には充分にきれいな印刷が施されており、そしてその製
品も多く提供されている。しかし乍ら、これ等塩化ビニ
ール・シート、フィルムにはその焼却等による廃棄の際
に塩素系ガス、ダイオキシン等有毒物質を発生して環境
を悪化するという致命的な欠陥があった。 【0003】そして、このような塩化ビニールシート
(フィルム)の殆どは、本体地シートの表面に印刷を施
したのちに、当該印刷面にインク剥離防止と艶出しのた
めに透明塩化ビニールシートを貼り合せる加工を施すこ
とによって得ていたものであった。 【0004】この種の塩化ビニールは、上記したように
塩化ビニールシートの二枚を貼り合せた構成であるので
コストが割高となって低コスト化が難しく、しかも外表
面には擦傷を受け易い弱点があるのみならず印刷および
張り合せ加工を施す作業の際には、塩化ビニールシート
が享有する軟化温度の低さが原因で、印刷に支障をきた
す曲がりや凹凸湾曲が生じてしまうので、これ等を回避
するために裏側(下面)に当て部材を副えて印刷および
張り合せ加工を行う必要があるという避け難い作業性の
悪さがある等の問題点があった。 【0005】本発明は、現状に鑑み、環境を悪化しな
く、低コスト化を可能とし、生産時の作業性がよ
く、外傷の受けにくい、シートおよびフィルムへの要
望に応えようとするものである。 【0006】そこで、本発明者は、先ず始めに、焼却し
ても有毒物質の発生がなく地球環境に優しいポリプロピ
レン(塩化ビニール・フィルムと同じ程度の柔さの)を
採用して要望に応えることを試みたが、塩化ビニールシ
ート・フィルムのように充分にきれいな印刷、艶および
深みをもつシート(フィルム)を容易には得ることがで
きなかった。 【0007】本発明者は更に研究を重ねた結果、充分に
きれいな印刷の施された、要望に応えることのできるポ
リプロピレン・シートおよびフィルムを得ることができ
たのである。 【0008】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、焼却しても
有毒ガスの発生がなく地球環境に優しい、上記欠陥や問
題点もない、充分にきれいな印刷の施されたシートおよ
びフィルムを得ることができる新規のポリプロピレン・
シートおよびポリプロピレン・フィルムの製法を提供す
ることを目的とするものである。 【0009】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に本発明に係るポリプロピレン・シートおよびポリプロ
ピレン・フィルムの製法は、ポリプロピレン・シートも
しくはポリプロピレン・フィルム本体の印刷面にオフセ
ット印刷を施す工程、オフセット印刷面に透明のニス引
きを施す工程、ニス引き面上にUV透明インクによる印
刷を施す工程を順になすことにより得るようにしたもの
である。 【0010】 【実施例】本発明を図面に依拠して説明する。先ず、図
は、本発明の実施例を示したものであって、塩化ビニ
ール・シートと同じ程度の柔さのポリプロピレン・シー
ト本体1の表面に多色カラー・オフセット印刷を施し、
然るのち当該印刷面2上に同印刷面のおさえ用として透
明のメジューム(商品名)を以てニス引きを施し、次い
でこのニス引き面3上に艶と深み出し用としてUV透明
インクによるシルク印刷4を施し、よって完成品5を得
るようにしたものである。 【0011】なお、図2は、本発明のニス引き工程を省
いて得られた完成品を示したものである。すなわち、
化ビニール・シートと同じ程度の柔さのポリプロピレン
・シート本体1の表面に多色カラー・オフセット印刷を
施し、然るのち当該印刷面2上に同印刷面のおさえ用お
よび艶と深み出し用としてUV透明インクによるシルク
印刷4を施し、よって完成品5を得るようにしたもので
ある。 【0012】本発明の実施により得られた完成品5は、
市場に多量に占有する塩化ビニールを素材とした全製品
に替えて利用できるものであって、たとえば、筆入れの
表装部材やファイル・アルバムの表装部材、ケースの外
装部材、印刷物の表紙、小物入れ、袋等の塩化ビニール

くする、外傷を受け難くする等への要望に応えるとい
