Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a photographing lens barrel device, and more particularly to a photographing lens having a focus adjusting function of a photographing lens used for a television camera such as a monitoring camera. The present invention relates to a lens barrel device. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a photographing lens of this type is mounted on a television camera body via a mount, and the assembling lens on the camera side is moved by moving the photographing lens barrel with respect to the mount during assembly. Focusing is performed on the imaging surface. Further, a dedicated positioning pin is fixed to the photographing lens barrel in advance at a position where focusing can be performed on the image forming surface of the camera, and the photographing lens barrel is mounted on the mount with the dedicated positioning pin. Position. [0003] However, in the conventional photographing lens barrel apparatus, a dedicated positioning pin is fixed to the photographing lens barrel for each photographing lens. There is a drawback in that the photographing lens barrels must be aligned by a number. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a photographing lens barrel device that can share a photographing lens barrel. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mount mounted on a camera, and a photographic lens barrel supported on the mount so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. made, at the photographic lens barrel in the photographing lens barrel apparatus for performing focusing on the imaging surface of the camera side is moved back and forth with respect to the mounting, the imaging lens
The barrel is interchangeable with screws and has different focal lengths.
Equipped with a lens frame holding a shadow lens,
A mounting groove is formed in the mount or the photographing lens barrel, and the mounting lens or the photographing lens barrel is mounted so as to focus the photographing lens barrel on the image forming surface of the camera according to the type of the photographing lens. Positioning pins for position adjustment are provided for each type of photographing lens by changing its diameter, and the positioning pins are adapted to the type of photographing lens.
It is characterized in that it is selected in accordance with this and fitted into the positioning groove . According to the present invention, a positioning pin is selected according to the type of a photographic lens, and the selected positioning pin is mounted on a mount or a photographic lens barrel. Thus, the photographing lens barrel is positioned on the mount by the positioning pin at a position corresponding to the photographing lens, so that the main photographing lens barrel can be shared. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a photographic lens barrel apparatus according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG.
1 is a half sectional view showing an embodiment in which a taking lens barrel device according to the present invention is applied to a monitoring camera. As shown in FIG. 1, a mount 12 formed in a cylindrical shape is screwed and fixed to the camera body 10 side. A photographing lens barrel 14 is mounted on the mount 12 by the action of a screw.
2 is mounted so as to be movable in the front-rear direction (left-right direction in the figure). The photographing lens barrel 14 has a front lens group 16 and a rear lens group 18 which constitute a photographing lens disposed therein, with their optical axes aligned. The front lens group 16 is held by the front lens frame 20 and fixed to the front of the taking lens barrel 14 with screws.
Is held by the rear lens frame 22 and is screwed to the rear of the taking lens barrel 14. In the photographing lens barrel 14 of the present embodiment, the front lens frame 20 and the rear lens frame 22 are detachable by screws.
Is replaced by another lens frame holding a photographing lens having a different focal length, thereby achieving a common photographing lens barrel. A hole 24 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the mount 12, and the positioning pin 2 is formed in the hole 24.
6 is removably inserted. The positioning pin 2
The small-diameter portion 28 at the end of the projection 6 projects into a band-shaped groove 30 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the taking lens barrel 14. Further, the tip small diameter portion 28 is moved to the groove 3 by the rearward movement of the taking lens barrel 14.
In the range up to contact with the left edge 30A in FIG.
It is formed in such a size that it can be focused on the image plane 34 of the unit 32. According to the photographing lens barrel apparatus of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, first, the front lens frame 20 and the rear lens frame 22 are fixed to the photographing lens barrel 14 by screws. Then, the positioning pins 26 corresponding to the focal lengths of the front lens group 16 and the rear lens group 18 are inserted through the holes 24 of the mount 12. FIG. 3 shows a front lens frame 42 holding a front lens group 40 on the taking lens barrel 14 shown in FIG.
And a rear lens frame 46 holding the rear lens group 44 and fixed by screws. The photographing lens comprising the front lens group 40 and the rear lens group 42 has a shorter focal length than the photographing lens shown in FIG. Accordingly, the taking lens barrel 14 shown in FIG.
Compared with the rearward movement amount x 1, since it is necessary to reduce restricting backward movement amount x 2 of the photographic lens barrel 14 shown in FIG. 3, the positioning pins 48 of Figure 3 is positioning pin of FIG. 1 26 is formed larger than the tip small diameter portion 28. The positioning pin 48 focuses on the image plane 34 of the CCD unit 32 in a range from the rearward movement of the taking lens barrel 14 to the contact with the left edge 30A of the groove 30 in the drawing. It is formed in a size that can be used. In the photographing lens barrel apparatus of this embodiment, as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the photographing lens barrel 14 is rotated with respect to the mount 12 and moved rearward. Focusing can be performed on the imaging surface 34 of the CCD unit 32 within a range until the pin 48 comes into contact with the left edge 30A of the groove 30. Thus, in this embodiment, FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 3, every time the photographing lens is replaced, the positioning pin is also replaced with a positioning pin corresponding to the extension amount corresponding to a different focal length of the photographing lens. Can be used for a wide variety of lenses with a small number of component changes. FIG. 4 is a half sectional view showing another embodiment of the taking lens barrel apparatus according to the present invention, and the same or similar members as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. The description will be made with reference to FIG. In the photographing lens barrel device shown in FIG.
The pin 50 is inserted into the groove 52 from a hole 54 formed in the outer peripheral surface of the mount 12 and positioned in the hole 56 on the photographing lens barrel 14 side. The pin 50 is moved in a range from the forward movement of the photographing lens barrel 14 until the pin 50 contacts the left edge 52A of the groove 52 in the drawing.
It is formed in such a size that it can be focused on the image plane 34 of the CD unit 32. In the photographic lens barrel apparatus of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, the photographic lens barrel 14 is rotated with respect to the mount 12 in the same manner as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5, the focusing can be performed on the image plane 34 of the CCD unit 32 within a range until the pin 50 contacts the left edge 52A of the groove 52 as shown in FIG. FIG. 6 shows the positioning pin 50 shown in FIG.
Instead, an eccentric positioning pin is used. As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, this pin is composed of a rectangular parallelepiped main body pin 60 abutting on the left end portion 52 </ b> A of the groove 52 and a small diameter pin 62 implanted at a position eccentric to the main body pin 60. It is formed. The small diameter pin 62 is fixed to the hole 56 of the taking lens barrel 14. Therefore, in this embodiment, the main body pin 60 is rotated so that the short surface portion 60A of the main body pin 60 is
Turning to 2A (see FIG. 7), the movement amount x 3 of the photographic lens barrel 14 can be set short to. Furthermore, when directing the long face 60B of the body pin 60 to the end surface 52A of the groove 52 (see FIG. 8), the movement amount x 4 of the photographic lens barrel 14 can be set longer. Thus, if an eccentric positioning pin is used, one positioning pin can correspond to two types of photographing lenses having different focus movement amounts. As described above, according to the photographing lens barrel apparatus according to the present invention, a positioning member is selected according to the type of the photographing lens, and the selected positioning member is mounted or photographed. Since the camera is mounted on the lens barrel, the main photographing lens barrel can be used in common.
