【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、人力により移動
及び据付けが可能な小型の射出成形機に関するものであ
る。 【0002】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の小型射出成形機
は、射出装置及び型締装置が小型化されても油圧ポンプ
等の設置場所の確保から、機台は射出装置及び型締装置
に比べて大きく形成され、また機台も単に通常構造のも
のを小型化したに過ぎないことから、金型を含めて全て
が小型化により軽量化されても、これまでと同様にクレ
ーンにより吊り上げて移動を行っている。更にまた、金
型温度調節機は別途に据え設けており、金型も手で持て
る程度の重量となるので金型交換は手作業となるが、機
台上には金型の置き場所もないことから、機器を使用し
て金型交換を行う時よりも面倒なことがある。 【0003】この発明は、小型射出成形機における上記
課題を解決するために考えられたものであつて、その目
的は、機台を平面形状が長方形で背の高い函状体により
形成し、その機台内と機台上面とを利用することによ
り、射出成形機をコンパクトにまとめて機台上面を作業
テーブルとなし、またキャスターの採用により人力によ
る移動をも可能となした新たな構成の小型射出成形機を
提供することにある。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的によるこの発明
は、機台を平面形状が長方形で背の高い函状体により形
成し、その函状体の底面にキャスター及びスタンドを取
付けて機台を人力により移動及び据付け可能となし、そ
の機台の内部に射出及び型締に必要な各種装置及び機
器、金型温度調節機等を収納するとともに、機台上面の
反操作側に射出装置と型締装置とを片寄せて長手方向に
設置し、機台上面の操作側を作業テーブルに形成してな
る、というものである。 【0005】このような構成では、射出成形機としての
全ての装置及び機器等がキャスターにより移動可能な機
台にまとめて設けられているので、据付場所も機台の据
付スペースの確保のみで済み、これまでの小型射出成形
機のように金型温度調節機を別に据え置く必要もなく、
移動も簡単に行える簡易性を要する。また機台上面の操
作側に確保されたスペースにより、機台上面を金型交換
やメンテナンスなどの作業テーブルとして使用できる便
利さを有する。 【0006】 【発明の実施の形態】図は油圧式成形機を1例として示
すもので、1は機台、2は機台上面に設置された射出装
置、3は型締装置で、その両方はカバー4により被覆し
てある。上記射出装置2は、加熱筒内のスクリュ径14
mm、射出容量1ショットあたり6.2立方糎程のもので
ある。また型締装置3は型締ストロークと最小使用金型
厚さが共に110mm、タイバー間隔102mm程度の小型
のものからなる。 【0007】上記機台1は、長さ1425mm、高さ11
00mm、幅490mmほどの平面形状が長方形で背の高い
函状体からなり、その函状体の底面の四隅にはキャスタ
ー5がスタンド部材6と共に取付けてあって、機台1そ
のものが移送台を兼ねるようにしてある。 【0008】また機台1の内部は、図2に示すように、
仕切板7により上下に区画され、その仕切板7の下側の
床板8上にチラーユニットクーラー9、水タンク10及
び冷却水圧送ポンプ11等による金型冷却手段と、金型
温度調節機12、電源コードリール13などが収納して
ある。 【0009】上記仕切板7の上には、油圧ポンプ14及
びオイルタンク15と、それらを接続する油圧回路のバ
ルブ装置16等による油圧駆動手段が収納してあり、さ
らに隔壁板17により制御装置(図は省略)の収納室1
8が区画形成されている。 【0010】上記射出装置2と型締装置3は、機台上面
の反操作側に片寄せて長手方向に設置され、それにより
機台上面の操作側に確保したスペースにより、機台上面
が作業テーブル19を形成している。また型締装置3の
型閉位置下側の仕切板上には、機台1の前面板1aにて
開口した成形品のシューター20が設けてあり、機台1
の射出装置側の側面上部には押し手21が取り付けてあ

9の水量計の覗き窓、23はスイッチ設置部、24はホ
ッパー、25はコントローラのモニター装置である。 【0012】このような構成からなる小型射出成形機で
は、上記押し手21に手を掛けて押すことにより、男性
作業員に比べて非力の女性作業員でも容易に移送するこ
とができ、スタンド6を繰り出すことによって所定の場
所に簡単に据え付けることができる。また射出成形に必
要な全ての装置や機器を機台1にまとめて設たことから
据付場所も機台1の据付スペースで充分であり、成形機
の駆動は全て機台内で行われるので周辺の汚染は皆無に
等しく、さらにまた機台上面の操作側が作業テーブル1
9となるので、その作業テーブル19に治具や金型など
を置いて、メンテナンス或いは金型交換等の作業が容易
に行い得る。 【0013】なお、上記実施形態は油圧式射出成形機を
例とするものであるが、電気式射出成形機の場合でも、
射出装置や型締装置の駆動に必要な電動モータなどを油
圧ポンプ14及びオイルタンク15に換えて機台1の上
部内に収納できるので、この発明は図示のような油圧式
の小型射出成形機に限定されるものではない。
