【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、極めて施工性に秀
れたドレンに関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】従来か
ら、屋上や駐車場などの建築物の排水孔に設けられるド
レンとして、実用新案登録第3038868号に開示さ
れるドレン(以下、従来例という。)が提案されてい
る。
【0003】この従来例は、排水孔に設けられる管状の
本体と、この本体の上部開口部に嵌設される通水構造を
備えた蓋体とで構成されており、それ以前から提案され
るドレンに比してその施工能率が良好とされる。
【0004】ところで、従来例は、本体に対する蓋体の
接合は合成樹脂を含浸させた防水シート(FRP)を接
着媒体として行われているが、本体の上部開口部の内面
が傾斜面に設定されているのに対し、蓋体の嵌合部の外
面が垂直面に設定されている。
【0005】従って、本体に対する蓋体の当接面積が少
なく、よって、防水シートによる本体と蓋体との固着が
不十分で蓋体が外れ易いという問題点があり、しかも、
蓋体を迅速且つ体裁良く(水平状態となるように)配設
するのが困難であり、よって、施工能率の面においても
未だ不十分である。
【0006】本発明は、上述の問題点を解決するドレン
を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】添付図面を参照して本発
明の要旨を説明する。
【0008】排水孔1に設けられるドレンであって、管
状の本体2を設け、この本体2は上部が開口され、この
上部開口部3の内面には上方程径大となる傾斜面4が設
けられ、この上部開口部3には合成樹脂を含浸させた防
水シート12を介在して通水構造を備えた平面視円形状の
通水部材7と、この通水部材7に連結され、本体2の上
部開口部3に嵌合し得る平面視円形状の嵌合部材8とか
ら成る蓋体5が嵌合状態で設けられ、この蓋体5の外面
には前記本体2の上部開口部3と合致する下方程径小と
なる傾斜面6が設けられており、また、嵌合部材8の外
面には、防水シート12の逃げ凹部13が設けられ、また、
前記傾斜面6の上部三箇所には延長傾斜面6aが設けら
れ、また、この延長傾斜面6aの上方には防水シート12
に含浸させた合成樹脂が溜まる凹溝8cが設けられてい
ることを特徴とするドレンに係るものである。

【発明の作用及び効果】本発明は、従来と同様に、例え
ば排水孔1に設けられる本体2に対して蓋体5を適宜な
接着媒体を介して嵌合状態にすると、本体2に係る上部
開口部3の傾斜面4と、蓋体5の傾斜面6とが合致する
ように形成されている為、本体2に対する蓋体5の当接
面積は広く、よって、蓋体5は本体2に対して堅固に固
着されることになる。
【0010】従って、従来例であれば本体と蓋体との固
着が不十分で本体から蓋体が外れ易いという問題点があ
ったが、本発明によれば本体2に対して蓋体5が堅固に
固着されることになり、しかも、本体2と蓋体5とに互
いに合致する傾斜面4と傾斜面6とを設けた為、本体2
の傾斜面4に蓋体5の傾斜面6を添わせて嵌合させるだ
けで蓋体5は簡易に位置決めされることになり、よっ
て、従来例に比し迅速且つ体裁良く施工し得ることにな
るなど極めて商品価値の高いドレンとなる。
【0011】また、本発明は、蓋体5は防水シート12を
介在して本体2に嵌合され、この蓋体5の外面に防水シ
ート12の逃げ凹部13が設けられているから、蓋体5の嵌
合の際、例えば防水シート12にシワが寄ったりしても、
該シワが逃げ凹部13に入り込み、よって、該蓋体5は良
好に本体2に嵌合し、しかも、堅固に且つ体裁良く本体
2に固着され、ひいては良好な防水効果が得られること
になる極めて商品価値の高いドレンとなる。

【発明の実施の態様】図面は本発明の一実施例を図示し
たものであり、以下に説明する。
【0013】符号1は建築物に設けられる排水孔、1a
はドレン設置段部、10は排水管、14a,14bは合板の床
材(通常2枚張り)である。
【0014】本体2は、図1に図示したように適宜な合
