Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for producing a decorative sheet for use on surfaces of furniture and articles, surfaces of interior materials of buildings, etc. The present invention relates to a decorative sheet having a three-dimensional effect synchronized with a picture using ink. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, decorative sheets used for the above-mentioned purposes are prepared by printing a solid ink layer, a pattern ink layer, and a liquid-repellent ink on a base material as necessary, and then curing with an electron beam. A mold resin was applied, and a portion of the liquid-repellent ink was repelled to obtain a three-dimensional effect synchronized with the pattern on the surface, and then cured by irradiating an electron beam. However, this method of printing a liquid-repellent ink on a decorative sheet substrate involves the liquid-repellent ink 5 repelling the electron beam-curable resin 4 as shown in FIG. The electron beam curable resin does not penetrate into the portions of the picture ink layer 3, the solid ink layer 2, and the substrate 1 directly under the non-conductive ink.
For this reason, the strength between the layers obtained by the curing of the electron beam-curable resin is biased, and particularly in the physical property tests such as solvent resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance, a solid ink layer or a pattern directly under the lyophobic ink is used. There is a problem that the solvent permeates into the ink layer and the base material, and the solid ink layer and the pattern ink layer that are weak to the solvent are attacked. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electron beam curing type using a lyophobic ink. Splash the resin and give a three-dimensional effect synchronized with the picture,
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a decorative sheet having excellent interlayer strength, solvent resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance. The present invention solves this problem by printing a liquid-repellent ink on a transfer sheet substrate,
Apply the electron beam-curable resin to the decorative sheet base material, press the both sides of the resin, and apply the electron beam-curable resin with a liquid-repellent ink.
It has a three-dimensional effect synchronized with the picture, characterized by curing the electron beam curable resin by irradiating it with an electron beam , peeling off the transfer sheet base material , and transferring the lyophobic ink. You
To provide a process for the preparation of that decorative sheet. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. Paper, various films, nonwoven fabrics, and the like can be used as the decorative sheet substrate according to the present invention. It is also preferable to provide a solid ink layer or a pattern ink layer on the decorative sheet substrate in the present invention. Methods for providing these layers include gravure and gravure offset. The electron beam-curable resin according to the present invention includes:
Urethane acrylate, polyester acrylate, epoxy acrylate and the like can be used. Examples of the coating method include a roll coater, a gravure coater, a reverse coater, and a knife coater. The coating amount is 7 to 20 g /
m 2 is preferred. As a method for printing a liquid-repellent ink on a transfer sheet substrate in the present invention, there are gravure, gravure offset and the like. In the process of the present invention, wet lamination can be used as a method for pressing the coated surfaces of both sheets at a speed of 30 to 100 m / sec.
The pressure is preferably 1.0 to 6.0 kgf / cm 2 . In the production method of the present invention, the irradiation of the electron beam and the curing of the electron beam-curable resin are performed in the range of 150 to 25.
Electron beam irradiation of 0 Kv and 2 to 5 Mrad is suitable. As described above, by the method for producing a decorative sheet of the present invention, the lyophobic ink is transferred from a sheet different from the decorative sheet base material, as shown in FIG. ,
The entire area of the decorative sheet substrate 1, the solid ink layer 2, and the picture ink layer 3 is soaked with the electron beam-curable resin 4. Since the lyophobic ink 5 is transferred there, it is possible to obtain a decorative sheet excellent in interlayer strength, solvent resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance while having a three-dimensional effect synchronized with the pattern on the surface. EXAMPLE A thin sheet of paper having a basis weight of 30 g / m 2 was used as a base material for a decorative sheet, and a solid ink and a wood pattern ink were printed on the thin sheet. An electron beam-curable resin (polyester acrylate) was rolled on the surface. 7 g / m 2 was applied by a coater.
A 12 μm-thick PET film was used as a transfer sheet base material, and a lyophobic ink was printed on the PET film by gravure so as to synchronize with the conduit portion of the wood pattern. Immediately, these are pressure-bonded by wet lamination, and 200 KeV, 3
It was cured by irradiation with an electron beam of Mrad. By peeling off the PET film of the decorative sheet thus obtained,
The pipe portion of the wood pattern was transferred to the surface of the polyester acrylate on the thin paper side by using a liquid-repellent ink, and the electron beam-curable resin in the pipe portion was repelled, so that a three-dimensional effect synchronized with the pattern was obtained. This decorative sheet also had excellent interlayer strength, solvent resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and the like. According to the method for producing a decorative sheet of the present invention,
An electron beam curable resin is repelled by the lyophobic ink to obtain a decorative sheet with a three-dimensional effect synchronized with the pattern on the surface, and the entire area of the decorative sheet base is provided by providing the lyophobic ink by transfer. The electron beam-curable resin penetrates and cures. For this reason, the strength between the layers is increased, and even in a place where the electron beam-curable resin is repelled with a lyophobic ink, it is possible to prevent the entry of a solvent or the like, and the solvent resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, etc. It has become possible to obtain a decorative sheet having excellent physical properties.
