【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、一対の摺動接触す
る接点を有しコードを巻き取り収納するドラム体を備え
たコード巻取装置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、この種のコード巻取装置として
は、例えば特開平2−177923号公報に記載の構成
が知られている。 【0003】この特開平2−177923号公報に記載
のコード巻取装置は、略円筒状の巻回胴部の両端部に外
周方向に巻回部を介して突出するフランジ部を設けたド
ラム体の巻回胴部の端部に、巻回するコードに電気的に
接続され弾性を有する舌片状の接点を一対配設し巻回胴
部の中心軸に位置してシャフトを取り付ける取付台を設
けるとともに、接点に摺動自在に接続するリング接点を
一対配設した板状の取付部をシャフトに回転自在に取付
台に対向させて取り付け、この取付部を例えば電気掃除
機本体のケース内に取り付けてドラム体を回転自在に配
設している。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、上記特

装置において、ドラム体に取付部を取り付ける際、取付
台と取付部とが対向せずに傾いた状態で取り付けられる

略垂直に設けられ前記コードに電気的に接続される接点
を有した取付台と、前記接点に摺動自在に接触する接点
を有し前記取付台に略平行に対向する取付板を有し前記
軸部材に回転自在に取り付けられる取付部と、前記取付
板に設けられ前記取付台に向けて突出し、前記巻回胴部
の内側に嵌挿され前記巻回胴部の内周面に対向して前記
接点の接触部分を覆うフランジ部とを具備したもので、
巻回されるコードに電気的に接続される接点を有しドラ
ム体の中心軸に略垂直な取付台の接点に摺動自在に接触
する接点を有し取付台に略平行な取付板に、取付台に向
けて突出し、巻回胴部の内側に嵌挿され巻回胴部の内周
面に対向して接点の接触部分を覆うフランジ部を設けた
ため、塵埃などの侵入による接点の接触不良が防止され
るとともに、取付部を軸部材に取り付ける際にドラム体
に対して傾斜する場合にはフランジ部により、簡単な構
成で容易に取付部の取付板とドラム体の取付台とが傾い
た状態で取り付けられることが防止され、確実にドラム

座部55とこの台座部55から略V字状に突出する弾性を有
した一対の舌片部56,56とが設けられている。そして、
ねじ49,49にて取付台48がホイール部42に取り付けられ
るとともに、端子台部52,52に接点金具51,51が固定され