成樹脂製の部材を一体成形して成る管状体であり、その
胴部2aには段部2a’が設けられ、排水孔1に嵌設し
得る形状に設けられている。
【0015】また、本体2の上部開口部3は皿状に形成
され、この上部開口部3の内面には上側程径大となる傾
斜面4が設けられている。
【0016】また、本体2の上部開口部3には、排水孔
1のドレン設置段部1aに載置係止させる上端鍔片3a
が突出形成されている。
【0017】蓋体5は、平面視円形状の通水部材7と、
この通水部材7に連設され、本体2の上部開口部3に嵌
合し得る平面視円形状の嵌合部材8(インナー)とで構
成されている。
【0018】通水部材7は、図1,3に図示したように
適宜な金属製の部材を成形して成るもので、その周面に
は適宜な形状の通水孔7aが設けられている。
【0019】また、通水部材7は、下部に周鍔7bが形
成されており、この周鍔7bには合成樹脂製の環状部材
9が被嵌され、この環状部材9には、下面対向位置に一
対の鉤状片9aが垂設されている。
【0020】嵌設部材8は、図1,2に図示したように
適宜な合成樹脂製の部材を一体成形して成る環状体であ
る。
【0021】この嵌設部材8は、その上方内面部に前記
通水部材7に係る環状部材9を載置し得る係止鍔片8a
が繞設され、この係止鍔片8aの対向する二箇所には前
記環状部材9に係る鉤状片9aを挿通し得る切り溝8b
が設けられている。従って、この係止鍔片8aの切り溝
8bに鉤状片9aを挿通させて通水部材7を回動させる
と、該通水部材7は嵌設部材8に対して抜け止め状態と
なる。
【0022】また、嵌設部材8は、その外面に下方程径
小となる傾斜面6が設けられるとともに、この傾斜面6
の上部三箇所には延長傾斜面6aが設けられ、蓋体5を
本体2に嵌合状態とした際、本体2の上部開口部3の傾
斜面4に合致するように構成されている。
【0023】この延長傾斜面6aの上方には凹溝8cが
形成されており、この凹溝8cは後述する防水シート12
を構成する合成樹脂の液溜め部である。
【0024】また、嵌設部材8は、その外面に逃げ凹部
13が設けられている(図3参照)。この逃げ凹部13は、
本体2に蓋体5を防水シート12を介在して嵌合配設した
際、防水シート12に生じるシワや弛みを逃がして蓋体5
を堅固に且つ体裁良く本体2に固着するためのものであ
る。
【0025】尚、本実施例では、逃げ凹部13を傾斜面6
及び延長傾斜面6a以外の三箇所に設けているが、延長
傾斜面6aを設けず、この傾斜面6の上部の全周に逃げ
凹部13を設ける構成にしても良い。
【0026】また、本実施例で使用される防水シート12
は、ガラス繊維に合成樹脂を含浸して成るFRPが採用
されている。
【0027】以下、本実施例に係るドレンの施工方法に
ついて説明する。
【0028】まず、本体2を該本体2に係る上端鍔片3
aをドレン設置段部1aに引っ掛けるようにして挿通配
設し、その上端鍔片3aの所定箇所に止着ネジ11を打ち
込んで固定する。
【0029】続いて、本体2の上部開口部3及びその上
端鍔片3aに合成樹脂を含浸させた防水シート12を配
し、この防水シート12の上部に蓋体5に係る嵌設部材8
を嵌合状態に固着配設する。
【0030】続いて、この嵌設部材8に通水部材7を装
着してドレンの施工は完了する。
【0031】本実施例は上述のように構成したから、本
体2に対して蓋体5が堅固に固着されることになり、し
かも、本体2と蓋体5とに互いに合致する傾斜面4と傾
斜面6とを設けた為、本体2の傾斜面4に蓋体5の傾斜
面6を添わせて嵌合させるだけで蓋体5は簡易に位置決
めされることになり、よって、従来例に比し迅速且つ体
裁良く施工し得ることになる。
【0032】また、本実施例は、蓋体5は防水シート12
を介在して本体2に嵌合され、この蓋体5(嵌設部材
8)の外面に防水シート12の逃げ凹部13が設けられてい
るから、蓋体5の嵌合の際、例えば防水シート12にシワ
が寄ったりしても、該シワが逃げ凹部13に入り込み、よ
って、該蓋体5は良好に本体2に嵌合し、しかも、堅固
に且つ体裁良く本体2に固着され、ひいては良好な防水
