Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pipe joint for connecting a fluid pipe used for, for example, a water pipe, a gas pipe, a pipe for a plant, and the like. 2. Description of the Related Art A conventional pipe joint is disclosed in, for example,
There is the one described in 1-325347. As shown in FIG. 7, a pipe joint 50 described in the publication has a joint body 52 having a stopper 51 at the center of the inner surface, a push ring 55 fastened to the joint body 52, and a lock disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the push ring 55. It comprises a ring 56, a packing 58 for connecting the fluid pipe 57 to the joint body 52 in a watertight manner, a retainer 60 for pressing the packing 58, and an in-core 61 mounted on the inner periphery of the end of the fluid pipe 57. . [0003] The conventional pipe joint is
Since the joint body 52 and the in-core 61 are separate bodies, the number of parts increases, and the in-core 61 and the in-core
2 must be attached to the fluid pipes. When the in-core 61 inserted into the fluid pipe and the joint body 52 attached to the outer surface of the fluid pipe are separate bodies,
However, there is a problem that the connection work of both fluid pipes is complicated, and a long time is required. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and has as its object to reduce the number of parts and to facilitate connection work of fluid pipes. [0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a joint pipe attached to ends of a pair of fluid pipes.
In the pipe joint provided with the body 3, on both sides of the joint body 3,
Includes a-core portion 10 to be inserted into a fluid conduit 8, and the outer fitting portion 11 positioned outside of the fluid pipe 8 gills Bei integrally
Are, each outer fitting portion 11 is mounted for scaling, the outer fitting portion 11 and the in-core portion 10 which is reduced in diameter end portion of the respective flow <br/> body tube 8
And that it can be pinched. The joint body 3 is integrally provided with an in-core portion 10 inserted into the fluid pipe 8 and an outer fitting portion 11 located outside the fluid pipe 8, so that the fluid pipe 8 At the connection work site, the in-core portion 10 and the outer fitting portion 11 can be simultaneously fitted to the inside and outside of the fluid pipe 8, respectively, so that the connection work can be performed easily and quickly. Moreover,
The number of parts is also reduced. [0008] Embodiments will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 to 4 show a pipe joint for connecting a water pipe such as a polyethylene pipe. The pipe joint 1 includes a joint main body 3 and a ring-shaped pressing body 5 fitted to the joint main body 3. The joint body 3 has a substantially disk-shaped flange portion 7 having a plurality of mounting holes 6 in a circumferential direction, and an inner peripheral surface integrally protruding from the flange portion 7 at one end side of the fluid pipe 8. An in-core portion (inner fitting tube portion) 10 inserted into the flange portion 8a; and an outer fitting portion 11 integrally projecting from the flange portion 7 so as to be fitted on the outer peripheral surface 8b on one end side of the fluid pipe 8. Consists of In addition, a gap (fitting concave portion) 13 slightly larger than the thickness of the fluid pipe 8 is provided between the inner peripheral surface 11a of the outer fitting portion 11 and the outer peripheral surface 10a of the inner fitting cylindrical portion 10. Reference numeral 14 denotes a seal ring for maintaining watertightness. The outer fitting portion 11 has a plurality of cutouts 15 formed in a circumferential direction thereof. Each notch 15 is open at the distal end and extends to near the base of the outer fitting portion 11, and has a small width portion 15a at the distal end and a large portion 1 connected to the small width portion 15a.
5b. By forming the plurality of cutouts 15 in the outer fitting portion 11 as described above, the outer fitting portion 11 is in a state in which a plurality of pressing portions 16 are formed, and each pressing portion 16 resists elastic force with its base as a fulcrum. As a result, the outer fitting portion 11 can be swung in the diameter direction, and the outer fitting portion 11 can be expanded or contracted.
