However, as described above, it is troublesome to attach and attach the light reflecting tape to the ready-made products which have been conventionally used, because an extra manufacturing process is required accordingly. Not only is it troublesome, but it also takes extra time and the manufacturing cost is high. Also, in this case, the reflective tape is often exposed to the outside, and if it is exposed, water drops or stains will adhere in the rain, or the sticking surface will peel off during long-term use. Further, there is a problem that the original brightness cannot be maintained due to rubbing against an object or the surface thereof being damaged, and the reflection performance is remarkably deteriorated so that the effect of calling attention cannot be sufficiently exerted.

This kind of long strip is formed by integrally molding two layers of a colored resin layer and a transparent resin layer, and has a cavity between the colored resin layer and the transparent resin layer along the longitudinal direction thereof. It is not known that a strip portion is formed and a strip-shaped light reflecting tape having a reflecting surface on the transparent resin layer side is inserted into the hollow strip portion. However, it is conceivable to interpose a strip-shaped light-reflecting tape with the reflecting surface being the transparent resin layer side along the longitudinal direction between the colored resin layer and the transparent resin layer and to integrally form by extrusion molding. If the reflecting surface of the reflecting tape is covered with the molten resin, there is a problem that the reflecting performance is reduced as compared with the case where the reflecting surface is covered with the air layer.

Then, the colored resin layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 3
A hollow strip portion 4 is formed along the center in the longitudinal direction, and a strip-shaped light reflecting tape 5 having a reflecting surface on the transparent resin layer 3 side is inserted into the hollow strip portion 4. . The light reflecting tape 5 is a so-called glass bead type retroreflective tape in which a coating layer composed of a reflector such as glass powder and a synthetic resin is formed on a base cloth such as a woven cloth or a non-woven cloth, and is a cavity to be formed. It has a width substantially the same as the width of the strip portion 4. Moreover, although the colored resin layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 3 are molded at the same time, the transparent resin is not welded to the reflection surface 5a of the light reflection tape 5, and the transparent resin layer is formed in the hollow stripe portion 4. An air layer will be formed between the inner surface 3 a of the light guide tape 3 and the reflecting surface 5 a of the light reflecting tape 5. Thus, the formation of the air layer maintains high brightness.

The band-shaped base material 1a shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is related to another embodiment, and its configuration is substantially the same as that of the present embodiment. Therefore, the same parts are designated by the same reference numerals. Detailed explanation is omitted. That is, in the colored resin layer 2, for example, two reinforcing wire rods 11 made of glass fiber are embedded along the longitudinal direction of the colored resin layer 2. This is because the strip-shaped base material 1a is made of a synthetic resin, so that unnecessary extension is prevented depending on the method of use. The reinforcing wire 11 may be made of metal other than glass fiber, and the number thereof may be one or three or more as required.

Therefore, the strip-shaped base materials 1, 1a according to the present invention
When used as a shoulder strap for a water bottle, for example, when the light reflecting tape 5 is inserted into the hollow strip portion 4 formed between the colored resin layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 3, it is possible to walk at night. For example, when a light of an automobile or the like hits, the light is clearly reflected to call the driver's attention, and a traffic accident can be prevented. Further, since the reflection tape 5 is completely protected by the transparent resin layer 3, the reflection surface 5a of the light reflection tape 5 is not damaged even when it is rubbed or hit with an object, and the original high brightness is maintained. The effect of alerting can be fully exerted. Further, since the width of the light reflection tape 5 is narrower than the width of the strip-shaped base materials 1 and 1a and can be seen as one stripe, the light-reflective tape 5 is attached so as to cover the entire one side surface of the strip-shaped base materials 1 and 1a. Compared with the design, it has high commercial value.
