Regarding such an inorganic board for construction, for example, for a roof tile, the width is 1 m, the length is 0.5 m, and the thickness is 5 to 20 mm.
Although a thing having a size of about 3 is produced, at the time of the production, a plate-like inorganic original plate is produced by papermaking, extrusion, etc.
After being manufactured to be slightly larger than the product size, the product part is cut from the inorganic original plate at the same time as the press molding for patterning the surface part.

The press section (6) can be moved in the vertical direction by a cylinder of air, hydraulic pressure, etc. When the surface of the inorganic raw plate (1) is patterned and cut into product sizes, the press section (6) is used. Moves for a predetermined distance, presses the pattern die (7) on the surface of the inorganic original plate (1), and inserts the cutting tool (8) from the upper surface to the lower surface of the inorganic original plate (1). After that, when the press part (6) is lifted up, the inorganic original plate (1) has a desired uneven pattern formed on the surface part and is cut into a product size.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the problem, the inventors of the present invention considered damages such as breakage and the non-smoothness of the cut surface in the inorganic raw plate, and found that The cause is excess water that exudes from the inorganic raw plate during press forming. This excess water hinders the formability of surface patterning and promotes the occurrence of breaks, and also has a great influence on the smoothness of the cut surface. I have found that The blade for cutting an inorganic original plate of the invention of this application has been completed based on the above technical knowledge.

The blade for cutting an inorganic raw plate according to the invention of this application is used for producing a wall material, a roof tile, a ceiling material, etc. as described above, from a kneading raw material of a predetermined composition such as cement and water, and extrusion. A blade (8) used when a construction-made inorganic raw plate (1) formed into a plate shape by a method such as the above is patterned on its surface by press molding and cut into a product size at the same time. And the biggest feature is that
As shown in FIG. 5, the drainage hole (10) is formed so as to penetrate between the two opposite side surfaces (9a) (9b).

As described above, the cause of the damage such as breakage and the non-smoothness of the cut surface which occur in the inorganic raw material plate (1) during the press molding and the cutting at the same time, and the cause of the non-smoothness of the cut surface, are caused by the inorganic raw material plate (1) during the press molding. There is excess water that comes out. Therefore,
In the blade for cutting an inorganic material plate of the invention of this application, as described above, the drainage hole (1) penetrating between the two side surfaces (9a) and (9b) is
0) is provided, and excess water exuding from the inorganic original plate (1) through the water draining hole (10) is removed from the inorganic original plate (1).
Of the inorganic base plate (1) to form a clear concave-convex pattern without causing damage such as cuts on the surface of the inorganic base plate (1), and to improve the moldability of press molding. ) Make the cut surface smooth.

The inner diameter of the water drain hole (10) is preferably such that only excess water can pass through and the solid content that flows during press molding does not enter and is not clogged. For example, about 0.3 to 0.8 mm is exemplified, but there is no particular limitation. If clogging caused by solids can be easily removed by washing even if clogging occurs, it will take some work, but it can be a candidate for the inner diameter of the drain hole (10).

Inorganic original plate (1) accompanying press molding
Excess water (12) exudes from the water, but as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 2, the excess water (12) is provided in advance on the inorganic raw material plate (1) through the water drain hole (10). Escape to the discarded part (1a), and as a result, a clear uneven pattern corresponding to the pattern surface of the lower surface of the pattern mold (7) is formed on the surface of the inorganic original plate (1), and the surface is smooth. A smooth cut surface was formed. Excess water (12) is discarded (1)
It is speculated that the phenomenon of escaping to a) is caused by the fact that the discard margin (1a) is a portion that does not remain as the final product, and the press amount is smaller than the product portion in advance, or almost none. It

The above test was also carried out by changing the plate thickness of the inorganic original plate (1). From the result, it was confirmed that the position of the water drain hole (10) in the blade (8) had almost no influence on the press formability and the cuttability. A sufficient effect was obtained when the distance (d) from the contact point with the pattern type (7) shown in FIG. 1 to the drain hole (10) was about 4 mm.

Incidentally, the above-mentioned draft angle (Θ 2 ) is determined when the blade (8) is removed from the inorganic original plate (1) after cutting along with the upward movement of the press section (6) shown in FIG. This is a device for easily removing (8) from the inorganic original plate (1) and damaging the cut surface of the inorganic original plate (1).
The size is not particularly limited, but if it is too large, the cutting edge (8a) will be difficult to penetrate during cutting, which may adversely affect the cuttability.

In consideration of the cuttability of the inorganic original plate (1), it is preferable that the blade (8) has a resistance to the inorganic original plate (1) as small as possible.
The smaller 1 ) is, the better. However, the blade for cutting an inorganic original plate of the invention of this application,
Since the drain hole (10) is formed as described above,
If the cutting edge angle (Θ 1 ) is too small, the strength of the cutting tool (8) may decrease.

Therefore, in the blade for cutting an inorganic material plate of the invention of this application, as shown in FIG. 3, the side surface (9a) from the cutting edge (8a) to the cutting edge (8b) which does not form the cutting surface of the cut product. Angle of blade (Θ 3 )
Can be made larger than the blade edge angle (Θ 1 ) to secure the strength of the blade (8). In the cutting tool (8) shown in FIG. 3, the cross-sectional shape of the side surface (9a) is a polygonal line shape, but the shape is not particularly limited to this and may be a curved shape or the like. There is no particular limitation on the size of the blade angle (Θ 3 ), for example, when the above-mentioned blade edge angle (Θ 1 ) is 22 °, the blade angle (θ 3 ) should be about 25 ° as a guide. You can The cutting edge angle (Θ 1 ) is, for example, the inorganic original plate (1).
Since it can be set appropriately depending on the hardness of the blade edge angle (Θ 3 ), the blade edge angle (Θ 1 ) at that time and the drainage hole (1
In consideration of the size of the inner diameter of 0), the blade (8) can be optimally set so as to have sufficient strength. In this way, a blade for cutting an inorganic material plate having both good cutting performance and strength is realized.

Of course, the invention of this application is not limited to the above embodiments. In addition to the shape and material of the blade, the inner diameter of the drainage hole, the blade edge, the blade angle, the blade angle, and the size of the blade angle, various aspects of details such as the composition and water content for forming the inorganic raw plate, It goes without saying that it is possible.

As described above in detail, according to the invention of this application, when the surface portion of the molded inorganic raw material plate is press-formed for patterning and simultaneously cut into a product size, it exudes by press-forming. Excess water can be released from the inorganic original plate, and damage such as breakage does not occur and a smooth cut surface can be obtained.
