部材により形成された庫内棚本体で、プラスチック射出
成形法により形成されている。10はこの庫内棚本体1

に本発明の庫内棚は、合成樹脂製の庫内棚の前フランジ
部に溝部および補強リブを形成し、前記前フランジ部に
金属板を折り曲げてなる係止部および止め部を形成した
略コの字状の補強部材を、それぞれ、前記溝部および補
強リブに前面から挿入嵌着するものにおいて、前記補強
部材の材質をステンレスとしてバネ性を持たせるととも
に下辺側の止め部を上辺側の係止部より長くし、係止部
を溝部に挿入し、止め部が補強リブを乗り越えて固定
たことを特徴とする。 【0011】さらに、合成樹脂製の庫内棚の前フランジ
部に溝部および補強リブを形成し、前記前フランジ部に
金属板を折り曲げてなる係止部および止め部を形成した
略コの字状の補強部材を、それぞれ、前記溝部および補
強リブに前面から挿入嵌着するものにおいて、溝部およ
び補強リブに部分的に複数の圧接部を設けて、挿入前よ
り若干おし広げる状態で補強部材を嵌着することを特徴
とするものである。 【0012】 【作用】本発明は上記構成により、金属製補強部材を嵌
着することで、同等以上のたわみ強度を確保しつつ庫内
棚前面高さを従来より大幅(約1/2)に低く設定する
ことができ、食品の当接もなく出し入れできる。さらに
薄型化が図れ、庫内全体のスッキリ感が演出でき、意匠
性も向上できる。 【0013】さらに、組立作業性も従来の合成樹脂の補
強部材と同様に補強部材を庫内棚前面から簡単に挿入、
嵌着できるものである。 【0014】 【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例を図1〜5を参照し
ながら説明する。尚、従来と同一構成については、同一
符号を付し、その詳細な説明は省略する。 【0015】図1は本発明の一実施例を示す斜視図であ
り、1は庫内棚本体、7は庫内棚本体1の前部に取り付
けられた補強部材である。図2は、図1のA−A線断面
図であり、庫内棚本体1の前フランジ部2に補強部材7

り、庫内棚高さを従来の合成樹脂の約半分にすることが
出来、食品収納時の上段庫内棚とのすき間を大幅に減少
させることにより、庫内を有効に活用することができ

体を広々スッキリ感を演出することが出来、意匠性も大
幅に向上させることができる。 【0027】さらに、略コ字状の補強部材の下辺側を長
くし、バネ性をもたせたことと庫内棚本体と部分的に複
数の圧接部を設けたことにより、比較的楽な力で挿着す
ることができ、ビス止めも不要な作業性も非常に楽なも
のにできる。 【0028】また、庫内棚裏側の補強リブも覆うことが
でき、見た目に非常にスッキリした凹凸のない意匠性の
高いものにできる。
