配されて、該立体ガード形成用シートが上記サイドフラ
ップ部の側縁まで延在しており、 上記立体ガード形成用シートは、その側方基端及び側方
先端が、それぞれ上記サイドフラップ部側に位置するよ
うに折り返されていると共に、折り返された状態で長手
方向両端部をそれぞれおむつの腹側部及び背側部に接着
させて配されており、 上記立体ガードは、使い捨ておむつの内方側で上記立体
ガード形成用シートを上記サイドフラップ部又は上記お
むつ本体に固着して形成された基端部と、上記立体ガー
ド形成用シートを折り返して形成された、おむつ本体の
内方側に位置する折曲部と、該折曲部よりも使い捨てお
むつの幅方向外方に位置する自由端部とを具備して、上
