BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a folding type elevator used as a step or a stepladder, and particularly to a vertical direction of a pair of left and right columns which are arranged in a substantially C shape so that the lower side is widened. It was equipped with a pair of legs, each of which has a crossing rail between the middle part and between the upper ends, and the upper ends of both legs were pivotally connected, and the lower ends of both legs were closed and opened. The present invention relates to a small foldable lifting platform whose posture can be freely changed to an open leg posture.

2. Description of the Related Art In an ordinary stepladder provided with two or more cross rails between both columns, each cross rail has a front-rear width that is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the pole and projects forward from the pole. It is installed between the opposing inner side surfaces of both stanchions, but it has small crosspieces only at two places between the vertical middle part and the upper end of both stanchions, and it is small and small used as a step or stepladder. The folding lift is
In order to increase the ease of ascending and descending and to increase the stability, each of the cross rails is formed to have a front-rear width wider than the outer diameter of the support pillar, and is installed between the opposing inner side surfaces of the support pillar so as to project forward from the support pillar. FIG. 3 (B) is a cross-sectional plan view showing a leg 11 of a conventional folding type lifting platform which is used as a step or a stepladder.
As can be seen from this figure, the step rail 13 of the leg 11 has a front-rear width that is at least twice the outer diameter (front-rear width) of the support column 2, and both support columns 2 are projected forward from the support column 2. It is built between two.

By the way, in the conventional folding type elevator, as can be seen from FIG. 3B, of the step bars 13 of each leg 11, a protrusion protruding forward from the column 2. Since both end surfaces 14, 14 of the part 13a are formed so as to project outward from the positions of the inner side surfaces 2a, 2a of the columns 2, 2 which face each other, they are folded when shipping this kind of lifting platform as a product. When a plurality of lifts are stored in a box in order upside down and packed, the front and rear side surfaces of the column 2 of the leg 11 of one of the two adjacent lifts are connected to the legs of the other lift. The step rail 13 of the body 11 will hit.

That is, FIG. 7 is a transverse cross-sectional view showing a state in which two conventional type elevators K'1 and K'2, each of which is folded, are stacked on top of each other upside down. In K′1 and K′2, the left and right end surfaces 14 and 14 of the projecting portion 13a of each leg 11 projecting forward from the column 2 project outward from the opposing inner side surfaces 2a and 2a of the columns 2 and 2. Since it is formed as shown in FIG.
The front end of the step rail 13 of the leg 11 of the other lift K'2 hits the front and rear side surfaces of the support column 2 of the leg 11 in the above, which causes the distance between the adjacent lifts K'1 and K'2. S'becomes wider and storage efficiency is poor.

As shown in FIG. 5, the elevators K1 and K2 are provided.
Means that the left and right end surfaces 7, 7 on the front side 3ao of the projecting portion 3a projecting forward from the column 2 of each leg 1 are both columns 2, 2.
Are formed so as to be located inside the facing inner side surfaces 2a, 2a, the intermediate step rail 3 of the leg body 1 of the lift K2 has a protruding portion 3a protruding forward from the column 2.
3ao of the front part of the elevator 3 projects into the space between the support columns 2 and 2 of the leg body 1 of the elevator K2, and the intermediate step rail 3 of the leg 1 of the elevator platform K2
Also in (shown in phantom line), the front portion side 3ao (shown in phantom line) of the projecting portion 3a projecting forward from the column 2 projects between both columns 2 and 2 of the leg 1 of the lift K1. In this case, the protrusion 3
Since both end surfaces 7 and 7 on the front side 3ao side of a are tapered and formed in a tapered shape, the tapered end surfaces 7 and 7 serve as guide surfaces and extend between the supporting columns 2 and 2 of the leg 1 of the other party. It is easy to enter.

As described above, when the two elevators K1 and K2 are stacked upside down, the gap S between the elevators K1 and K2 is equal to the step 3 on the intermediate portion side of each leg 1. The front side 3ao of the protruding part of the
It becomes narrower as it rushes in between two. By the way, in the conventional lift, as shown in FIG. 7, the front and rear side surfaces of the columns 2 of the legs 11 in one lift K1 come into contact with the front ends of the steps 13 of the legs 11 in the other lift K2. The distance S between the adjoining lifts K1 and K2 is wide. By comparing and referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 5, the operation and effect of the lifting table K according to the present invention is clear.

Further, FIG. 6A shows a state in which, for example, eight elevators K according to the present invention are piled up upside down, and FIG. 6B shows the same eight units. It shows a state in which the conventional type elevators K'are piled up upside down. Here, in the lifting table K of the present invention, the front-rear width a of the support column 2 is 30 mm, the protrusion amount b of the step rail 3 from the front side surface of the support column 2 is about 45 mm, and the upper ends of the folded legs 1, 1 are located. The front-rear width c is about 80 mm, the width d on the lower end side thereof is about 70 mm, and when the conventional type elevator K ′ has the same dimensions a to d as the elevator K of the present invention, The stacking length L of the eight elevators K is 808 mm, the stacking length L'of the conventional eight elevators K is 947 mm, and the difference between them is L-L '=
The total length is 139 mm, and the total length can be shortened by 139 mm when eight units are stacked.

In the above-described embodiment of the present invention, both the intermediate-side step bar 3 and the upper-end side step bar 4 of each leg 1 have a front side 3ao of the protrusion 3a protruding forward from the support column 2. Both end faces 7, 7 of the support columns 2 and 2 facing each other on the inner side faces 2a
Although it is formed so as to be located inside the position, when a plurality of elevators are sequentially stacked upside down, the upper end side step bar 4 of each elevator K is shown in FIG. As can be seen from the above, since the length is short and it contacts the lower end of the leg 1 of the opponent's lift K, the entire area of the step bar 4 is in a state in which it can enter between the lower ends of the columns 2 and 2. The upper end side step rail 4 may have a conventional structure.

According to the folding lift of the invention of claim 1, at least the intermediate side step bar of each leg has at least both front end surfaces of the projecting portion projecting forward from the column. Since it is formed so as to be located inside the facing inner side surface of both columns, when shipping this elevator as a product, a plurality of folded elevators were stacked upside down in order. When packing in a box in a state, at least the front side of the protrusion of the middle side step of each leg can project between the left and right struts of the other leg, and therefore the space between the left and right struts The space between adjoining elevators can be narrowed by the amount of rushing in to increase the storage efficiency, which can reduce the inventory space and transportation space, resulting in lower product cost. It will be possible.

According to the folding type elevator of the invention as claimed in claim 2, since both end surfaces of at least the front side of the projecting portion are tapered so as to be tapered, the tapered end surface serves as a guide surface. As a result, it becomes easy for the leg of the other party to plunge between the columns.
