【産業上の利用分野】本発明は浴槽装置に係り、特に浴
槽内の湯を濾過等の清浄化処理を行い絶えず清浄に保つ
ようにする浴槽湯清浄化装置において、清浄化処理のた
めに浴槽内から湯を吸い上げる吸湯管の先端に取り付け
られる吸湯装置に関するものである。

【従来技術】最近、浴槽内の湯を循環ポンプで吸い上げ
濾過装置で汚れを濾過し、ヒータで加熱し、さらにはオ
ゾンで殺菌し、湯を絶えず清浄に保ち24時間いつでも
入浴できるようにした、浴槽湯清浄化装置が開発され広
く利用されるようになった。
【0003】浴槽湯清浄化装置においては、湯中には髪
の毛等の大きな汚れが多く含まれているので、濾過装置
の濾材が短期間で目詰まりしたり、或いは循環ポンプや
水流センサ等の機器類が髪の毛が付いて故障したりする
のを防ぐため、大きな汚れを取り除くためのプレフイル
ターを吸湯管の先端に取り付けるのが好ましい。
【0004】また最近は、浴槽内の湯を循環させ、ジエ
ツト噴出装置を利用して湯を流速を速めしかも空気を混
合したジエツト噴流として浴槽に再び噴出させるいわゆ
る泡風呂装置も家庭用として広く普及して来た。
【0005】そこで、浴槽湯清浄化装置においても、噴
湯装置としてジエツト噴出装置を設け、清浄化の終わっ
た湯を単に浴槽に自然流として噴出させるのではなく、
ジエツト噴流として噴出させ、泡風呂をも楽しめるよう
にした装置とする場合も多くなってきた。
【0006】このような浴槽湯清浄化装置の一例は図7
に示す通りであり、この装置は、循環ポンプ7の作動に
より浴槽1内の湯2を先端にプレフイルタを収納した吸
湯装置4を取り付けた吸湯管3で吸い上げ、まず濾過装
置5で汚れを濾過し、続いてヒータ6で所定の温度が保
てるよう加熱し、加熱の終わった湯を噴湯管8の先端の
ジエツトノズルを配備した噴湯装置9から再び浴槽1に
噴出するよう構成されている。
【0007】噴湯装置9には電磁弁11を設けた吸気管
10が取り付けられ、さらに吸気管10からは電磁弁1
4及びオゾナイザ13が取り付けられたオゾン管12が
分岐している。
【0008】このように構成される装置では、電磁弁1
1及び12が共に閉じられていれば噴湯装置9からは湯
は通常の状態で噴出されるが、電磁弁11が開いている
場合には吸気管10から吸気され、湯の中に空気が混合
したジエツト噴流が噴出され泡風呂となる。
【0009】さらに電磁弁14が開かれている場合に
は、噴湯装置9からはオゾナイザ13でオゾン化された
空気が混合された湯がジエツト噴流とし浴槽1に噴出さ
れ、湯2がオゾン殺菌される。
【0010】このようにオゾン化された空気を噴湯装置
により浴槽に噴出して殺菌すると、湯が効率良く殺菌で
きるだけでなく、浴槽のぬめりが取れたり、浴室の壁に
かびが生えるのが防げたりして浴槽湯清浄化装置の機能
が一段と向上する。
【0011】このプレフイルタが収納される吸湯装置4
とジエツトノズルを配備した噴湯装置とは、浴槽への取
り付けと配管とを容易にするため、一体とすることが考
えられており、図8に示すように吸湯管4を介して両者
を一体とし、ジエツトノズルが配備された噴湯装置9を
上方に、プレフイルタが収納された吸湯装置4を下方に
して吸盤15及び16により浴槽に着脱自在に取り付け
るようにした装置も開発されている。

単に取り付けが容易となるだけでなく、吸湯装置4と噴
湯装置9との上下方向の位置関係を吸湯管3の連結部の
長さを調節することにより自由に調節できるので、吸湯
口とジエツノズルトの位置を各々最適の位置とさせられ
好都合であった。

吸湯装置は、ケース及びカバーの相互を単に寸法公差に
基づく嵌合で嵌め合わせているだけなので、寸法公差を
厳しくしたり凹凸の嵌合部を互いに作って嵌め合いをき
つくすれば相互の取り外しが容易でなくり、寸法公差を
緩やかにしたりして嵌め合いを緩くすれば自然に外れ易
くなってしまいいずれの場合も浴槽湯清浄化装置の吸湯
装置としては不適当となる欠点があった。
【0015】すなわち嵌め合いがきつい場合には、プレ
フイルタケースを本体ケースから取り外すのが容易でな
いので、本来は頻繁にしなければならないプレフイルタ
の洗浄や交換をつい怠ってしまう。

りしてしまい、循環する湯の量が減って清浄化の効果が
落ちてしまう。

てしまってプレフイルタに付いてた汚れで湯を汚してし
まったりすることがしばしば起きた。

を解消し、嵌め合わせは容易にできるものの一旦嵌め合
わせたら自然には外れないが、必要な場合には容易に取
り外せるような嵌め合とした吸湯装置を提供することを
目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、浴槽内の湯を
循環ポンプで汲み上げて循環路を循環させて濾材による
濾過、保温用ヒ−タによる加熱、殺菌装置による殺菌等
を施して浴槽に戻す浴槽湯清浄化装置の吸湯装置におい
て、前記循環路に連通するように接続される吸湯管接続
口を有し、前面が開口して所定の深さに形成された本体
ケ−スと、大きな汚れ成分を除去するためのプレフィル
タと、該プレフィルタを着脱自在に収納するための開口
と深さをもって形成されて湯が流通するための流通口が
設けられたプレフィルタケ−スと、吸湯口を有して前記
本体ケ−スの開口を閉鎖するための本体カバ−であっ
て、前記本体ケ−スに嵌合すると共に操作により、該本
体ケ−スに着脱自在とする作動部材と、前記プレフィル
タケ−スと嵌合すると共に該プレフィルタケ−スの係止
部に対して操作により該プレフィルタケ−スを着脱自在
とする作動部材とを備えた本体カバ−とを備え、前記本
体ケ−スに着脱自在とする作動部材の解除操作により、
前記本体カバーと前記プレフィルターを収納した前記フ
ィルタケースを一体で取り外すようにした浴槽湯清浄化
装置の吸湯装置により課題を解決することができた。

【発明の作用】本発明は前記したように構成され、ケー
スとカバー等の吸湯装置を構成する部品相互は、嵌合を
構成する凹凸部の一方が嵌合を解除するよう強制的に動
かされる強制作動嵌合部材として形成される強制解除嵌
