That is, in the method of applying the adhesive to the adhesive rib 1a of the upper cabinet 1, the adhesive rib 1a of the upper cabinet 1 is used.
The liquid surface of the adhesive fluctuates when it is put in the adhesive in the container and when it is pulled up from the adhesive, and as a result, the adhesive adhered to the adhesive rib 1a becomes wavy and has a constant coating thickness. It does not become. For this reason, when the upper cabinet 1 and the lower cabinet 2 are fitted and bonded to each other, the adhesive is squeezed out. To prevent the adhesive from squeezing out, the depth of the adhesive in the solution is regulated to be shallow or the adhesive rib 1a is formed.
It is conceivable to control the descending amount when putting the adhesive into the container to reduce the amount of adhesive adhered to the adhesive rib 1a to the extent that the adhesive does not overflow. Is not easy. Therefore, when it is possible to eliminate the protrusion of the adhesive, the amount of the adhesive adhered becomes insufficient and the decrease in the adhesive strength becomes a problem.

On the other hand, in the method of dropping the adhesive into the groove portion 2a of the lower cabinet 2, it is easy to control the supply amount of the adhesive as a whole, but the adhesive cannot be uniformly distributed. Therefore, even with this method, there is a problem that the adhesive is squeezed out or the adhesive strength is lowered.
