2. Description of the Related Art Generally, solid roux used for making curry, hayashi, stew, etc. is produced by heating and mixing wheat flour, edible oil and fat, seasoning, etc., and then putting this in a container to cool and solidify. . On the other hand, when producing a roux using a large plate-shaped solid roux, for example, a large tray-shaped container mold such as a commercial roux product, the molten roux is filled in the tray-shaped container mold and then cooled and solidified. After that, the method is taken out from the tray-shaped container type, housed in a packaging bag, and sealed. In particular, when the cooled and solidified roux is taken out from the tray-shaped container mold manually,
It was done by reversing the top and bottom of a tray-shaped container and giving it a shock. Therefore, there is a problem in that the work of taking out the roux requires labor and manpower, and the roux taken out is chipped or cracked to lower the commercial value.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION In the present invention, the term "molded solid material" refers to all molded solid materials that are formed by filling a molten material in a container and then solidifying the material. The present invention is particularly effective in the case of foods solidified by fats and oils such as solid roux and chocolate. Of course, it can be applied to other solid substances than foods. In the case of solid roux, for example, the raw material and manufacturing method are described in JP-A-7-2554.
The same one as described in No. 35 may be used.

The upper member a1 has a flat plate surface capable of contacting the entire upper surface (so-called flange) 20 of the peripheral wall 4 of the container mold 2, and is distorted and vertically moved by a power unit (not shown) at the operation station 100. The lower member b1 in FIG. 1 is a plunger that can be brought into contact with a central portion of the bottom wall 5 of the container mold 2, for example, the central portion, and the lower members b2-1 and b2-2 in FIG. Plungers that can come into contact with two places in the central portion of the bottom wall 5 of No. 2 are vertically moved by a power unit (not shown). These lower members preferably abut a relatively narrow portion of the bottom wall 5 of the container mold 2. The above-mentioned upper member and lower member are driven by a power unit so that they are brought into contact with the upper surface 20 or the bottom wall 5 of the peripheral wall 4 of the container mold 2 by applying appropriate pressure when they are moved to the lowermost part or the uppermost part, respectively. Moved. The lower member is provided in such a positional relationship that it does not hit the roll bars 3-1 and 3-2 when moving up and down. An air cylinder or the like may be appropriately used as each power unit.

In the straining operation by the above-mentioned device, the container type 2 is supported at the straining operation station 100, and the power unit is operated to lower the upper member a1 and the lower member b1 (b2-1). , B2-2) is lifted to sandwich the container mold 2 from the vertical direction. That is, the container mold 2 is distorted by the downward force applied to the flange 20 of the peripheral wall 4 by the upper member and the upward force applied to the central portion of the bottom wall 5 by the lower member, so that the molding solid 1 is deformed. It is peeled off from the inner wall of the container mold 2. If the above-described distortion operation is performed relatively, the degree of vertical movement / contact of the upper member and the lower member with respect to the container mold 2 may be appropriately adjusted. It is not necessary to add, and only one may be performed. In addition, in order to distort the container type 2 from the left side of the drawing and send it to the operation station 100 and then to the right side, for example, roll bars 3-1 and 3-2.
Can be appropriately achieved by rotationally driving, or by pushing the container mold 2 with an appropriate attachment not shown.

Next, another embodiment for performing a distortion operation will be described. The following are modifications and applications when the apparatus of FIG. 2 is used, and distortion operation can be suitably performed by these. It is desirable to configure the lower member (b) so that it abuts at the central portion of each of the evenly defined regions of the bottom wall of the container mold. For example, in the case of the container mold 2 of FIG. 2 having a rectangular shape, the lower members b2-1 and b2-2
However, the bottom wall 5 is configured to abut on the central portion of each area defined by a line connecting the middles of the two long sides.

Further, the lower member can be configured to contact a plurality of locations on the bottom wall of the container mold with a time lag. For example, in the case of the device of FIG. 2 or the above compartment, first, only the upper member a1 and the lower member b2-1 cooperate (the vertical movement of these members may be performed in the same manner as described above), Then, it is possible to achieve a mode in which only the upper member a1 and the lower member b2-2 cooperate with each other so that the lower member comes into contact with a plurality of locations on the bottom wall of the container with a time lag.

Next, based on FIG. 5, the container type transfer device (e) according to claim 9 is provided, and the upper member (a) and the lower side are provided during the transfer of the container type by the transfer device (e). Member (b)
A case will be described in which the manufacturing apparatus of a mode configured to bring the container into contact with a predetermined portion of the container is used. The transfer device is composed of an upper conveyor belt 6 and lower conveyor belts 7 and 8, and moves the transfer surface in the direction of the arrow in the drawing to transfer the container mold 2 from the left side to the right side in the drawing. Lower conveyor belt 7,
A cam member 10 provided with a protrusion 11 on the peripheral wall is provided between 8 and rotates about an axis provided so as to intersect with the traveling direction. The lower conveyor belts 7, 8 transfer the container mold 2 to the lower conveyor belts 7 to 8 via a cam member 10.
It is provided in such a positional relationship that it can be transferred and transferred. Then, the cam member 10 is controlled by an appropriate power unit and control system.
When the container mold 2 is fed into the operation station 100, it is rotationally driven in synchronization with each transfer device so that the protrusion 11 contacts the central portion of the bottom wall 5 of the container mold 2.

The upper conveyor belt 6 is provided so that the conveying surface is in contact with the upper surface of the peripheral wall of the container mold 2.
Is carried between the upper conveyor belt 6 and the lower conveyor belts 7 and 8. Inside the upper conveyor belt 6, a support plate 12 having a size capable of covering the entire upper surface of the peripheral wall of the container mold 2 is provided at a position facing the upper side of the cam member 10 in the straining operation station 100.

According to this apparatus, however, the container mold 2 is distorted during the movement carried by the transfer device, and in the operation station 100, with the upper conveyor belt 6 to the supporting plate 12 supporting the upper surface of the peripheral wall, the cam is performed. By pressing the central portion of the bottom wall 5 upward by the protrusion portion 11 of the member 10, the operation to distort can be performed. It is needless to say that the device of each aspect described above can be modified by utilizing the concept of the device of FIG. 5 so as to be a manufacturing device having a structure capable of being distorted during movement of the container type. Further, the upper member and / or the lower member in the above-described apparatus may be used to give vibration to the container mold, thereby enhancing the peeling effect.

According to the method of the present invention, after solidification by molding in the container mold, the container mold is mechanically supported and the container mold is distorted by pressing a predetermined portion of the container mold from the vertical direction. The object can be reliably peeled off from the inner wall of the container mold, and then the solid matter can be easily taken out from the container mold. Further, it is possible to avoid chipping or cracking of the solid matter at the time of mold release, and it is possible to manufacture a high-quality molded solid matter having high moldability. With the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to stably achieve the above-described mold releasing operation with a relatively simple structure and power mechanism. Therefore, the present invention, when industrially producing a molded solid such as a relatively large solid roux, it is possible to achieve a stable mold release operation with simple equipment without labor and labor. It is extremely advantageous in that respect.
