Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a jetting failure of a cleaning liquid in a container by image processing. 2. Description of the Related Art Translucent containers such as plastic bottles are used for one.
There is a cleaning device that carries in a row, inverts it, guides it to the upper part of the nozzle, and ejects the cleaning liquid from the nozzle. The jetted washing liquid hits the bottom of the container and flows down the inner wall. At this time,
The interior of the container is filled with foam and the entire container looks white. If the ejection becomes defective due to clogging of the nozzle or the like, the cleaning liquid does not reach the bottom, so that the vicinity of the bottom is not filled with bubbles.
At present, the condition of the eruption is regularly checked visually. [0003] It has been desired to mechanize the aforementioned visual inspection. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object to provide a device for detecting a defective ejection of a cleaning liquid in a container. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is an apparatus for detecting a jetting failure when a cleaning liquid is jetted into an inverted container. It consists of provided lighting, a CCD camera provided on the side of the container, a blackboard provided on the side of the container opposite to the CCD camera, and an image processing unit for processing the obtained image. Also, when the number of dark pixels is larger than the set value, it is determined that the ejection is defective. According to the present invention, in the case where the cleaning liquid does not jet well, the vicinity of the bottom of the container is not filled with bubbles, and this portion appears darker than the portion filled with bubbles. The ejection failure can be detected by comparing the values. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. FIG. 1 is a front view showing the basic configuration of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, a cleaning liquid ejection failure detection device includes an illumination 2 provided above an inverted container 1, a CCD camera 3 provided on the side of the container 1, and a CCD camera provided on the side of the container 1. A blackboard 4 is provided on the opposite side of the apparatus 3 and an image processing unit 5 for processing an image captured by the CCD camera 3. The container 1 is made of a light-transmitting container such as a PET bottle. The containers 1 are carried in a line, are inverted, and are guided above the nozzle 6. The CCD camera 3
Is set to be horizontal or substantially horizontal. Blackboard 4
Has a width larger than that of the container 1 and is installed substantially vertically. In the above configuration, the cleaning liquid is jetted from the nozzle 6 into the inverted container 1. The jetted cleaning liquid hits the bottom 1a of the container 1 and flows down the inner wall. At this time, the vicinity of the bottom of the container 1 is photographed by the CCD camera 3.
In this case, when the bottom 2 a of the container 1 is illuminated by the illumination 2, a part of the illuminating light passes through the bottom 1 a and enters the cleaning liquid bubbles existing near the bottom 1 a of the container 1. Part of the light incident on the bubbles is reflected and incident on the CCD camera 3, forming a bright image. FIGS. 2A and 2B are schematic diagrams showing images obtained by the CCD camera 3. FIG. FIG. 2 (a)
2 shows the case where the ejection of the cleaning liquid is good, and FIG. 2B shows the case where the ejection of the cleaning liquid is defective. When the jetting of the cleaning liquid is good, the light from the illumination 2 is reflected by bubbles existing near the bottom of the container and is incident on the CCD camera 3.
As shown in (a), a portion corresponding to the bottom 1a of the container 1 and the vicinity thereof becomes a bright region 7. The outside of the container 1 is a dark area 8 corresponding to the blackboard 4. On the other hand, if the nozzle 6 is clogged, the cleaning liquid will not discharge well, and the cleaning liquid will not reach the bottom of the container, so that the vicinity of the bottom will not be filled with bubbles. Therefore, no light is reflected from near the bottom.
Therefore, the portion of the container having a poor cleaning is a dark region 9 as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the portion of the container where bubbles exist is a bright region 7 as in FIG.
The outside of the container 1 is a dark area 8 corresponding to the blackboard 4. Therefore, the window W is set at a position corresponding to the vicinity of the container bottom on the screen, and the number of pixels darker than the threshold value is counted in the window W. When the number of dark pixels is larger than the set value, the image processing unit No. 5 is determined to be ejection failure. As described above, according to the present invention,
In the case of an ejection failure, the vicinity of the bottom of the container appears dark, so that the ejection failure can be detected by comparing the brightness of the images.
