説明すると、製造された紙を巻き上げる巻取1、該巻取
を面加圧により回転させるリールドラム2、その上方に
次の巻取の芯となるべく待機するスプール4、リールド
ラム2の直前に枠替信号にて作動するカットナイフ3
(1ケまたは数ケ設けられている。)、同時にリールド
ラム2から紙を剥がすためにエアー噴出装置5からワイ
ンダー装置は構成されているのが一般的である。
【0003】従来、枠替時には巻取1はリールドラム2
と面で接触して回転し紙を巻き取っている、枠替が近づ
くとリールドラム2上に待機している次の巻取の芯とな
るスプール4を回転させ、リールドラム2とその手前の
ペーパーロール7との途中で、紙の流れに対し直角に紙
面に傷を入れるカットナイフ3を、枠替信号と同時に作
動させて、紙に傷をいれる。それと同時にエアー噴出装
置5より、スプール4の後方よりスプール4の方向にむ
かって、リールドラム2面にエアーを噴出し、リールド
ラム2より紙を剥がし、スプール4に紙を巻付かせて枠
替を実施している。

付ける際にエアー噴出装置5及びスプール4の回転によ
るエアーの巻き込みで巻取の紙中にエアーが溜り、それ
がもとでシワが入り、そのまま紙が巻き足されて行くた
め、シワによる影響で下巻きの不良品が多く製造されて
しまう。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、上記問題の
解決を課題とし、枠替直後の下巻きへのエアーの巻込み
をなくして、下巻きシワ、下巻きブロークの発生を防止
し、製品の歩留まりを向上させることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、巻取1に面圧
によって加圧し回転を伝達するリールドラム2、枠替時
に枠替信号により作動し紙の流れ方向に対して直角に紙
に切り傷を入れるカットナイフ3、カットナイフ3作動
後リールドラム2の上方に待機して次のスプール4に紙
を巻き付けるためのエアー噴射装置5を備えたワインダ
ー装置において、該カットナイフ3を枠替信号と同時に
作動させて紙に傷を入れ、同時に該エアー噴射装置5に
より次の該スプール4に紙を巻き付かせ、その直後に、
カットナイフ3の前方に紙の流れ方向に平行に切り込み
を入れる昇降可能な切り込みナイフ6を備えたことを特
徴とするワインダー装置である。

【実施例】以下、本発明を図面に基づき詳細に説明する
が、勿論これらに限定されるものではない。
【0009】実施例1、本発明のワインダー装置は、製
造された紙を巻き上げる巻取1、該巻取を面加圧により
回転させるリールドラム2、その上方に次の巻取の芯と
なるべく待機するスプール4、リールドラム2の直前に
枠替信号にて作動するカットナイフ3〓(1ケまたは数
ケ設けられている。)、同時にリールドラム2から紙を
剥がすためにエアー噴出装置5、カットナイフ3の前方
に紙の流れ方向に平行に切り込みを入れる昇降可能な切
り込みナイフ6を備えたものである。
【0010】次に、本発明のワインダー装置の操作方法
を説明する。通常、紙はリールドラム2を経て、リール
ドラム2と面接触し加圧により巻取1に巻き上げられて
いる。巻取1の巻き径が所定の大きさになると、リール
ドラム2の上に待機している新しいスプール4が回転し
ながら下降してリールドラムに接触する。リールドラム

けた昇降可能な切り込みナイフ6を上昇させて、紙面の
流れ方向に切り込みを入れる。切り込みの長さは切り込
みによるブローク増、紙切れの危険性から1m以内が好
ましいが、機械のスピード等を考慮して、刃先の上昇を
1〜3秒ぐらいに調節できるようにすればよい。この切
り込み部より、下巻に巻き込んだエアーを逃がすことが
でき、エアーの巻き込みによる下巻シワ、それに起因す
る下巻ブロークの発生を防止することが可能となる。
【0012】紙に対する切り込みナイフ6の進入方向
は、上下斜めを問わないが、メンテナンスの都合上、下
方より上方へ突き出すのが好ましい。ただし、切り込み
ナイフ6の刃は必ず紙の流れと平行に出すものとする。
紙の流れ方向に直角にナイフの刃を出すと断紙の原因と
なり好ましくない。
【0013】切り込みナイフ6の紙幅方向の設置場所は
中央が好ましいが、ただし、エアーの巻き込みによる下
巻シワが必ず中央に発生するとは限らないので、手動も
しくは自動にて切り込みナイフの移動装置を設けるか、
幅方向に複数個切り込みナイフを設けて、エアーの巻き
込み箇所だけに切り込みを入れることも可能である。

動させるため、カム方式が好ましいが、エアーシリンダ
ーを直接連結させる等、装置の構造は問わない。

なるため好ましいが、両刃のナイフ、円盤状の回転ナイ
