【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は蒸気や温水等の高温
流体配管に取付けて、その温度の高低を表示するものに
関する。高温流体配管の温度が判ると、火傷予防に役立
つばかりでなく、配管に連結している機器の運転状態
や、弁の作動状態を知ることができる。 【0002】例えば、スチームトラップは、蒸気配管に
取付けて、そこに発生する復水を自動的に排出する弁で
あり、その前後配管の温度が低温であれば排水不能ある
いは排水不足の状態にあると判定できる。スチームトラ
ップが排水不能あるいは排水不足の状態に陥ると、一次
側に復水が滞留してウォータ・ハンマが生じたり、蒸気
使用機器の運転効率が低下したり機器が破壊されたりす
るので、これを検出することは極めて肝要なことであ
る。 【0003】 【従来の技術】高温流体配管の温度の高低を表示できる
ものとして、実公平3−7680号公報に示されたもの
がある。ここに示されたものは、高温流体配管の表面に
ビスで形状記憶合金を固定したものである。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来のもでは、ビ
スで固定するための穴を高温流体配管の表面に開けなけ
ればならず、危険であると共に形状記憶合金の取付けに
手間がかかると言う問題点があった。 【0005】また、形状記憶合金が裸で取付けられてい
るので、不用意に物が当たって変形し易く外れ易いと言
う問題点があった。 【0006】従って本発明の課題は、温度応動部材を高
温流体配管の表面に容易に迅速に取付けられるようにす
ると共に変形し難く外れ難くすることである。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記の課題を解決するた
めに講じた本発明の手段は、高温流体配管の表面に圧接
する3辺を有する板ばねクリップと、短冊形状で長手方
向の一端側が板ばねクリップの内面に固着され他端側が
高温流体配管に近づきあるいは高温流体配管から遠ざか
る自由端とされた温度応動部材と、温度応動部材の他端
側を覆うために板ばねクリップに一体に形成されたキャ
ップと、温度応動部材の他端側が高温流体配管から遠ざ
かったときに温度応動部材の他端側の先端が出入りする
ためにキャップに開けられた窓とを具備し、板ばねクリ
ップの対向する2辺を押し広げて高温流体配管の表面に
嵌め合せることによって温度応動部材の一端側を高温流
体配管の表面に圧接させて取付けることを特徴とする高
温流体配管の温度の高低表示器にある。 【0008】 【発明の実施の形態】本発明の高温流体配管の温度の高
低表示器は、高温流体配管の表面に圧接する3辺を有す
る板ばねクリップの内面に短冊形状の温度応動部材の
手方向の一端側が固着されており、この板ばねクリップ
の対向する2辺を押し広げて高温流体配管の表面に嵌め
合せることによって温度応動部材の一端側が高温流体配
管の表面に圧接して取付けられるものである。温度応動
部材にはバイメタルや形状記憶合金を用いることができ
る。板ばねクリップは、そのばね機能によって高温流体
配管の表面にワンタッチで取付けられるので、この板ば
ねクリップの内面に固着された温度応動部材が高温流体
配管の表面に容易に迅速に取付けられる。 【0009】また、温度応動部材の他端側はその先端を
除いて板ばねクリップに一体に形成されたキャップで覆
われているので、変形し難く外れ難い。 【0010】 【実施例】上記の技術的手段の具体例を示す実施例を図
1ないし図3を参照して説明する。図1は本発明による
温度の高低表示器を蒸気配管に取付けた状態を示す斜視
図であり、図2は本発明による温度の高低表示器を蒸気
配管に取付けた状態を示す断面図であり、図3は図2の
A−A断面図である。 【0011】参照番号1は蒸気配管で、その下流側であ
る紙面の右側にスチームトラップ(図示せず)が連結さ
れる。蒸気配管1の表面に板ばねクリップ2を嵌め合せ

由端側の先端がキャップ6内に位置し、低温では自由端