The wedge blade 18 is provided on the inner peripheral surface side of each pressing portion 16 in a singular or plural shape in the circumferential direction. The thickness of each pressing portion 16 is constant at the base side and gradually increases toward the tip end. Therefore, a tapered surface 20 that is gradually inclined radially outward toward the tip is formed on the outer peripheral surface side and the tip end side of each pressing portion 16. Further, a retaining portion 21 is formed at the tip of each pressing portion 16 to protrude radially outward. The inner diameter of the holding body 5 is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the outer fitting portion 11 on the base side and smaller than the maximum diameter of the inclined surface at the tip of the outer fitting portion. Further, a plurality of screw holes 23 are formed in the holding body 5, and the tip of a screw 25 screwed into each of the screw holes 23 is pressed against an arbitrary holding body 5 so that the holding body 5 is externally fitted. Inadvertent movement with respect to the part 11 can be prevented. Next, the case where the fluid pipe 8 is connected using the pipe joint 1 will be described. First, the holding body 5 is attached to the joint body 3. That is, the pressing portions 16 of the joint body 3 are reduced in diameter from each other, and the holding body 5 is attached to the joint body 3 whose diameter has been reduced.
Insert up to the base side of the joint body 3. When the pressing member 5 is released, the pressing portion 16 expands to the original position by the elastic force, so that the pressing member 5 does not fall out of the joint body 3. Further, the end of the fluid pipe 8 is inserted into the fitting recess 13 of the joint body 3. When the pressing body 5 at the base side of the pressing portion 16 is moved to the distal end side of the joint body, the pressing body 5 slides on the tapered surface 20 of the joint body 3. The body can be reduced in diameter. At this time, the wedge blade 1 provided on the pressing portion 16
As a result, the joint 8 bites into the surface of the fluid pipe 8 and is locked, so that the joint body 3 is prevented from coming off. Further, a screw 25 screwed to the holding body 5 is fastened, and the tip of the screw 25 is
The pressing body 5 can be fixed by pressing the pressing body 5. Similarly, a pipe joint is attached to the other fluid pipe 8. Then, the flange portions 7 of the two pipe joints 1 are opposed to each other via a packing, and the respective mounting holes 6 are formed.
And the flanges 7 are connected to each other to complete the connection of the pipe joint 1. FIGS. 4 and 5 show another embodiment, in which the pressing portion 16 of the joint body 3 is not provided with a tapered surface, and another retaining body 30 is formed in parallel with the retaining body 21. Have been. The pressing member 5 is composed of a first pressing member 5a and a second pressing member 5b (divided into two). The first holding member 5a and the second holding member 5b each include an arc portion 32 and fastening portions 33 projecting from both sides of the arc portion 32. When the two arc portions 32 are mounted on the joint body 3, the fastening portions 33 of the first holding member 5a and the second holding member 5b are fastened by bolts 35. [0019] Figure 6 shows an implementation of the embodiment of the present invention is intended to connect a pair of fluid conduit 8 in a single joint body 3. That is, an annular connecting portion 37 is provided at the center of the cylindrical inner fitting tube portion 10.
Are provided, and a pair of the outer fitting portions 11 and the pressing body 5 are provided on the connecting portion 37, respectively. Since the shape of each outer fitting portion 11 is the same as that shown in FIG. 1, detailed description will be omitted. Further, the present invention can be applied not only to water pipes but also to gas pipes and the like. That is, the fluid flowing through the fluid pipe is not limited to water, but may be other fluids such as gas and oil. According to the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems,
In a pipe joint having a joint body attached to ends of a pair of fluid pipes, on both sides of the joint body, an in-core part inserted into the fluid pipe and an outer fitting part located outside the fluid pipe Doo is integrally Bei Erare, the outer fitting portion is provided freely scaled, since it held between the outer fitting portion and the in-core portion which is reduced in diameter the end of each fluid conduit, the fluid pipe connection work In the field, the in-core portion and the outer fitting portion can be simultaneously fitted to the inside and outside of the fluid pipe, respectively, so that there is an advantage that the connecting operation can be performed easily and quickly, and the number of parts can be reduced.
