BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a device for binding objects to be bound together by using a tape such as a resin tape or a thermoplastic tape which is adhered to each other by welding.
The term "welding" is used in a broad sense, and therefore includes not only thermal welding but also welding using high frequency waves or ultrasonic waves.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as binding devices of this type, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-20242 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-22089 are known. Normally, a tape binding device is a binding device with a crimping portion at the tip.
When binding, the tip of the arm and the tape below it are used.
The tape to be bound is fed to the tape so that a tape stretched almost vertically between the tape presser and the tape presser on the table is pressed against the tape, and then the tape is attached to the tape. The bundle is pivoted downward, the tip is lowered, the tape is wrapped around the object to be bound, and the tape portion between them is welded and cut by the abutment between the crimping base and the crimping portion to form a bundle. It was conducted.

Such a conventional device has a simple structure and can be suitably bound in the case where the objects to be bound are relatively heavy or the load collapse is not a problem. , It is difficult to bind objects that are to be bound, such as stacking relatively lightweight items,
Further, there is a problem in that it is impossible to bind a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction of a bound object such as a bundle of long objects with a tape.

In this binding device using a tape, the ring 2 around the object to be bound on the table 1 is rotated once while the tape 2 is being taken out from the tape reel 10 so that the object to be bound is taped. The binding is completed by winding the tape, then pressing the tape, and cutting with the cutter, so that the objects to be bound do not become misaligned. After the tape is cut, one rotation of the rotating member returns the tape end to the initial position without kinking in the tape. The tapes are welded at two locations close to each other, and a cutter 7 cuts between them. After cutting, the roller of the tape retainer 3 is rotated to remove the welded portion of the tape from the welded position.

Further, by adopting the tape pushing lever 26, the tape can be welded only at one place. In this case, the tape pressing 3 is performed almost at the same time as the cutting of the tape by the cutter 7 after crimping. Insert a new tape end between the pair of rollers. Then, by rotating the roller of the tape retainer, the tape is moved and the cut tape end is removed. Therefore, it is possible to process the tape scraps without cutting the tape scraps by the cutter.

The tape retainer 3 comprises a pair of rollers 3a and 3b, as shown in FIG. 7, and the tape end is held between the rollers. At least one of the rollers is adapted to be driven as described below. One of the features of this device is that the tape presser 3 and the crimping table 5 are located under the table 1 and in the vicinity thereof, and both are installed on the rotating member 4, and each time the pulley 2 is rotated by one rotation. It is to make one rotation, which prevents kinking of the tape.

Since one roller of the tape retainer 3 is rotated, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the ratchet wheel 1 is used.
9 and a ratchet 20 are used, which are advanced and retracted by an air cylinder 21 and pivoted by a pin 22 so that they are pivoted slightly upwards when crossing the top of the ratchet wheel 19. As the ratchet 20 engages with the ratchet wheel 19 and retracts, the ratchet wheel 19 rotates, and the tape pressing roller 3 rotates via an appropriate transmission member. A tape scrap and a new tape end following the tape scrap are pulled out. The rotation of the press roller 3 is for slightly pulling out the tape end, and it goes without saying that the rotation may be performed by another mechanism such as a rack and pinion.

Since the tapes are welded at two places and cut between them by the cutter 7, one welded portion is used as a binding portion for the work, and the other welded portion is used as shown in FIG.
It is sandwiched between the rollers of the presser foot 3 and pulled out, the welded portion (the lower part in the illustrated example) moves from the crimping table, and a new tape portion is pressed by the roller. Therefore, since the tape scraps are continuous, cutting the tape scraps is convenient for treating the tape scraps.

Next, the crimping member 6 is retracted and, as shown in FIG. 8D, the roller of the tape presser 3 is moved by a predetermined amount through the ratchet wheel 19 and the ratchet 20 by the operation of the air cylinder 21. Rotate and pull out the tape end with one weld. Then, the air cylinder 13 is actuated to rotate the rotating member 4 a half turn to move the tape receiver 23 to the uppermost position, and the air cylinder 11 is actuated again to cut the cutter.
7 is advanced and the tape waste is cut as shown in FIG. Then, it makes a half rotation again to return to the initial state.

Another embodiment of the present invention is the same in that the tape retainer 3 consisting of a pair of rollers and the crimping base 5 are provided on the rotating member 4, and the rotating member 4 is rotated once for each binding. However, in this embodiment, as shown in (b) of FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, a tape portion which becomes a new tape end generated by cutting is inserted between the rollers of the tape presser 3. -Push in lever-26
And a device for driving one roller of the tape retainer 3 to rotate a pair of rollers, as in the above.

FIG. 9 shows each operation stage of the tape push-in lever 26 provided. FIG. 9A shows a state before binding, and FIG. 9B shows a work tape. The state immediately after winding the loop is shown. At the same time as welding and cutting of tape,
Alternatively, as shown in (c) at substantially the same time, a new tape end is inserted between the rollers of the tape presser 3 by the lever 26.

Next, when the roller of the tape retainer 3 is rotated, as shown in FIG. 9D, the tape waste T1 is removed by the cutter 7.
Is discharged in the state of being cut. Then, the rotating member 4 is rotated to return to the initial state through the steps shown in FIGS. Therefore, in this form, since the tape scraps are not connected, the cutting is not necessary, and there is an advantage that the tape scraps can be easily treated.
