ーなどの箱形商品4が横置姿勢で積み上げ収納されてい
る。また、上下段の各商品ラック1,2と個別に対応し
てその商品搬出端部の前方には、図示のように上半部が
後方に膨出し、かつその背面に商品投入口を開口した板
金製のホッパ形シュータ5,6が配備されており、さら
に上下段のシュータ5と6との間を連係して垂直方向の
筒形中継シュータ7を設け、これらの各シュータ5〜7
で商品取出口(図示せず)に通じる商品搬出シュータを
構成している。 【0003】かかる構成で、上段側の商品ラック1から
収納姿勢(横向き姿勢)のまま前方に搬出された商品4
は上段のホッパ形シュータ5に入り、その上部傾斜面を
滑動して縦向き姿勢に姿勢制御された後、中継シュータ
7,および下段のホッパ形シュータ6の中を自由落下し
て商品取出口に取り出される。また、下段側の商品ラッ
ク2から前方に搬出された商品4は下段のホッパ形シュ
ータ6に投入され、前記と同様にシュータの傾斜面を滑
動して縦向きに姿勢制御された上で商品取出口に送出さ
れる。つまり、下段側のホッパ形シュータ6は上段側の
商品ラック1と下段側の商品ラック2から搬出した商品
に対して共通シュータとして機能する。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、前記した商
品搬出シュータの従来構造では次記のような搬出トラブ
ルがしばしば発生する。すなわち、図3で表した下段側
のホッパ形シュータ6において、上段側の商品ラックか
ら中継シュータを経由して縦向き姿勢で自由落下して来
た商品4Aはそのままシュータ6の内部通路を通過する
が、下段側の商品ラックから横向き姿勢で搬出してシュ
ータ6に投入された商品4Bは、姿勢制御がうまく行わ
れない場合に図示の鎖線で示すように横向き姿勢を保っ
たままシュータ内の通路を落下し、その途中で通路断面
が縮小した喉部に引っ掛かって商品詰まりを発生するこ
とがある。しかも下段側のホッパ形シュータ6で前記の
ような商品詰りのトラブルが発生すると、上段側の商品
ラックからの商品通路も塞ぐことになり、下段側の商品
ラックのみならず上段側の商品ラックも同時に販売不能
となる。 【0005】かかる点、シュータ通路の奥行き寸法をあ
らかじめ商品4の長さサイズよりも大きめに設定してお
けばこのような商品詰まりの搬出トラブルを回避できる
が、シュータの奥行き寸法を大きくすると、それだけ自
動販売機のキャビネットの奥行き寸法が増加して道路は
み出しなどの問題(最近では店頭に据付けた自動販売機
の道路はみ出しが社会的問題となっている)が派生する

出シュータであり、各商品ラックに対応してその商品搬
出端部の前方にホッパ形シュータを配備し、かつ上段側
のホッパ形シュータと下段側のホッパ形シュータの間を
筒形中継シュータを介して連係したものにおいて、下段
側のホッパ形シュータに対し、その内部通路を前記中継
シュータに通じる前部通路と下段の商品ラックにおける
商品搬出端部に通じる後部通路とに二分するとともにそ
の上部を下段の商品ラックにおける商品搬出端部に向け
て傾斜させた中仕切板を設け、上段の商品ラックから搬
出された箱形商品は中継シュータからの搬出姿勢を保っ
て前記前部通路を落下し、下段の商品ラックから搬出さ
れた箱形商品は中仕切板の傾斜に沿って前記後部通路に
導かれることを特徴とする。 【0008】 【作用】上記の構成により、上段側の商品ラックから搬
出され、上段側のホッパ形シュータ,中継シュータを経
て縦向き姿勢に自由落下して来た商品は、そのままの姿
勢を保持しながら下段側のホッパ形シュータの中仕切板
で仕切られた前部通路を通過し、下段側の商品ラックか
ら横向き姿勢のまま搬出して下段側のホッパ形シュータ
に投入された商品は、その先端が中仕切板の上部の傾斜
ガイド面に当たって縦向き姿勢に姿勢制御されつつ、後
部通路の中を落下して商品取出口に送出される。したが
って、下段側のホッパ形シュータ内で商品詰まりの搬出
トラブルが発生するのを確実に防止できるとともに、仮
に下段側の商品ラックから搬出され た商品が下段側のホ
ッパ形シュートにおける後部通路で搬出トラブルを起こ
したとしても上段側の商品ラックから搬出される商品は
下段側のホッパ形シュートにおける前部通路を介して商

8を境にシュータ内部の通路を上位の筒形中継シュータ
7に通じる前部通路6aと、下段側の商品ラック2の商
品搬出端部に通じる後部通路6bとに二分している。ま
