covering portion 11 formed between the anti-slip projections 2 to the kick-up covering portion 13 via the corner portion 12 is formed. With respect to the back surface of the above, it is formed so as to be gradually inclined toward the riser side (the tip end side of the tread surface covering portion 11).

According to the floor material for stairs of the present invention, in addition to reducing noise when the stairs made of metal or concrete are raised and lowered, good anti-slip property and cushioning property are provided, and a tread covering is provided. Since the front surface of the staircase is formed so as to be gradually lowered toward the riser side with respect to the back surface of the tread surface covering part, the stair floor material can be leveled without any complicated construction. By simply sticking to the tread of the formed stairs, rainwater or cleaning water for cleaning the stairs can be quickly flowed down from the tread covering part to the kick-up covering part through the corner part. In addition, the water does not stay on the tread surface covering portion, the anti-slip property can be favorably maintained, and the problems such as water splash can be prevented. Further, the groove leading from the front surface of the anti-slip projection and the tread covering portion formed between the anti-slip projections to the kick-up covering portion via the corner is gradually lowered toward the kick-up side with respect to the back surface of the tread covering portion. By thus forming the slope, it is possible to prevent water from staying on the surface of the anti-slip projection, which is substantially a tread surface, and to maintain good anti-slip properties.

1. A tread covering part and a rise covering part for respectively covering a tread and a rise of a staircase are integrally bent by bending at a right angle through a corner covering part for covering a corner part of a front end of a staircase. In the floor material for stairs formed on the surface of the tread covering part, the tread covering part formed between the surface of the anti-slip protrusion and the anti-slip protrusion is changed to the kick-up covering part via the corner part. A groove that communicates with the rear surface of the tread covering portion is formed so as to be gradually lowered toward the riser side, and the anti-slip projections are formed at the front end of the tread covering portion of the floor material for stairs. The protrusions that are long in the width direction, the main protrusions that are dense and have a large height in the middle of the tread cover, and the sub-projections that are sparse and have a small height are provided at the rear end of the tread. Formed over multiple rows To, the one height of the sub projections non-slip projection which is formed by inclining the surface than the height of the main projection
