[Problems to be solved by the invention] In recent years, the deterioration of public security in Japan has been accompanied by arrests of thugs, suppression of mayhem, and important persons.
Employees such as financial institutions that handle money, supermarkets, convenience stores, pachinko prize exchanges, etc. and cash transport vehicle drivers, regardless of engaging in dangerous missions such as escorting important properties, will not be less likely to receive bullets and bad blades. As mentioned above, it is not possible to wear protective gear (blade-proof / ballistic vest) for daily work, and in case of emergency, it is a universal item that anyone who protects themselves can use it as a universal item. The security environment has become highly demanding, and there is a strong demand for the development of protective equipment that can protect people and have the opportunity to make emergency calls.

(2) The basic construction of the blade / bulletproof cushion of the present invention is, as defined in claim 1, 20 g /
A combination of a woven fabric laminate layer in which a plurality of woven fabrics made of high-strength fibers having a tensile strength of d or more is laminated, and a cushioning material layer used for cushioning which is also effective in absorbing impact when hit. The structure is laminated in a single layer to three layers, and a cotton cotton or a cushion material layer used for forming a cushion is arranged on the uppermost bottom layer of the structure laminate, and the structure is further covered with a cushion for forming a cushion. Since it is a made-up product, it has extremely high blade-proof and bullet-proof performance, and since it is not a thing to wear and adhere to the body like a bulletproof vest, in the bulletproof vest, the blade-proof and bulletproof layer made of the high-strength fiber fabric laminate layer is used. It is possible to prevent bullets and blades from penetrating, but it is difficult to completely protect against local deformation impact caused by deformation and displacement of the hit part. It is also located in an advantage that can be eliminated by not and the cushion layer is present.

(4) Further, the constituent requirements defined in claim 3 define typical constituent requirements that are desirable for the blade-proof / ballistic cushion to satisfactorily exert its performance. As a general requirement for maximizing the function, a fabric laminate layer formed by laminating a plurality of fabrics composed of the high-strength fibers defined in claims 1 and 2 constitutes the fabric. The fibers are laminated by shifting the fiber arrangement direction by 45 °. When the constituent woven fabrics are sequentially shifted and laminated in such a laminated state by 45 °, the number of woven fabric constituent fibers required to cut and enter the blade is maximized and the blade-proof performance is maximized even if a bad blade is received at any blade angle. Is. That is, simply laminating the woven fabrics in the same arrangement direction may cause the number of cuts to be doubled or halved depending on the angle of the blade edge, and the blade-proof ability cannot be maximized. The same effect can be seen in bulletproof ability. (5) The stipulations relating to the high-strength fiber constituting the cushion having the blade-preventing / ballistic-preventing performance defined in claims 1 to 3 are aramid fibers as a typical example which is universal and easy to use.

Next, the high-strength fiber used in the present invention will be any fiber as long as it has a tensile strength of 20 g / d or more. A typical example thereof is polyparaphenylene terephthalate. Any commercially available so-called high-strength fiber such as aramid fiber represented by amide, high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber, carbon fiber or polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole fiber (PBO), polyparaphenylene benzobisthiazole fiber (PBT) can be used. It is possible. Further, such a fiber may be used by weaving a woven fabric using a multifilament yarn or by using a woven fabric as a spun yarn. The structure of the woven fabric is not particularly limited, but a relatively simple structure such as plain weave or twill weave having a high weave density is desirable.

Furthermore, the use of multiple woven fabrics, which are said to have high bulletproof effect in order to avoid stress concentration at the time of hitting and entering the blade and measure the dispersion of stress as the woven structure, is not necessarily required, and high tenacity fibers The state in which the woven fabric layers of the woven fabric laminated layer formed by laminating a plurality of woven fabrics configured in 1 above are not joined and fixed, and the quilting or the spot joining is performed at the spots of 50 mm or more for the purpose of providing adhesion. It is desirable to use. It should be noted that, although not particularly limited, the quilting for imparting adhesion to the woven fabric laminate is the same high-strength yarn as the fibers constituting the woven fabric in order to withstand a high impact when hit. Is more preferable.

