2. Description of the Related Art In order to transplant seedlings on land such as upland fields and fallow fields, in order to improve the efficiency of the transplanting work and to make the roots fit well with the soil and to improve the survival, It is necessary to carry out leveling work to crush the soil finely. Therefore, conventionally, it is necessary to repeat the tilling work by the rotary operation 3 to 4 times, resulting in a problem that the work efficiency is extremely poor and the cost is increased. Further, when the soil was clayey, the soil easily escaped from the rotary nails, so that the grain size obtained was limited even after repeated plowing work.

[0003] Therefore, as an attempt to alleviate the above problems, for example, a tilling device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-3 has been proposed. As shown in FIGS. 10 to 11, the cultivating device has rotary shafts a and b arranged in front and rear, a straight blade c for cutting soil is provided on the front rotary shaft a, and a nata claw d for reverse plowing the soil. However, with such a cultivator, there is a problem that even if the soil can be crushed to some extent, a large amount of lumpy soil remains, and There was a limit to. For this reason, when the seedlings were transplanted, the roots were not easily adapted to the soil and root rot was likely to occur. When root rot occurs in this way, there is a problem that the transplanting is required again, which requires a great deal of labor and time, and the yield is deteriorated.

The soil introduced into the container 12 is
As the crushed earth rotating body 11 rotates, the crushed earth rotating body 11 is finely crushed and dropped from the soil discharging opening 42. In the present embodiment, the soil discharging opening 42 is formed in a spiral groove shape at an angle of about 45 degrees as shown in FIG.
With the rotation of 1, it can be dropped smoothly. If the soil discharge opening 42 is formed long in the circumferential direction of the container, foreign matter such as straw, grass and stones introduced into the container 12 may be easily discharged at the same time. If it is formed to be long in the axial direction, the discharge of soil from the discharge opening becomes poor, which is not preferable.

When foreign matter such as grass, straw, or stone is introduced into the container 12, as shown by dotted points in FIG.
The foreign matter 81 forms the spiral groove-shaped opening 42 for soil discharge.
The end 65 on the tip side as viewed in the rotation direction of the crushed soil rotating body 11,
It is easy to get stuck in 65. However, since the crushed soil blade 49 is arranged so as to substantially face the strip-shaped portion 44A forming the top of the mountain, the clogged foreign matter 63 is generated in the crushed soil blade 49 rotating in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. It is easily hooked and easily comes off the end portion 65. Therefore, the crushed soil is prevented from being clogged while the soil discharging opening 42 is prevented from being clogged.
Can be efficiently discharged from.

The soil falling from the soil discharging opening 42 is
Since it is dropped in a finely crushed state so that it can pass through the soil discharging opening (opening width is, for example, 30 mm) 42, soft soil having a small particle size can be obtained as the towing vehicle 2 advances. The soil thus obtained is a soil with a small particle size, which is difficult to obtain even when it is repeatedly cultivated 3 to 4 times in a conventional rotary. As a result of obtaining such good quality soil, the transplanting work can be performed easily and surely, and the seedlings can be well-grown.

When foreign matter such as grass, straw, stones, etc. is introduced into the container 12, it moves to both sides of the container 12 as the crushed earth rotating body 11 rotates, as shown by the arrow in FIG. It will be forced out and will be ejected out of the exclusion openings 29, 29. For example, on both sides of the cultivated portion, the tractor falls to the running track of the tire. Then, both side portions 41, 41 of the arc-shaped wall portion 40 are provided with an opening 42 for earth removal.
Since the inner peripheral surface 46 is not provided and the inner peripheral surface 46 is smooth, foreign matter can be smoothly removed without an obstacle such as being caught.

The present invention has the following excellent effects. (1) The shredder according to the present invention accommodates plowing soil, which performs plowing of a predetermined width as the towing vehicle progresses and repels plowing soil backward, and the plowing soil. Since it has a crushed soil portion for crushing it, it is possible to perform a series of operations for crushing this crushed soil finely after roughing. The soil falling from the soil discharging opening provided in the container forming the crushed soil portion has a small particle size equal to or smaller than the opening width of the soil discharging opening.
It is possible to obtain soft soil with a small particle size and uniform, which is difficult to obtain even after repeated culturing. As a result, the transplanting of seedlings can be performed reliably and efficiently, and the survival of the seedlings after transplantation can be improved.
