Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hyperthermia treatment device, and more particularly to a thermotherapy device in which a pair of conductors are clamped between affected parts of a human body.
The present invention relates to a high-frequency thermotherapy device for generating high-frequency waves between the pair of conductors and performing hyperthermia treatment on the affected part. 2. Description of the Related Art A high-frequency thermotherapy device has a frequency of several MHz.
Because it uses high-frequency electromagnetic waves of several tens of MHz,
In order to perform treatment efficiently with minimum power loss, it is necessary to match the output impedance of the high-frequency thermal treatment device with the impedance of a human body as a load. Therefore, a matching means is provided between the high-frequency generating means as the main body and the conductor as the output terminal.
There are two types of matching means: a manual type in which the patient turns the knob by himself / herself, and an automatic control type in which a built-in CPU is used to determine a matching state and to perform matching automatically. [0004] In order for a patient to attach or re-attach a lead, the patient holds and moves a pair of leads with each hand, or removes one lead. When the other conductor is attached to the body or the like and is moved while being gripped with one hand, the load impedance fluctuates drastically, so that it is out of the normal matching state. On the other hand, in such a state, if both hands are brought into point contact with each other, or if the hand holding the lead is brought into point contact with any part of the body, the change in load impedance stops at that point. At this time, if an attempt is made to achieve impedance matching, there is a high risk that energy will be focused on the point contact point and cause a burn. In particular, a high-frequency thermotherapy device that automatically controls matching attempts to automatically match when it goes out of the matching state. Therefore, when the above-mentioned point contact is made, impedance matching is immediately performed, and instantaneous matching is performed. The danger of burns inside is extremely high. Therefore, the patient must be constantly careful not to make such point contacts. Also, in the case of the manual type, it is necessary to keep in mind that impedance matching is not performed in the state of point contact. However, there is always the danger of inadvertent and accidental burns. Accordingly, there is a technical problem to be solved in order to prevent a burn caused by carelessness or accident during the matching operation and to improve the safety of the high-frequency thermotherapy device. The purpose is to solve the problem. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a matching means is provided between a high-frequency generating means and a pair of conductors. The output impedance is formed so as to match the load impedance between the pair of conductors, further provided with control means for switching control of the output of the high-frequency generation means, during the matching operation, by the control means, the high-frequency generation means in thermotherapy which is configured to control switching so that the duty ratio falls in the safe area, after completion of the alignment operation by the by that the switching control to the control unit after aligning operation is completed, gradually during said predetermined time the depreciation of the duty ratio
A hyperthermia device configured to increase by approximately 100% from the full area . When the operation such as reattachment of the conductor is performed, the alignment state is lost. If impedance matching is attempted in this state, the duty ratio of the high-frequency generation means becomes small, and the high-frequency generation means enters a safe area where no burn is caused even if it is in point contact. When the matching is achieved, the duty ratio does not become 100% immediately, but is set to a predetermined time, for example, 5 %.
The output is gradually increased over seconds . Therefore, even if there is point contact, the patient can sense that the site is hot and can avoid burns by releasing his / her hand in a reflective manner. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 shows a configuration diagram of a high-frequency thermotherapy device 1 that performs impedance matching by automatic control. A high-frequency generation device 2 includes a high-frequency oscillation circuit, a resonance circuit, and a multi-stage amplification circuit. Output connectors 5 and 5 via balun 3 and matching circuit 4
Is transmitted to The output connectors 5 and 5 are provided with plastic conductors 6 and 6 each having a copper mesh covered with an insulating cloth. When the conductors 6, 6 are sandwiched between the affected parts, high-frequency electromagnetic waves having a frequency of several MHz to several tens of MHz are generated between the conductors 6, 6, and the affected part is heated by dielectric heating. I do. In order to match the output impedance Z O of the high-frequency thermotherapy device 1 with the load impedance Z L of the affected part sandwiched between the conductors 6, 6, the matching circuit 4 is used. A variable capacitor 7 is mounted, and a current detector 8 for detecting a load current I flowing through the matching circuit 4 is provided. The output of the current detector 8 is connected to a controller 9. The control unit 9 determines a matching state based on the load current I detected by the current detection unit 8,
If it is out of the matching state, the variable capacitor 7 is operated by driving the motor 10. Thus, the output impedance Z O becomes equal to the load impedance Z L
The automatic control is performed so as to match. [0012] Thus, in order to re-attach the leads 6,6, 1
If one of the conductors 6 is to be moved with one hand while the other conductor 6 is being worn on the body, or if the pair of conductors 6, 6 is to be moved with each hand, the load impedance Z L fluctuates greatly and deviates from the matching state. At this time, the control unit 9 performs the above-described operation to return to the matching state. At the same time, the switching circuit 11 provided between the control unit 9 and the high-frequency generator 2 is operated. Then, the duty ratio of the high frequency generator 2 is set to about 1
Reduce to about 0% safety area. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the state of the switching operation. In FIG. 2, time t 1 is the time when the state deviates from the matching state. As shown, the switching operation since the balanced impedance matching in the past than the time t 1 is not performed, but in the state of 100% duty, the moment that deviates from the alignment (time t 1), the switching is 10% of duty circuit 11 is activated, the duty ratio between times t 2 the next-matched is maintained. Time t 2 indicates a point in time when the load impedance Z L stops changing and impedance matching is achieved by an operation such as a point of contact of the hand holding the lead 6 by mistake with the patient. At this time, the energy of the high-frequency thermotherapy device 1 is focused on the point contacted point, but since the duty ratio is in the safe area, there is no instantaneous burn immediately before the patient senses it. When impedance matching is achieved, the control section 9 operates the switching operation of the switching circuit 11 so as to gradually increase the ON state, thereby gradually increasing the duty ratio of the high frequency generator 2. I will raise it. Then, time t 3 from the time t 2 has elapsed about 5 seconds
At 100%. In this way, the patient can sense that the point contact site is about to heat up in about 5 seconds, and can avoid burns by reflexively releasing his hand. In this embodiment, the high-frequency thermotherapy device 1 which performs impedance matching by automatic control has been described. However, even in the case of a manual type, a switching circuit and a control section for operating the switching circuit are provided in the same manner. Can prevent accidental burns. Further, in the present embodiment, the impedance matching is performed by changing the rotation angle of the variable capacitor 7 by the motor 10, but as shown in FIG.
May be switched by switches 13 such as relays to perform impedance matching. Furthermore, the present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and it goes without saying that the present invention extends to the modifications. As described in detail in the above embodiment, the present invention reduces the duty ratio of the high-frequency generating means to a safe area during the matching operation, and after the matching is completed, a predetermined time, for example, 5 seconds.
The configuration is such that the duty ratio is gradually increased to approximately 100% over a period of time . Therefore, even when the energy of the high-frequency thermotherapy device is focused on the point contact site due to inadvertently bringing the hand holding the lead into point contact with the body, instantaneous burns may not occur. Instead, burns can be avoided if the patient releases his or her hands reflexively when the heat is sensed. Thus, the safety of the high-frequency thermotherapy device is improved.