Although not particularly limited and limited, if a blade-proof / ballistic-proof cushion having the same basis weight is formed, the blade-proof / ballistic-resistant cushion of the present invention can be used because of its blade-proof / ballistic-proof performance. It is better to prevent the number of layers of the structure composed of the combination of the cushioning material layer constituting the above and the woven fabric layer formed by laminating a plurality of woven fabrics composed of high-strength fibers from being a single layer rather than a single layer. Recommended because it can improve blade and bulletproof performance. In addition, although not particularly specified as a necessary condition, a cushioning material layer specified in the present invention and a plurality of fabrics composed of high-strength fibers are laminated to provide adhesion by quilting or spot joining. It is also preferable to coarsely quilt and integrally integrate the entire laminated body of a plurality of layers of a structure composed of a combination of the above and the above in order to enhance the blade-proof / ballistic-proof performance.

10 pieces of the woven fabric 1 thus obtained were laminated by aligning the fiber arrangement directions of the woven fabric to prepare a woven fabric laminate A, and the woven fabric was woven at an interval of 50 mm for both vertical and horizontal in order to provide adhesion. Quilting was performed with the same 20/2 spun yarn as the fiber spun yarn. Next, a shock absorbing cushion layer 2 made of a cotton cotton layer having a thickness of 6 mm was laminated on the lower surface of the woven fabric laminate A subjected to the quilting, and a structure B in which both A-2 layers were laminated was produced. Further, in the woven fabric laminated body A constituting the structure B, a woven fabric laminated body A ′ in which only the number of woven fabric laminated layers is changed to 6 is used to produce a structured body B ′ having the same structure, B (upper side) and structure B '(lower side) are laminated, and the vertical and horizontal directions are also 15
Quilted at 0 mm intervals and gently integrated, cut into a size (50 to 60 cm square) suitable for cushion formation, wrapped with a cotton layer 3 of 10 mm thick, and further covered with a cushion (cloth) 4. Covered (total thickness 40m
m), a cushion for blade and bulletproof was prepared.

[Embodiment 2] In the manufacture of the blade-proof / ballistic cushion according to Embodiment 1, only the method for laminating the fabric of the fabric laminate A is changed so that the arranging directions of the fibers constituting the fabric are sequentially 45.
A fabric laminated body A ″ laminated so as to be displaced from each other was prepared, and this fabric laminated body A ″ was used in place of the fabric laminated body A of Example 1, and otherwise the blades of the same constitution as in Example 1 were used. -A bulletproof cushion was prepared and its blade-proof performance was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1. The evaluation results are excellent as in the case of the blade-proof / ballistic cushion of Example 1, but the evaluation product is different from the product of Example 1 in that the fabric laminating method of the fabric laminate A ″ forming the cushion is used. The number of fibers cut and the cutting resistance at the time of penetrating the blade against the blade / bulletproof cushion are increased because the fibers constituting the woven fabric of the fabric laminate A ”are laminated so that the arrangement directions of the fibers are sequentially shifted by 45 ° in each layer. Since the penetration resistance increases, the blade edge of the cutting knife slightly cuts the 7th woven fabric of the fabric laminate A ″ that constitutes the cushion to be tested, and the 8th and subsequent sheets are intact and have more blade-proof performance. It was shown to be excellent.

The bullet-proof performance evaluation result obtained by visually observing the cut surface of the hit part of the hit object in the bullet penetration direction and the demolition object after peeling the hit object in the laminating direction is the bullet of the woven fabric in the woven fabric laminate A "layer. The breakage due to penetration was more complete and clear in the upper layer, the number of breakages was less in the 8th layer and later, and in the 10th layer fabric, although there was no breakage, the tissue displacement due to the bullet was clearly seen, and the bullet penetration It was observed that while the fabric was blocked by the A "layer, the displacement due to the bullet could not be prevented yet. Since the structural displacement due to the bullet entry is absorbed by the cushion layer of the structure B, there is a slight tissue deformation displacement up to the fabric of the third layer of the fabric laminated body layer A ′ located on the upper surface of the structure B ′. Bring, but the fourth
Almost no deformation displacement was found in the fabric layers after the single layer,
It was found that the impact from the hit was almost stopped. As a matter of course, no depression was found on the Lauan plate behind the cushion.
