【産業上の利用分野】本発明は測量機の着脱基盤に関
し、特に測量機を三脚等の支持具に着脱可能とすると共
に測量機の整準を行う機能を有する測量機の着脱基盤に
関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】測量機の着脱基盤は、主に中央部に嵌合
部を有する着脱台と該着脱台に整準螺子を介して接続さ
れた基台から構成される。
【0003】着脱台の嵌合部には、測量機の短円筒状の
係合部が嵌入する嵌合凹部を有し、該嵌合凹部の底面に
は着脱台の中心の回りを回転可能に楔片が設けられ、該
楔片は着脱台の側面に設けられた着脱レバーによって回
転される様になっている。
【0004】前記測量機の係合部の底面には係止突起が
突設され、該係止突起には係合溝が刻設され、該係合溝
に前記楔片が係合することで着脱台と測量機の固定がな
される様になっている。又、前記着脱レバーの回転力は
バネを介して前記楔片に伝達され、係合溝と前記楔片と
の係合力はこのバネによって与えられる様になってい
る。
【0005】基台は三脚等の支持具に固定可能であり、
該基台と前記着脱台とは3本の整準螺子によって連結さ
れ、前記測量機を着脱台に固定した状態で3本の螺子を
調整することで測量機の整準を行う様になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記した様に、測量機
と着脱台との固定は測量機の係止突片に着脱台の楔片を
係合させて行っている。又、係止突片と楔片との係合力
はバネにより与えているので、このバネにより与えられ
る係合力より大きな外力が測量機に作用すると、測量機
が着脱台に対してズレを起こしてしまう。
【0007】ところで、近年の測量機は自動化が進み、
電動機を内蔵し、内部可動部の水平回転、垂直回転を電
動駆動で行うものが普及している。斯かる測量機にあっ
ては内蔵する電動機の駆動時の初期トルクが大きく、駆
動時の反作用でバネ力に抗して測量機が回転し、上記し
た様なズレを生ずるという問題があった。
【0008】本発明は斯かる実情に鑑み、測量機と着脱
台との固定を確実にし、電動機の駆動時の初期トルク等
による測量機のズレを防止しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、測量機の係合
部が嵌合可能な嵌合部を有する着脱台と、該着脱台に整
準螺子を介して接続された基台とを具備し、前記着脱台
が回転可能な楔片を有すると共に前記嵌合部の中心部か
らオフセットした位置に進退可能なロック部材を有し、
前記楔片が測量機側に設けた係合溝に係合離脱可能で、
前記ロック部材が前記測量機の係合部にオフセットした
位置で当接可能とした測量機の着脱基盤に係るものであ
る。

【作用】測量機の着脱基盤への取付けは、測量機の係合
部を嵌合部に嵌合させ、楔片を回転させて係合溝に係合
させ、更にロック部材を操作して該ロック部材を係合部
に押圧させてロックする。

【実施例】以下、図面を参照しつつ本発明の一実施例を
説明する。
【0012】図1中、1は測量機、2は着脱台、3は基
台、4は整準螺子を示す。
【0013】着脱台2の中央部には嵌合凹部5が設けら
れ、該嵌合凹部5の底部には円周方向に3等分した位置
に係着孔21が穿設されている。又前記嵌合凹部5の底
面には回転板6が回転可能に設けられ、該回転板6には
円周方向3等分した位置に楔片7が突設されている。該
楔片7は半径方向、円周方向の2方向にテーパ形状とな
っている。
【0014】前記回転板6には該回転板6の回転軸心を
中心とする円の接線方向に摺動可能なスライドピン8が
設けられ、該スライドピン8はスプリング9により引込
み方向(図2中右上方)に付勢されている。前記スライ
ドピン8の突出端には駒受け片10が固着されている。
【0015】前記着脱台2の側面には着脱摘み11が回
転自在に設けられ、該着脱摘み11の回転軸の内側突出
端には着脱レバー12が嵌着され、該着脱レバー12の
先端には前記駒受け片10に当接可能な駒13が回転自
在に設けられている。
【0016】又、前記着脱台2の側面にボルトホルダ1
4が嵌着され、該ボルトホルダ14にはロックボルト1
5が螺合され、該ロックボルト15の内側端は前記嵌合
凹部5の内壁よりも突出可能であり、外側端にはロック
摘み16が固着されている。前記ロックボルト15の軸
心は前記回転板6の回転中心から所要距離外れる様オフ
セットされている。
【0017】前記測量機1の下面には短円筒状の係合部
17が設けられ。該係合部17の下面には前記係着孔2
1に嵌入する3本の突片18が突設されている。該突片
18の内側には前記楔片7に係合可能な係合溝19が刻
設されている。又、前記係合部17の円筒面のオフセッ
トした位置に平坦面20を形成する。該平坦面20の位
置は前記ロック摘み16に対応している。
【0018】以下、測量機1の着脱台2に対する着脱に
ついて説明する。
【0019】前記ロックボルト15はその内端を嵌合凹
部5内壁よりも後退させておく。前記駒受け片10を前
記駒13に、又前記平坦面20を前記ロックボルト15
に位置合わせし、前記突片18を前記回転板6に嵌入し
つつ、前記係合部17を前記嵌合凹部5に嵌合させる。
【0020】次に、前記着脱摘み11を回転させ、前記
駒受け片10、回転板6を介して前記楔片7を図2中反
時計方向に回転させ、楔片7を前記係合溝19に係合さ
せる。該係合部17は前記した様に半径方向、円周方向
の2方向にテーパ形状となっているので、楔効果により
楔片7と突片18とはガタツキなく係合する。尚、着脱
摘み11の回転力は駒受け片10、スライドピン8、ス
プリング9を介して回転板6に伝達されるので、当初の
状態では該スプリング9の反発力で前記楔片7と突片1
8は係合する。
【0021】更に、前記ロック摘み16を回転し、ロッ
クボルト15を押込み、ロックボルト15の先端を前記
平坦面20に押圧する。このロックボルト15を締込む
ことで、測量機1は着脱台2に確実に固定される。又、
前記した様にロックボルト15はオフセットしてあるの
で、ロックボルトの締込みで測量機1は回転板6によっ
て与えられる回転方向と同方向の回転力により固定さ
れ、ガタツキは完全に抑制される。
【0022】而して、測量機1は着脱台2に弾性体を介
在させることなく、機械的に固定するので、電動機駆動
時の反力でも測量機1が着脱台2との間でズレを起こす
ことはない。
【0023】尚、平坦面20に代え、V溝とし、或はロ
ックボルト15をオフセットしない等、又、ロックボル
トに代えプッシュロッド等を用いる等、本発明の要旨を
逸脱しない範囲で種々変更を加え得ることは言う迄もな
い。

【発明の効果】以上述べた如く本発明によれば、簡単な
機構で測量機と着脱台とを確実に固定し、ガタツキに起
因する水平回転を抑止し得、測定時の水平角誤差の発生
を防止し、又測定精度の向上を図れると共に着脱時の再
現精度を高精度に維持することができる等の種々優れた
