As the filling and fixing agent 4, a solventless type room temperature curing type adhesive composed of two liquids of a main agent and a curing agent is used, and this adhesive is injected from an injection port 2c using an injection device. At this time, the worker needs to apply pressure to the injection device to push out the adhesive, and the adhesive is about 10,000 at 25 ° C.
A low viscosity of cP (centipoise) or less is required. Further, thixotropicity is ideally desired to have a thixotropy index (TI) of about 2.0 to 3.0, but actually it needs to be about 3.5 or less. This is because if the viscosity is 10,000 cP or more at 25 ° C., a large force is required to extrude the adhesive and workability is deteriorated.
However, when the temperature is less than 5000 cP at 25 ° C., there is a possibility that the injected adhesive may flow out during the construction of the ceiling portion of the structure 3 even if thixotropic. Also, the viscosity is 5000c
When the TI at P is 3.5 or more, the fluidity of the adhesive deteriorates, and a portion where the adhesive does not spread is formed in the hole 3a, and a nest is formed in this portion.

Further, it is necessary that the filling and fixing agent 4 is hardened even when the constituent 3 is in a wet state and can be applied to a so-called wet surface having a predetermined adhesive strength. Hole 3a of component 3
Is often in a wet state with ground water, etc., and when an ordinary amine-based curing agent that does not correspond to a wet surface is used, the curing state becomes non-uniform, resulting in poor adhesion to the interface of the component 3 and a filling fixing agent. 4 may come out of the hole 3a.

When the composition 3 is outdoors or in an underground cavern and is in a cold region, the filling fixative 4 hardens even when the ambient temperature (temperature of the hole 3a) is about 5 ° C., and after filling 16 After about 24 hours, it is necessary to have a mechanical strength of about 80% or more of the normal value. However, the gelation time at 5 ° C. is 1-1.
When it reaches about 5 hours, a reaction occurs in the mixed portion of the main agent and the curing agent of the injection device, which causes thickening and solidification. Therefore, the gelling time at 5 ° C. is appropriately about 120 minutes.

As described above, the adhesive as the filling / fixing agent 4 is a two-part adhesive having a relatively low viscosity, thixotropic property, good adhesion to the wet surface, and excellent low temperature curability. It is necessary to use a solventless, room temperature curing type adhesive, but specifically describing an adhesive that satisfies the above conditions, the main component is a bisphenol A type epoxy resin and a reactive diluent of about 5 parts. 10% by weight, and about 2-4% of highly dispersed silicon dioxide (having good storage stability capable of connecting thixotropy) in order to impart thixotropy. On the other hand, as the curing agent, a metaxylylenediamine (MXDA) -based modified aliphatic amine is used in combination with an amine resin for wet surface adhesion (for example, long-chain aliphatic amine, polyamidoamine, etc.) as a base in order to satisfy the low temperature fast curing function. However, about 2 to 4% of highly dispersed silicon dioxide, which is a thixotropic agent, is blended.

Further, the wet surface-compatible curing agent as described above is
Poor compatibility with the base resin, epoxy resin, will result in cured product properties,
In particular, the variation in mechanical strength becomes large. Therefore, in order to improve the compatibility, the bisphenol A type epoxy resin is used as described above, and the liquid type and low viscosity epoxy resin is used from the viewpoint of workability described above. For this reason, modified types such as rubber modified (NBR modified, CTBN modified
A bisphenol A type (modified, etc.) is suitable. As the reactive diluent, a monofunctional glycidyl ester type (for example, Cardura E of Yuka Shell Epoxy Co., Ltd.)
(Trade name) ) , monofunctional glycidyl ether type (eg PGE, BGE or AGE), bifunctional glycidyl ether type (eg ED5 of Asahi Denka Co., Ltd.)
03 (trade name) etc. is used. Further, as a highly dispersed silicon dioxide which is a thixotropic agent, a general-purpose grade (for example, Aerosil 200 manufactured by Nippon Aerosil Co., Ltd.) is used.
(Brand name) has no thixotropic persistence, that is, thermal stability,
Immediately after production, it is good, but as the number of days passes, the TI gradually decreases. Therefore, a material having good thermal stability (for example, R-202 of Nippon Aerosil Co., Ltd.) is used.
