用いて解錠できる錠装置を備えている防火水槽鉄蓋にお
いて、前記錠装置が、鉄蓋の縁部近くに上下に貫通して
穿設され消火栓キーを挿入して回転可能な大きさの孔
と、前記孔と中心が一致し定位置で回転可能に設けられ
上端部に前記消火栓キーの角孔に嵌入可能な頭部を有し
その頭部から下方に伸延した軸部を有し下端部を鉄蓋に
形成された支持部に回転可能に支持された錠軸と、その
錠軸の軸部に共に回転可能に且つ軸方向に摺動可能に設
けられ外方に突出した突起を有する施錠フックと、前記
支持部と施錠フックの間に設けられ施錠フックを押し上
げて所定上昇位置に保持しているばねと、前記施錠フッ
クの突起が係合して施錠状態となる受枠に設けた被係合
