Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates generally to wiring devices such as infrared type human body sensors and hanging ceilings for lighting equipment. 2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a conventional wiring device, and FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the vicinity of a wire terminal of the wiring device. A conventional wiring device 1 is mounted and fixed on a mounting base such as a ceiling or a wall, and an electric wire terminal 2 provided on the wiring device 1 is connected to an electric wire 10 disposed on the back of the ceiling or the wall. Are electrically connected. As shown in FIG. 7, the electric wire 10 is inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 2 of the electric wire terminal 2.
a, the core wire 10a of which is electrically connected to the terminal main body 2b of the electric wire terminal 2. When the electric wire 10 is wired so as to extend upward (in the direction of arrow Z in FIG. 7). It is necessary to prevent external water droplets from entering the electric wire terminal 2 along the electric wire 10. As a countermeasure, conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the wiring device 1 is mounted on the mounting base, a bent portion 11 is formed at an intermediate position of the electric wire 10 connected to the electric wire terminal 2. By doing so, the water droplets traveling on the electric wire 10 are separated from the electric wire 10 in the vicinity of the bent portion 10 so that the water droplets do not enter the electric wire terminal 2. [0004] However, in the prior art, the bending work of the electric wire 10 described above is often forgotten, thus causing a problem in the reliability of the mounting work. In addition, there is a problem that the operation of bending the electric wire 10 is difficult and it is very troublesome. Further, even if the electric wire 10 is bent at the time of the installation work, if the electric wire is subjected to some stress from the outside such as at the time of wiring change work, the electric wire 10 is stretched and restored to the bent portion 11.
Has disappeared, and the wiring device 1 has been exposed to a dangerous state against water droplets without your knowledge. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to be able to easily and reliably form a bent portion in the electric wire and to reliably maintain the bent state. A wiring device is provided. A bent portion is formed on the electric wire at the support portion. As long as the terminal cover is not removed from the device main body, the bent state of the bent portion is reliably maintained. The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings showing an embodiment thereof. In the embodiments of the present invention, components similar or corresponding to the components of the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing the wiring device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is an assembled perspective view of the wiring device 1. As shown in FIG. 4, a wiring device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a device main body 1A having an electric wire terminal 2 to which an external electric wire 10 is to be connected, and a terminal for covering the electric wire terminal 2 so as to be hidden from the external appearance. The terminal cover 1B is fixed to the instrument main body 1A to be in an assembled state shown in FIG. The configuration of the electric wire terminal 2 may be the same as that of the above-described conventional example, but when the wiring device 1 is mounted and fixed to the mounting base (ceiling or wall, etc.), the electric wire terminal 2 is arranged upward. Thus, the electric wire terminal 2 is disposed on the upper surface 1c of the appliance body 1A. FIG. 1 shows the terminal cover 1 of the wiring device 1.
FIG. 3 is a partially sectional view showing an assembled state in which only B is broken, and FIG.
FIG. 3 is a partially exploded sectional view of the wiring device 1 in which only the terminal cover 1B is broken. FIG. 2 is an exploded partial cross-sectional view of the wiring device 1 in which only the terminal cover 1B is broken, but shows a state where the terminal cover 1B is fixed to the device main body 1A. 1 to 3,
The state where the electric wire 10 is connected to the electric wire terminal 2 is shown. As shown in FIG. 4, the terminal cover 1B includes a plurality of fixing pieces 1a for fixing the terminal cover 1B to the instrument body 1A, and the instrument body 1A as shown in FIG. A first support piece 1b for supporting a part of the electric wire 10 so as to sandwich a part of the electric wire 10 is integrally provided. Also, as shown in FIG.
The height t1 of the first support piece 1b is set such that a gap t3 in which the electric wire 10 can be interposed between the first support piece 1b and the tool main body 1A occurs when B is fixed to the tool main body 1A. Is set. Each of the fixing pieces 1a, 1a
As shown in FIG. 4, the claws 1d,
1d, and each of the claw portions 1d, 1d has two claw grooves 1e, 2c provided on the device main body 1A in a state where the terminal cover 1B is fixed to the device main body 1A.
1e (one claw groove portion 1e is not shown, but is provided on the opposite surface of one claw groove portion 1e). Therefore, the terminal body 1A is fixed to the device main body 1A in a state where the device main body 1A is sandwiched between the fixing pieces 1a, 1a. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a second support piece 1f for integrally supporting the electric wire 10 connected to the electric wire terminal 2 is provided on the appliance body 1A. The second bearing piece 1f is provided on the upper surface 1c of the instrument body 1A and is provided near the electric wire terminal 2. In a state where the terminal cover 1B is fixed to the instrument body 1A as shown in FIG.
Is provided at a position interposed in the inner space of the terminal cover 1B. That is, as shown in FIG.
B in the state where B is fixed to the appliance body 1A,
The support piece 1f is arranged between the first support piece 1b and the electric wire terminal 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the height t2 of the second bearing piece 1f is preferably equal to or greater than the gap t3 generated when the terminal cover 1B is fixed to the instrument body 1A. In the wiring device 1 having the above configuration,
As shown in FIG. 3, in a state where the wiring device 1 is disassembled into the device main body 1A and the terminal cover 1B, the electric wire 10 is electrically connected to the electric wire terminal 2 of the device main body 1A. When the first support piece 1b is fixed to the appliance body 1A, as shown in FIG.
The first intermediate portion 11 of the wire 10 is pressed, and the second intermediate portion 12 of the electric wire 10 (which is closer to the wire terminal 2 than the first intermediate portion 11) comes into contact with the second bearing piece 1f. When the terminal cover 1B is further moved closer to the fixture main body 1A from the state shown in FIG. 2, the second intermediate portion 12 of the electric wire is supported by the second support piece 1f and bent. At the same time, the first intermediate portion 11 of the electric wire is sandwiched between the first support piece 1b and the surface of the upper surface 1c of the instrument body 1A. In a state where the terminal cover 1B is fixed to the appliance main body 1A as shown in FIG. 1, the second intermediate portion 12 of the electric wire 10 is supported by the second support piece 1f to be in a sufficiently curved state. The first intermediate portion 11 of the electric wire 10 is supported so as to be sandwiched between the first support piece 1b and the surface of the upper surface 1c of the instrument body 1A. At this time, the second intermediate portion 12 abutting on the second bearing piece 1f is above the first intermediate portion 11 sandwiched between the first bearing piece 1b and the upper surface 1c of the instrument body 1A (FIG. 1). At the position indicated by the arrow Z in FIG.
A bent portion is formed in the intermediate portion 12. Further, in FIG. 1, the electric wire 10 outside the wiring device 1 is wired so as to extend upward (in the direction of arrow Z in FIG. 1), so that the first intermediate portion 11 is supported by the first support piece 1b and curved. State and a bent portion is formed. That is, the wiring device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG.
In a state where the electric wire 10 is connected to the electric wire terminal 2 and the terminal cover 1B is fixed to the appliance main body 1A as described above, water droplets traveling along the electric wire 10 are separated near the bent portion of the first intermediate portion 11. However, even if water droplets enter the wiring device 1 along the electric wire 10, the second support piece 1f may have a certain height. Has a length t2,
As shown in FIG. 1, the electric wire 10 comes into contact with the electric wire 10, so that the water droplet stops at the second support piece 1 f and does not reach the electric wire terminal 2. Since the second bearing piece 1f of the present embodiment has a U-shape as viewed from above as shown in FIG.
Even if water drops enter the wiring device 1 along the electric wire 10 in the state of the above, since the water drops are retained inside the U-shaped second support piece 1f, the electric wire terminal 2
