In order to achieve the above object, a fence according to claim 1 of the present invention is a fence having a concave groove portion on its lower surface, and a pair of left and right side frame bars having concave groove portions on its side surfaces. Enclose the plate with a lower frame bar having a groove on the top surface, insert the edge of the plate into each groove, and assemble the fence panel with the frame and side frame bar and the lower frame bar in a rectangular frame. A fence in which this fence panel is attached to a pillar erected from a foundation, wherein the side frame crosspiece has a core in which longitudinal fitting grooves having a cross-sectional shape of a widening are formed on both front and rear surfaces. Material and a longitudinal fitting ridge having a cross-sectional shape of a divergence projecting on one side and fitted in the fitting groove of the core material. It is composed of a pair of cover materials that are slightly shorter in length and wider in width. Between the side edge portions protruding to one side from the core material of the cover material, there are concave groove portions for inserting the edge of the plate body, and the upper and lower end portions of the core material protruding vertically from the cover material are It is inserted into the end of the recessed groove portion of the headstock and the end of the recessed groove portion of the lower frame bar, respectively, and is fixed by screws that penetrate the recessed groove portion from above and below and are screwed into both ends of the fitting groove of the core material. According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the fence according to the first aspect, the fitting groove of the core member is located inside the narrow slit-shaped incision and has a diameter larger than the width of the slit-shaped incision. It has a cross-sectional shape of the inner divergence in which the hole-shaped cavities are connected, and the fitting projection of the cover material has a protruding hole having a width almost the same as that of the slit-shaped incision and a substantially circular hole-shaped cavity. It is characterized in that it has a divergent cross-sectional shape in which round bar-shaped tip portions having the same diameter are formed in series.

According to the fence of the first aspect, the edge of the plate is inserted into the grooved portions of the cap tree surrounding the plate and the pair of left and right side frame bars and the lower frame bar. When assembling a fence panel with a rectangular frame frame, the upper and lower ends of the core material that protrudes up and down from the side frame beam cover material are used as "tenon" to define the end of the groove and the lower frame. Insert each into the end of the recessed groove of the crosspiece, and use both ends of the fitting groove with the cross-sectional shape of the core material as "screw holes", and use screws to penetrate the recessed groove from above and below Since the fence panel can be assembled with a simple and strong framework by only screwing the both ends to fix the upper and lower ends of the core, workability is improved.

Moreover, since the side frame crosspiece is composed of the core material and the cover material, the depth (depth) of the concave groove portion of the side frame crosspiece can be changed by changing the cover material. By simply fitting the fitting ridges into the fitting grooves on both sides of the core material,
It is possible to easily assemble the side frame crosspieces having protruding portions serving as tenon at the upper and lower ends.

In particular, in the fence according to the second aspect, the fitting groove of the core member is formed inside the narrow slit-shaped incision portion with a round hole-shaped hollow portion having a diameter larger than the width of the slit-shaped incision portion. Since it has a cross-sectional shape that widens inward, screwing into the round hole-shaped hollow portion of the fitting groove becomes easy and reliable, and a large fixing force can be obtained.

In the side frame member 5 of this embodiment, when the cover pieces 52d and 52e are provided on one surface of each cover material 52 and the cover materials 52 and 52 are attached to the front and rear surfaces of the core material 51, The left and right side surfaces of the material 51 are covered with the covering pieces 52d and 52e to improve the aesthetic appearance.
d and 52e may be omitted. The number of fitting grooves 51a and fitting projections 52a formed is not particularly limited, and at least one fitting groove 51a is formed on each of the front and rear surfaces of the core member 51, and the fitting projections 52a are formed on one surface of the cover member 52. It suffices if at least one is formed. Further, the shapes of the fitting groove 51a and the fitting ridge 52a are not limited to the above shapes,
For example, the round hole-shaped hollow portion 51c of the fitting groove 51a is changed to a polygonal hole-shaped hollow portion, and correspondingly, the round rod-shaped tip portion 52c of the fitting protruding strip 52a is changed to a polygonal rod-shaped tip portion. Good.

As shown in FIG. 7, the upper end of the core member 51 of the side frame bar 5 is a "tenon", and the groove 42 of the bottom plate 42 of the headstock 4 is formed.
As shown in FIG. 8, the core member 5 of the side frame bar 5 is inserted into the b
Since it is fixed by the screw 8 that is screwed into the round hole-shaped hollow portion 51c of the fitting groove 51a formed in No. 1, the head tree 4 and the side frame bar 5 are firmly joined without rattling. Since the side frame rail 5 and the lower frame rail 6 have the same joining structure, the panel 3 has a frame with high strength, the frame frame 4 and the lower frame rail 6, and the fitting groove Round hole-shaped cavity 5 of 51a
Since 1c is used as a "screw hole", a troublesome drilling work for separately forming a screw hole in the core material 51 of the side frame bar 5 is unnecessary. Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, it is not necessary to fill anything in the concave groove portions 53 and 42b into which the end edges of the plate body 7 are inserted, but if a cushioning material (not shown) is packed, the rattle of the plate body 7 is rattled. And the like can be reliably prevented.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the intermediate rail 9 has a connecting portion 9 for connecting the front and rear strips 91, 91 at the center.
In FIG. 2, an open cavity portion 93 having a substantially hexagonal cross section is formed, and a groove portion 94 for inserting the end edge of the plate body 7 is provided between the strip plates 91 on both sides of the connection portion 92. , 94. Then, the upper end of the intermediate rail 9 is inserted into the recessed groove portion 42b formed in the bottom plate 42 of the headstock 4, and the screw 8 is screwed into the cavity 93 from above the screw insertion hole 42c to be fixed, and the lower end of the intermediate rail 9 is also fixed. Cover plate 6 of the lower frame bar 6
It is attached to the middle portion of the panel 3 by inserting it into the concave groove portion 62b formed in 2 and similarly fixing it with a screw.

As the intermediate crosspiece, other than the above, for example, FIG.
You may use the intermediate | middle crosspiece 90 of a structure as shown in FIG. The intermediate rail 90 has a core member 5 of the side frame rail 5 in which two fitting grooves 51a each having a cross-sectional shape that widens in the front and rear are formed.
1 and a fitting ridge 52 having a cross-sectional shape of which one side is expanded.
By using a pair of cover materials 520 that are wider than the cover material 52 in which two a are formed, each fitting groove 52a is fitted with each fitting ridge 52a to cover the front and rear surfaces of the core material 51. The material 520 is attached, and the recessed groove portion 5 for inserting the side edge portions of the plate bodies 7, 7 between the side edge portions of the cover materials 520, 520 protruding to both sides from the core material 51.

Similar to the side frame bars 5, the upper and lower end portions of the core material 51 protruding vertically from the cover members 520, 520 are inserted into the recessed groove portions 42b, 62b of the head frame 4 and the lower frame bars 6, respectively, and are inserted from the screw insertion holes. The screw is screwed into the fitting groove 51a of the core member 51 to be fixedly attached.

As is apparent from the above description, the fence of the present invention does not use a joining corner member or the like,
Since the panel can be assembled by simply and firmly forming a frame and a pair of left and right side frame bars and lower frame bars, the workability is excellent, and the panel strength is great, and the side frame bars are the core material. Since it is composed of the cover material and the cover material, the cover material can be changed into various shapes.
