Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an acupuncture device for acupuncture and moxibustion, and more particularly to an acupuncture device for acupuncture and moxibustion suitable for applying thermal stimulation. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, as shown in FIG. 4, a calligraphy needle having a stainless steel needle body 2 having a diameter of about 0.2 mm and a length of several 10 mm is used. Various treatments were performed to insert a few mm to several tens of mm into acupoints (so-called "pots") of the human body, and to restore the normal state of the body including pain and stiffness by the needle stimulation at this time. . [0003] Further, depending on the symptom, there has been performed a warm needle that transmits heat to a writing needle inserted into the body to give a thermal stimulus to an affected part. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing an example of a calligraphy. Reference numeral 1 denotes a needle tip, and 2 denotes a needle body, both of which are inserted into acupoints. Reference numeral 3 denotes a needle root, 4 denotes a needle handle, and 5 denotes a needle tail. [0005] However, the above conventional example has the following problems. In other words, in the conventional hot-needle made of calligraphy, since heat was transmitted from the calligraphy to the affected area only by conduction, it was difficult to give an effective thermal stimulus. Also, in the conventional warm needle made of calligraphy, since the added heat is absorbed by the body while conducting through the needle body 2, a sufficient amount of heat does not reach the needle point 1 and the deep affected area is not affected. It was difficult to give an effective thermal stimulus. According to the present invention, an object of the present invention is to provide a needle treatment device for acupuncture and moxibustion, in which a metal needle portion having a predetermined diameter and a predetermined length is provided. An insulating layer including a silicone resin film applied so as to cover the surface from the root to the tip, a conductive layer applied so as to cover the insulating layer, and the conductive layer excluding portions near both ends of the needle. And a non-metallic layer including a ceramic film adhered so as to cover the acupuncture device. With the above arrangement, it becomes possible to apply a thermal stimulus to a deeply affected area locally and to apply a low-frequency current stimulus. An acupuncture device according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Parts corresponding to those of the conventional calligraphy shown in FIG. 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted. FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the structure of the needle body 2 according to the present invention in the vicinity of a needle tip 1, wherein FIG. 1 (a) is a vertical cross-sectional view as viewed from the side, and FIG. FIG. 4A is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV of FIG. In FIG. 1, for example, a needle body 2 made of stainless steel
A silicone resin film 10a is applied to substantially the entire surface from the needle root 3 to the needle tip 1, and a ceramic film 11a is formed on the silicone resin film 10a. The ceramic film 11a is made of, for example, a mixture of manganese oxide: iron oxide: cobalt oxide: nickel oxide: 40 parts: 30 parts: 15 parts: 15 parts, and firing at about 1,300 ° C. as a target. It is formed to a thickness of about 300 nm by sputtering. The silicone resin film 10a has a function of reducing stress applied to the ceramic film 11a and increasing its durability. A conductive layer 12 is formed on the surface of the needle body 2 on which the silicone resin film 10a and the ceramic film 11a are applied, by applying a metal such as gold, platinum or silver by sputtering or vacuum deposition. Have been. The surface of the conductive layer 12 adhered to the needle body 2 from the vicinity of the needle root 3 near the needle tip 1 to the vicinity of the needle tip 1 (to a range of about 3 mm from the tip) is formed of silicone. Similarly to the resin film 10a and the ceramic film 11a, the silicone resin film 10b and the ceramic film 11b are applied with a predetermined thickness by a known method. Here, a portion where the surface of the conductive layer 12 is exposed is provided in the vicinity of the needle root 3 in order to supply a current with a clip or the like. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the state of treatment of the acupuncture device 101 to which the needle body 2 according to the present invention is applied.
2 transmits an appropriate amount of heat to the acupuncture device 101, and heats the portion of the needle body 2 of the acupuncture device 101 to about 40 ° C. to perform a warm needle. Instead of using the thermal controller 102, the moxibustion may be placed on the needle tail 5 and heated as in the related art. According to this, since the entire needle body 2 is covered with the silicone resin film 10a and the ceramic film 11a, the heat applied to the needle tail 5 by the heat insulating effect of the insulating layer, particularly the silicone resin film 10a, is generated. The amount absorbed by the body during conduction of the needle body 2 is reduced, and a sufficient amount of heat reaches the needle tip 1 so that effective thermal stimulation can be concentrated and applied to a deep affected area. According to the acupuncture device 101 to which the present invention is applied, the needle body 2 inserted into the acupoint and heated by the patient's body temperature.
Since far infrared rays are emitted from the ceramic film 11b on the outer surface of the above, the effect is exhibited without heating. Further, the ceramic film 11b on the outer surface of the needle body 2 has an effect of eluting positive ions such as manganese by touching the body fluid of the patient, and returning the discomfort of the body to normal by the ions. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing another application example of the calligraphy according to the present invention, wherein reference numerals 201a and 201b denote a needle treatment device to which the present invention is applied, 202 denotes a current supply device, and 203a and 203.
b is a lead wire having a clip at its tip. After inserting the needle treatment devices 201a and 201b into the acupoints, respectively, the clips at the tips of the lead wires 203a and 203b are connected to the portions of the needle treatment devices 201a and 201b near the needle root 3 where the conductive layer 12 is exposed. . This allows
After inserting the needle treatment devices 201a and 201b into the acupoints, the current supply device 202 → the needle treatment device 201a → the body → the needle treatment device 201b
→ The current path of the current supply unit 202 is formed. After the circuit is formed, an appropriate low-frequency current is supplied from the current supply unit 202, and a well-known electric acupuncture is performed to restore the body to normality by the low-frequency current stimulation, but in this embodiment, When an external current is applied to the conductive layer 12, Joule heat is generated at the distal end of the needle body 2, and
Since it is heated to about ° C., it is possible to perform warm needle treatment in addition to electric needle treatment in which a low-frequency current flows through the conductive layer 12.
And if it does in this way, acupuncture device 201a, 201b
The surface of the ceramic film 11b emits far-infrared radiation. Therefore, the acupuncture device 201a, 2a according to the present invention
According to 01b, further effective electric acupuncture can be performed in combination with the synergistic effect of warm heating and far-infrared heating. As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the inner silicone resin film 10a functions as a heat insulating layer, and the amount of heat conducted to the needle tip becomes sufficient, so that it can be applied to deep affected areas. Not only gives you an effective thermal stimulus,
By providing the conductive layer 12 on the upper layer, a function as an electric needle can also be provided. At the time of electric needle treatment, the therapeutic effect of needle treatment can be further enhanced by the synergistic effect of thermal stimulation by far-infrared radiation from the outermost ceramic film 11b in addition to low-frequency current stimulation. That is, according to the present invention, not only can an acupuncture device provided with an effective thermal stimulus be provided,
A needle treatment device that can also be provided with a low-frequency current stimulation can be provided, so that a synergistic effect of thermal stimulation with far-infrared radiation and low-frequency current stimulation can provide a needle treatment device that can further enhance the treatment effect. Can be.
