係止凸部が内方に向けて突設され、さらに、この係止凸
部から前方に向かって挟持片が延設されている。この竪
樋取付具は、底片に設けられた取付孔に釘やビス等の固
定具を取り付けて建物の外壁に固定し、係止凸部を竪樋
の凹溝に挿入係止し、挟持片により竪樋の前端部を挟持
して竪樋を固定するので、竪樋は係止凸部と挟持片の2
点で保持され、竪樋に寸法誤差があったとしても、竪樋
をがたつきなく取り付けることができるものとされてい
る。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、上記公報記載
の竪樋取付具は、竪樋の凹溝が竪樋取付具の係止凸部よ
り大きいときは挟持片で挟持されているだけなので、が
たつきはなくても竪樋を保持する保持強度は十分でな
く、また、竪樋の凹溝が竪樋取付具の係止凸部より小さ
いときは挟持片が竪樋の側部より浮き上がった状態とな
ることがあり、この場合もがたつきはないが保持強度が
十分ではないという問題がある。 【0004】そこで、本発明は上記の問題を解決するた
めになされたものであって、本発明の目的は、竪樋に寸
法誤差があってもがたつきなく取り付けることができ、
しかも竪樋を保持する保持強度が向上された竪樋取付具

成するためになされたものであって、本発明の竪樋取付
具は、底片と、この底片の両側部に設けられた側片とよ
りなる弾性を有する略U字状の取付本体と、この取付本
体の両側片に取り付けられた係止本体とを有する竪樋取
付具であって、前記係止本体の両端部には前方押さえ部
と後方押さえ部とがそれぞれ内方に向けて突設され、前
記係止本体の中央部が両側片先端に回動自在とされ、後
方押さえ部が竪樋の両側部に形成された凹溝に挿入係止
されたときに、両前方押さえ部間の距離は竪樋の側部外
周面間の距離より狭小になされているものである。 【0006】 【作用】本発明の竪樋取付具は、弾性を有する取付本体
に係止本体が取り付けられ、この係止本体の端部に突設
された後方押さえ部が竪樋の両側部に形成された凹溝に
挿入係止されたときに、両前方押さえ部間の距離は竪樋
の側部外周面間の距離より狭小になされている。そこ
で、取付本体を押し広げて竪樋を取り付けると、取付本
体の弾性回復によって両前方押さえ部で竪樋の凹溝より
前方の側部を両側から挟持するので、竪樋に寸法誤差が
あっても、凹溝に挿入係止された後方押さえ部と前方押
さえ部の2点で竪樋をがたつきなく保持することができ

回動自在に取り付けられているので、竪樋が外れようと
して竪樋取付具の前方に移動しようとすると、両係止本

の外壁に竪樋取付具を所定間隔で固定する。この竪樋取
付具の両係止本体2、2の間の距離を押し広げて竪樋4
を挿入し、この係止本体2の後片21に突設された後方
押さえ部22を竪樋4の両側部に形成され凹溝41に挿
入係止すると共に、係止本体2の前片23に突設された
前方押さえ部24で竪樋4の凹溝41より前方の側部を
両側から挟持する。すると、竪樋4に多少の寸法誤差が
あっても、後方押さえ部22と前方押さえ部24の2点
で挟持されているので、竪樋4をがたつきなく保持する

保持する保持強度が向上するので、竪樋が強風によって
煽られて外れることを防止できるという効果があり、安
心して使用できる。
