【産業上の利用の分野】本発明は、カウンタ式バッテリ
フォ−クリフトの転倒時、バッテリ液の流失から運転者
を保護するためのカウンタ式バッテリフォ−クリフトの
バッテリケ−スに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来のカウンタ式バッテリフォ−クリフ
トのバッテリケ−スは、周囲の全部の高さが等しく、ま
たカバ−も全面を覆う構成としていた。

【解決すべき課題】従来のカウンタ式バッテリフォ−ク
リフトのバッテリケ−スは、周囲の全部の高さが等し
く、またカバ−も全面を覆う構成としていたので、どの
方向からもバッテリ液が流出するという課題が生じてい
た。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、カウンタ式バ
ッテリフォークリフトの車体後部に搭載したバッテリケ
ースの前方前壁を円弧状に湾曲形成することにより該フ
ォークリフトの転倒時にバッテリ液が流れる溝部を形成
すると共に、該バッテリケースの前方両側側壁を切り欠
くことにより上記バッテリ液を流出させるようにしたこ
とを特徴とするものである。

【実施例】本発明の実施例を図面に基づき説明すると、
カウンタ式バッテリフォ−クリフト１の車体２後部に
は、多数のバッテリセル３を収納したバッテリケ−ス４
が搭載され、該バッテリケ−ス４は前後左右に垂直な壁
５からなり、該壁５の両側側壁５Ａの前方部分をＬ字状
６に切り欠き、前方前壁を円弧状７に湾曲形成し、他
方、バッテリケ−ス４を覆うバッテリケ−スカバ−８の
下面に上記円弧と類似の円弧を画いた湾曲板９を固定す
る構成としている。

【発明の効果】本発明は、カウンタ式バッテリフォ−ク
リフトの車体後部に搭載したバッテリケ−スの前方両側
側壁を切り欠き、前方前壁を円球状に湾曲形成すると共
にバッテリケ−スカバ−の下面に湾曲板を固定し、両側
壁にバッテリ液が流れる溝部を形成したことにより、カ
ウンタ式バッテリフォ−クリフトの転倒時、バッテリ液
が両側壁から流失し、バッテリ液の付着から運転者を保
